肛腸療法(保留權腸)에 의한 小柴胡湯의 아나필락시 쇼크 抑制 效果

Anal Therapy is another way of taking medicine. It is a traditional pathway but not available in common situation. Nevertheless, It has many benifect and usefulness, it has not treated so much. Through Anal Therapy, the valid compound of Herb med can be reach to the desination in theory of the organism and local medical action. The former is called Jung-Chei Theory(整體論), which is the one of the most important basements in building traditional Korean medicine. As there are many kinds of Anal therapy, this study use reservation type. Sosihotang(SSHT) is one of the well-known korean medicines for a long time. It is used for the treatment of such dieases as infectious diseases, hepatic diseases and gastroenteritis and so on. In this study, the author investigated the effect of an aqueous extract of SSHT by Anal therapy(Reservative Enema) in anaphylactic shock. The following results were obtained 1. SSHT inhibited anaphylactic shock 100% with a dose of 1.0 g/㎏ 1 hr before intraperitoneal injection of compound 48/80. SSHT significantly reduced serum histamine contents induced by compound 48/80. 2. SSHT (0.lg/kg) also inhibited to 30.9%(P<0.05) local cutaneous anaphylactic reaction activated by anti-dinitrophenyl(DNP) IgE. 3. The validity rate of reservative enema is as much as oral pathway. 4. In addition, SSHT dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from the peritoneal mast cells by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. These results provide evide nce that Anal Therapy(Reservative enema) of SSHT may be beneficial in the treatment of systemic and local anaphylactic reaction. Moreover, I wish another much sincere study of Anal Therapy (Reservative enema) would be obtained.

시각장애인 이동권 개선을 위한 GPS 기반 디지털 콘텐츠와 인터페이스 디자인

The increase in remote working due to COVID-19 has led to the development of digital technology, but this is another barrier for the blind. In this paper, we propose a GPS-based digital content and interface design to help visually impaired people understand the inconvenience and problems of using public transportation. Based on a background study, we identified the current status of information media mainly used by the blind and inconveniences when going out. The users’ pain points and needs were identified through persona settings and user journey maps. This service design can help improve the mobility rights of the visually impaired. Through prototypes, usability tests were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the service. 코로나 19로 인한 비대면 업무의 증가는 디지털 기술의 발전을 낳았지만 이는 시각장애인들에게 또 하나의 장벽이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인의 대중교통 이용에 대한 불편함과 문제점을 이해하고 시각장애인들의 이동권을 개선할 수 있도록 돕는 GPS 기반 디지털 콘텐츠와 인터페이스 디자인을 제안한다. 연구 방법은 문헌 및 설문 조사를 통해 시각장애인이 주로 사용하는 정보 매체의 현황과 외출 시 불편사항에 대해서 파악하고, 이후 퍼소나 설정과 사용자 여정 지도를 통해 사용자의 페인 포인트와 니즈(Needs)를 파악한다. 시각장애인의 이동권 개선에 도움을 주는 디지털 콘텐츠 디자인과 인터페이스를 설계하고 프로토타입을 제작한 후, 사용성 테스트를 진행하여 서비스의 효용성을 검증하였다.

Biomimetic shear stress and nanoparticulate drug delivery

Fluidic shear stress generated by fluid flow in human body contributes to the interactions between nanoparticles (NPs) and cells and may affect cellular distribution and delivery of NPs. Furthermore, different NPs properties may differently influence the cellular delivery and targeting of NPs under the in vivo dynamic environments. Thus, we reviewed and discussed how fluidic shear stress affects to drug delivery and cellular distribution of diverse NPs under the biomimetic microfluidic shear stress. Among different physicochemical properties of NPs, size, shape, material type and surface functionality, and surface charge of NPs are critical factors to cellular uptake in presence of fluidic shear stress in dynamic cellular environment. From previous studies, it suggested that fluidic shear stress stimulated specific endocytosis and prompted cell signaling pathway. The cellular interactions between NPs and cells in drug delivery should be carefully investigated in presence of shear stress which is one of critical factors to show the difference of in vitro and in vivo drug distribution and therapy. The shear-activated drug delivery using NPs were also the scope of this review.

Ulcerative colitis is a diffuse inflammatory disease of mucosal lining of colon. The common symptoms in victom of this disease are diarrhea, mucobloody diarrhea, abdominal pain, tenesmus, and fever. Previous domestic reports show ulcerative colitis getting common in our country. Therefore, a patient suffering mucobloody diarrhea should be discriminated from other colon diseaaes' victim like crohn's disease's one. In detection of Ulcerative proctosigmoiditis, colonoscopic examination is essential. The relapse rate of ulcerative colitis is high and the victim to this disease is suffering general weakness owing to the long-term pain of sickness. Oriental therapeutics takes care of whole body condition, namely Jung -chae(整體), not to speak of taking care of the affected region. In this paper, We tried to eximain the oriental therapeutics to ulcerative colitis and find the more effective way of treating this disease. Oriental medicine recognized ulcerative colitis as "Lee-Jil(痢疾)" - 'Sul-Sa(泄瀉)" "Jang-Baek(장벽)", and the cause as mostly "pathogenic heat and moisture in colon(大腸濕熱)"·"weakness of spleen(脾虛)"·"weakness of kidney(腎虛)". In Oriental medicine, physician demonstrates this disease on the base of oriental medicine theory , and give medicine and acupuncture. Specialized-adminstration is composed on the oriental medicine theory and western medical imfomation. Reports show Specialized-adminstration(專方) more effective than demonstrated-adminstration. In Acupucture therapy, ST36(足三里), ST25(天樞), CV4(關元), BL23(腎兪), BL20(脾兪) are secected in common. Recently, retention enema is carried out for the purpose of elevatirg the remedical value. Retention enema imporve pathologic abnormality in the affected region. In addition, a few other ways of treatment are attempted and reported valuable.
