산업은행: 금융 IT 아웃소싱 - 공동협력으로 안전한 문을 연다

산업은행은 1999년 제1금융권으로는 최초로 IT 운영에 대한 전체 아웃소싱을 추진하였다. 대부분의 은행들이 금융사고와 보안, 그리고 파업에 대한 위험 등을 이유로 타회사 방식 아웃소싱을 꺼리는 상황에서 산업은행의 이러한 시도는 많은 주목을 받았다. 이후 산업은행은 끊임없이 아웃소싱의 문제점들을 진단하고 이를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 보완책을 강구하였다. 이러한 개선의 결과로, 산업은행의 IT 아웃소싱은 외주 운영기와 공동 운영기를 지나 금융권 IT 아웃소싱 최초로 타 은행에 비해 선구적인 아웃소싱 방식인 책임운영 체제를 갖추게 되었다. 책임운영을 통해 산업은행은 최신의 향상된 IT 수준을 얻고 내부 인력을 핵심역량에 집중시키며 부족 인력의 즉시 수급이 가능하게 되어 유연성을 확보할 수 있었다. 또한, 외주업체와의 관계를 공급자와 수요자의 일방적 관계로 설정하지 않고 함께 책임지는 책임 운영 방식 체제로 전환함으로써 자체 보유역량과 IT 전문업체의 노하우를 통합할 수 있게 되어 IT 아웃소싱의 순기능을 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 이와 같은 산업은행의 IT 아웃소싱 사례를 살펴봄으로써 일반적으로 타 회사 방식 아웃소싱에 대해 갖고 있는 우려가 현실적인 것인지, 혹은 극복될 수 있는 것인지를 확인하고, 자회사 방식의 아웃소싱에 비해 어떤 장점들을 갖고 있으며 어떤 성과를 보이고 있는지 정리하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 타 회사방식 아웃소싱에 대한 잘못된 견해들을 바로잡음으로써 폐쇄된 금융 IT 아웃소싱 시장의 구조를 개선하고 국내 IT 아웃소싱 업체의 국제 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The Korea Development Bank promoted a total outsourcing for IT operation in 1999 for the first time in the banking industry. The Korea Development Bank became the center of public attention because the most banks were unwilling to take an outsourcing with external sources for the reason of financial operation accidents, securities, and threats of strikes. After the introduction of the total IT outsourcing, the Korea Development Bank has continuously diagnosed the problems of the IT outsourcing and adopted various proper complements for the enhancement of the IT outsourcing. As the result of the enhancement, the IT outsourcing of the Korea Development Bank marched into the joint liability operation period after going through the outsourcing operation period and the co-operation period. The joint liability operation which is the most leading outsourcing system which is adopted by the Korea Development Bank for the first time in the banking industry. Through the joint liability operation, the Korea Development Bank could accept the most up-to-date IT, concentrate internal manpower on the core capability, and secure flexibility of manpower. Also, the bank changed the relationship between the bank and the external sources from the one-sided relationship between a producers and a consumer to the joint liability relationship on which both sides are responsible for the operation, and could integrate the internal capacity with the professional know-how of the external IT outsourcing company. In this paper, we testified the soundness and validity for the worries of banks about the total IT outsourcing with external sources. And, we arranged the advantages and outcomes of the total IT outsourcing with external sources compared to the IT outsourcing with internal sources. Moreover, we expect that we can improve the closed financial IT outsourcing industry structure and raise the world competitive power of domestic IT outsourcing companies by correcting wrong ideas on the IT outsourcing with external sources.

