        H<sub>2</sub>/H<sub>∞</sub> 설계사양을 만족하는 선박운동제어계 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the authors propose a new approach to control problem of the marine vessels which are moored or controlled by actuators. The vessel control problem in the specified area is called a DPS (Dynamic Positioning System). The main objective of this paper is to obtain more useful control design method for DPS. In this problem, a complicate fact is control allocation which is a numerical method for distributing the control signal to the controlled system. For this, many results have been given and verified by other researchers using two individual processes. It means that the controller design and control allocation design process are carried out individually. In this paper, the authors give more sophisticated design solution on this issue. In which the controller design and control allocation problem are unified by a robust controller design problem. In other word, the stability of the closed-loop system, control performance and allocation problem are unified by an LMI (Linear Matrix Inequality) constraint based on $H_2/H_{\infty}$ mixed design framework. The usefulness of proposed approach is verified by simulation with a supply vessel model and found works well.

        굴삭기 IMV용 비례전자밸브의 동특성

        Many research studies have been carried out related to saving energy and environmental pollution in the field of construction machinery. The best solution for reducing the related environmental pollution is to reduce fuel consumption by upgrading the energy efficiency of machinery used in this field. An efficiency upgrade in the field of construction machinery would mean minimizing the pressure loss in hydraulic pipe lines or achieving optimal operating conditions while responding to a load. One way to achieve this is to make an equivalent circuit, like an electrohydrostatic actuator, or to improve the spool type valve using the 4/3 way method. This study deals with an electrohydraulic proportional flow control valve. SimulationX software is used as a simulation tool for analyzing the dynamic characteristics. The analysis results, including the performance and characteristics of design parameters, are discussed and the validity of the theoretical analysis is also evaluated.

        항내에서 선박 운항시 연료변경에 따른 배기배출물 분석

        Recently, Regulations on ships exhaust gas are being strengthened. Nations around the world are trying to various efforts in many aspects to decrease ship emission gas. As part of these efforts, the shipping industry is working towards establishing green system that reduce the emission gas emitted in port. In this study we measured exhaust emission gases such as by fuel change using A-Ra Training Ship in Port. When sailing, we found that was 3.6% to 6.6% higher when using LRFO compared to using MGO, and during departure and arrival, the load changes were significant. As a result, was on average 29.8% higher and was 42% higher during departure, while was on average 19.5% higher and was 17.4% higher during arrival, with almost no difference in the other components.

        The resent-day economic and social life, which is undergoing its tremendous changes due to the development of the computer today, is entering into another new developmental stage by computer and communication technology. Another revolution of the information-oriented society capable of the embodying paperless transactions between corporations is the very EDI (Electoronic Data Interchange). EDI (Electoronic Data Interchange) is referred to as mutually communicating through the computer between corporation corporate transactional documents in a standard format to carry out the transaction that the beneficiary intends. The enterprise must apply the appropriate principle to environmental requirements to carry out efficient management. This is due to the fact that the effect of the environment on corporate oragnization has became tremendously larger that what it used to be and it became impossible for the enterprise to survive in case it does not reasonably adjust itself to the environment. In our country exist the positive requirements that enable the enterprise to activate its trade business using EDI. Such positive requirements are cited as the following points : The basic communication network is more widely constructed relative other developing countries. Personal computers are highly coming into wide use. Since the ecomomic structure of the country is of the open type with focus on export trade, the effort for the enterprise to approach the economic systems of advance countries can be applied to the introduction of EDI. And the point that the goverment attempts to take the initiative in support. EDI as the information technology strategy industry on an active basis, is the infra structure that fundamentally because the foundation for the spread of EDI. In conclusion, it can be said that there is a great significance in introducing the EDI into the business enterprise to exchange all the flows of information in the business enterprise and between enterprises more promptly and effciently. If the business enterprise technically understand and approach the EDI as the conbined computerized system or commnication network of sophisticated information knowledge, it could not find out a great meaning in the EDI. The EDI could have to be conceived and applied not as the functional tool of simply electronically transmitting and receiving an order or an invoice but rather as the scheme for creating a new transactional order and market structure that can be applied without limit at every business environment, especially at the trade between nations.

      • 퍼지 제어기에 의한 기계 유압식 조속기를 가진 디젤기관의 제어성능 개선에 관한 연구

        A mechanical hydraulic governor has been widely adopted to the ship speed control of propulsion marine diesel engines for a long time. However it is very difficult to control the speed of long stroke and a few cylinder diesel engine with the mechanical hydraulic governor because of jiggling due to rough fluctuation of rotating torque and hunting due to dead time between fuel injection and power output. In order to solve these difficulities. digital governors are often adopted for the speed control of a low speed marine diesel engine. But there is the problem of confidence in digital governor systems due to low reliability of electric and electronic parts under the bad conditions such as high temperature, salty, watery air and intensive vibration in engine room. To solve these problems of control systems, the performance improvement of mechanical hydraulic governor is required. The author proposed a velocity control system with fuzzy controller in order to enhance the control performance and to stabilize the unstable system. It was confirmed through computer simulation that the performance improvement of a mechanical indicia1 response of the fuzzy control system hydraulic governor can be obtained by fuzzy controller. The showed better controls and more stable results through computer simulation.