1980년대 북한의 단편소설에서 찾아 본 남한문학의 흔적 -김관일의 「청년개척자의 수기」와 로정법의 「내 고향의 작은 다리」를 중심으로-

이 논문은 한시적으로 변화의 모습을 보였던 1980년대 북한소설에서 남한문학의 흔적을 찾는 데 목적이 있다. 1980년대 북한문학은 새로운 문학의 교지에 따라 현실생활에 맞는 창작물이 대거 창작되기 시작했는데 이때의 소설에서는 종전의 문학에서 볼 수없었던 개인의 갈등과 욕망이 분출되기 시작했다. 뿐만 아니라 당시 북한에서는 남정현의 「분지」, 이문구의 「해벽」, 신동엽의 「껍데기는 가라」, 황석영의 「객지」, 조세희의 『난장이가 쏘아올린 작은 공』, 김지하의 「오적」, 홍희담의 「깃발」, 방현석의 「새벽출정」 등 반미의식과 민중항쟁, 통일 열망을 다룬 남한의 문학작품이 출판될 만큼 문학의 수용범위가 확대되고 있었다. 이러한 분위기 아래 창작된 작품 중 김관일의 「청년개척자의 수기」와 로정법의 「내 고향의 작은 다리」에서 황석영의 「객지」와 홍희담의 「깃발」과유사한 점이 있음을 포착하게 되었다. 김관일의 「청년개척자의 수기」와 황석영의 「객지」는 서로 모티브상의 유사성이 있는데 읍내 모티브, 비와 태풍의 모티브, 노동 현장의 노래, 다음 세대를 위한 그들의 희생 등으로 묶어볼 수 있으며 두 소설이 채택하고 있는 모티브의 유사성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 1980년대 남한의 시대적 상황은 혁명과 항쟁이 없이는 설명할 수 없다. 이러한 상황아래 놓인 청년들은 북한의 청년들과 닮은 부분이 있다. 로정법의 「내 고향의 작은 다리」와 홍희담의 「깃발」에서는 돌다리와 자전거가 서정적인 느낌의 소재로 등장하고 있는데 돌다리를 건너 공장과 전장으로, 자전거를 타고 공장과 항쟁의 중심으로 이동한다는 점에서 두 소재는 유사한 점이 있다. 또한 두 소설에서 청년들이 시대의 부름에 기꺼이 동원되고 있다는 점 또한 매우 유사하다. 정치적 이념과 상황은 다르지만 청년이 당위적으로 호출되고 여성이 기꺼이 능동적으로 동원되는 상황은 두 소설에서 매우 각별히 교차되는 지점이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 주체문학 일색인 북한소설 가운데 미세한 균열지점을 보이는 80년대 북한소설에서 남한문학의 흔적을 찾아내는 일은 분단문학의 소통공간을 마련하는 계기가 될 것이며 이는 언제올지 모르는 통일의 시대에 남북한의 문화적 통일을 예비하기 위한 준비차원에서 적극적으로 검토되어야 할 문제이다. This paper is designed to find evidence of a South korean literature at North korea in 1980s that temporarily changes shown. North korea in 1980s a new literature of creation was expected to fit in real life, in accordance with the doctrine of creation began to turn things around. At this time of novels that was not only individual conflicts and desires began to gush that the previous literature could not find, also revolt and an Anti-american sentiment, accept South korean literature was published literary such as 「The basin」 by Nam Jung-hyun, 「Sea walls」 by Lee Mun-goo, 「Get off your kit off」 by Shin Dong-Yeop, 「Strange places」 by Hwang Suk-young, 「The dwarf」 by Jo Se-hee, 「Five thieves」 by Kim Ji-ha, 「The flag」 by Hong Hee-dam and 「The Voyage of the Dawn」 by Bang Hyun-suk, etc the desire of reunification is expanding. Among novels created in North korea under this circumstance of society 「Essay of a Young pioneer」, Kim Kwan-il and 「Small bridge in my hometown」, Ro Jung-bup had been found having something in common with 「The flag」, Hong Hee-dam and 「Strange places」, Hwang Suk-young in South korea. There are some similarities using as motive like city, ``rain`` and ``typhoon`` each novel, and the song in workplace, sacrifice for the next generation both 「Essay of a Young pioneer」, Kim Kwan-il and 「Strange places」, Hwang Suk-young, both novels are adopted similarity of the motive. Without revolution and movement in 1980s, South korea is hard to explain about the situation of era. Under these circumstances not only North korea``s young people who lived the same time with South korean were similar, in 「Essay of a Young pioneer」, Kim Kwan-il and 「Strange places」, Hwang Suk-young, they were use stone bridge and bike lyrically as writing material that ahead to the centre of war and factory as cross the bridge and the centre of war and struggle with bike those points were also very similar. Besides, Both of youth that they are willing to be mobilized to the call of in two novels also very similar. Even-though situation and political ideologies are different, young man actively mobilized and women also can do as the situation very particularly are having similarities, as well. Therefore, among North korean novel mainly subject literature, Finding the traces of a South korean literature from a North korean novel in ``80s, which is division of literature of communication will be a useful opportunity to ready to cultural unification of South and North korean to accomplish unification of North and South, I think that is one of the issues that we need to look at actively.

디지털 증거 활용을 위한 웹 게시물 화면캡쳐 인증 시스템

현대 사회에서는 누구나 쉽게 인터넷에 접근할 수 있으며, 웹 게시판이나 SNS 등에 자신의 의견 또는 사상을 자유롭게 표현한다. 하지만 그에 반해 연예인 또는 정치인 등 유명인사에 대한 비방이나 허위사실을 유포 하는 곳으로 이용되기도 한다. 일반적으로 웹 게시물을 증거로 제출하기 위해 화면캡쳐 방식을 많이 사용하는데 디지털 정보인 화면캡쳐 이미지는 위변조의 용이성, 진정성 등 증거능력 한계로 인해 법정에서 증거로 인정받기 어려움 점이 있다. 따라서 위와 같은 사례를 착안하여 웹 게시물 화면캡쳐 이미지를 법정에서 디지털 증거로 인정받기 위해 위변조가 어려운 Proxy Browser를 사용하여 웹 게시물 화면캡쳐 인증 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. In modern society, everyone can easily access the Internet and freely express their opinions or ideas on Web bulletin boards or SNS. At the same time, they are often used as a place of slandering and the spreading of false information about celebrities such as entertainers and politicians. Typically people use the screen capture method to submit web posts as evidence in lawsuits. But it is difficult to get these accepted as evidence in court because screen captured images are easily forged and tempered. Therefore, as described above, using “Proxy Browser”, we propose a screen capture authentication system for web posts that protects forging and tempering to use as digital evidence in court.

스리랑카 무역수지 개선 방안에 관한 연구: 수출증가요인을 중심으로

스리랑카는 매년 무역 수지 적자를 기록하고 있어 대외 수지 무역 개선이 시급한 상황이며, 이로 인해 스리랑카 정부에서는 수출을 증가시켜 무역수지 적자를 개선하는 것을 중요한 목표로 삼고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스리랑카의 수출 증가에 영향을 끼치는 요인에 관해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 수출 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 경제적 시점과 사회적 시점으로 분석하여 연구 모형을 수립하였다. 제안한 연구모형을 분석하기 위해 1978년도부터 2012년도까지 과거 35년간 스리랑카의 시계열 데이터를 수집하였으며, 시계열 분석 방법을 이용해 스리랑카의 수출 성과에 미치는 요인들에 대해 단기적인 관점 및 장기적인 관점으로 분석하였다. The improvement of trade balance by increasing export performance is one of the important future plans for the Sri Lankan government, so the purpose of this study is to identify influential factors and examine how they affect export performance in Sri Lanka. We collected data of the past 35 years to identify economic and social variables by considering potential impacts on the export performance. Moreover, we examined long-run and short-run relationship of the factors with export performance during the period of 1978 to 2012 by using unit root tests, multicollinearity test, normality test, serial correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, and co-integration techniques. We expect that the outcomes contribute to the establishment of long-term macroeconomic strategies of Sri Lanka.

This thesis intended to find traces that North Korean novels accepted myths for Kim, Jung Il’s imagery and reveal that various materials must be ultimately leased for Kim, Jung Il"s imagery of mother instinctive love in short novels in 1980s. In 「Blessing of life」 which is North Korean short novel considered to be closed the mythical acception the mostly, the motif used for Kim, Jung Il’s imagery was similar to the motif of 「Dangkeumaegi」 which is narrative Shaman song. The sacredness of myth is a material which can be grafted sufficiently for Kim, Jung Il’s deification. Especially, North Korean literature of 1980s focuses on Kim, Jung Il"s feminine affection, so the acception of myths should be sufficiently examined. North Korean literature shows clear differences by periods. Its reason is the actuality of North Korean literature world which must be unilaterally accepted to changed policy of literature. North Korean literature of 1980s selected various materials, but the subject was still the establishment of self-reliance ideology and focused imagery of Kim, Il Sung’s family. After the middle stage of 1960s, policies of party focused on establishment and solidification of self-reliance ideology, so the filed of North Korean art was used as the most effective tool for party’s policies. Furthermore, literature became a tool for the subjectivation of Kim, Il Sung’s family. In 1980s, Kim, Il Sung’s instruction to use heros similar to actual characters and write novels similar actual life was continuously gotten. Meanwhile, characters’ internal conflicts, affection problems, etc. started to be visualized and detailed description closed to actual life started to be reflected. If North Korea focused on the solidification of self-reliance ideology in 1970s, they focused on artistic imagery for stabilizing completed self-reliance ideology in 1980s. At the peak, there is short novels’ grasping of variety. While the variety of works was grasped, it’s not accidential to discover mythic traces in Kim, Jung Min’s 「Blessing of life」 while grasping variety of works. But, it can be a crude trial to judge intervention of myth in North Korean novels by analyzing only Kim, Jung Min’s work. But, it can be expected to provide important point for interpreting direction or stream of Kim, Il Sung family’s imagery in 1980s. North Korean short novel, 「Blessing of life」, cannot be represented for the whole North Korean short novels of 1980s, but it’s very significant because mythic description of the novels of Ro, Jung Bub or An, Dong Chun has clear point from the aspect of grasping North Korean short novels’ variety in 1980s.

Whereas fuel economy of a vehicle is measured using a chassis dynamometer, that of construction machinery such as an excavator shall be presumably measured using simulated work cycle. In order to measure fuel consumption under a simulated work cycle, a measurement methodology, while excavator operates in dynamic(transient) motion, needs to be examined and developed. In this work, three methods (gravimetry, ECU CAN signal and mass flow meter) are studied and compared. This work reveals that when ECU CAN signal is properly calibrated and evaluated, compared to gravimetry or mass flowmeter, it could be used to measure fuel consumption with accuracy and thus for approval of the fuel economy of construction machinery.