      • 실습선 아라호의 진동 특성

        실습선 아라호를 이용하여 2004년 3월∼5월에 걸쳐서, 정박중 무부하시, 운항중에는 저속 운전시. 전속 운항시, 트롤작업시를 구분하여 갑판, 윈치실, 기관실, 브릿지에서20개의 측정점을 선택하여 진동변위, 진동속도, 진동가속도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 정박중에 무부하시에는 1호기 발전기 측정점에서 가동으로 인한 구동진동이 생겼으며 총 진동 변위값은 8.716㎛, 총 진동 속도값은 8.876 mm/s. 총 진동 가속도 측정값은 32.198 m/s²이다. 2. 운항중 저속 운항시 총 진동변위의 최대값은 브릿지에서 20.571 ㎛으로 미풍이지만역조로 인한 선체와의 진동으로, 총 진동속도의 최대값은 2호 발전기에서 4.365 ㎜/s으로 구동진동이고, 총 진동가속도의 최대값은 주기관 우측에서 14.744 m/s²이다. 3. 운항중 트롤 작업시 총 진동변위의 최대값은 기관실 좌측에서 14.409 ㎛으로 유압시스템 작동으로 인한 진동으로 사료되며, 총 진동속도의 최대값은 1호 발전기에서16.856 ㎜/s이고, 총 진동가속도의 최대값도 104.73 m/s²로 높다. 4. 운항중 전속 운항시 총 진동변위의 최대값은 기관실 우측에서 23.427 ㎛로 높게 나타났으며, 총 진동 속도의 최대값도 7.884 mm/s로 나타났으며 총 진동가속도의 최대값은 기관실 좌측과 1호발전기에서 각각 41.749 m/s², 40.322 m/s²로 높게 나타났다. Marine technology must advance to meet the needs of a wealthier and more demanding public while at the same time provide gloater environmental protection. Pollution of noise and vibration is the specific issue being discussed in this paper. Noise is of course due to vibration from high speed engines driving generators, ventilators, winch and other gear, while underwater noise pollution results from the propellers and the resistance produced by the hull of the ship moving through the water. Vibration is also a factor in potential damage to sensitive electronic gear and metal fatigue. Studies have been made concerning noise and vibration since the latter half of the 1960's. and by the early 1970's standard for noise levels were in place. In 1981, the IMO adopted a regulation limiting a vessel's noise dB level. It is still in effect today and is know as the National Vessel Noise Regulation. The issue of noise pollution does not cease when a vessel enters her berth and the main engines shut down. there is still the matter of ventilation and other mechanical factors at work to maintain a comfortable. efficient environment. The drive toward greater efficiency and higher technology has resulted in lighter hulls and faster engines, but there has been little progress on reducing noise. This study monitored the vibration caused by the casting and raising of the nets. when the main engines were running and when they were turned off. Measurements were taken in the winch room. engine room. bridge and analyzed.

        무지 외반증의 중증도에 대한 전산화 영상 계측

        Purpose: To study the reliability of intra- and interobserver reliability in angular measurement of hallux valgus deformity by assessing hallux valgus angle (HVA) and the 1st to 2nd intermetatarsal angle (1-2 IMA) through using computerized system. Materials and Methods: 20 cases of moderate to severe hallux valgus patients were included in this study. With the standing anteroposterior view of foot, the HVA and 1-2 IMA were calculated by computerized measurement system of Infinity cooperation, called ${\pi}$-view, with its software tools. Using the statistical software program, SPSS (version 12th), we interpreted the results which were measured by two independent observers. Results: In the intraobserver measurement, the HVA of observer A showed reliability ($32.5^{\circ}{\pm}6.9$ and $33.1^{\circ}{\pm}6.8$)(p<0.05). 1-2 IMA in observer A was not regarded as reliable ($16.9^{\circ}{\pm}2.8$ and $17.1^{\circ}{\pm}2.8$)(p>0.05). In the results of observer B, HVAs were measured as $35.7^{\circ}{\pm}7.6$ and $36.2^{\circ}{\pm}7.7$, and were not reliable (p>0.05). 1-2 IMA in observer B was not reliable as well ($17.0^{\circ}{\pm}0.8$ and $20.8^{\circ}{\pm}1.5$)(p>0.05). In the interobservers' measurements, the first and the second results of HVA were $3.2^{\circ}{\pm}3.6$ and $3.1^{\circ}{\pm}3.1$, reliable within the 95% confidence interval (p<0.05). 1-2 IMAs were $0.1^{\circ}{\pm}1.9$ and $3.73^{\circ}{\pm}1.3$, which were not reliable (p>0.05). Conclusion: In the angular measurement of the hallux valgus by computerized system, the HVA and 1-2 IMA showed less error range in the interobserver's results, compared with the previous studies about the manual measurement. However, our results failed to show the statistical reliability of intra- and interobserver's measuring. Therefore, even the computerized angular measurements in the severity of hallux valgus require development of the measuring methods and software tools.
