      • Benzo(a)pyrene에 의한 돌연변이원성과 지질과산화에 미치는 d-Limonene과 Cineole의 억제 효과에 대한 비교연구

        It has been reported that d-limonene inhibits chemical-induced rat mammary cancer by the mechanism of increases in detoxification enzymes such as glutathione S-transferases and that cineole fails to exhibit significant suppressive effect on chemical-induced carcinogenesis. The present study was designed to compare the effects of d-limonene and cineole on the benzo(a)pyrene (BP)-induced mutagenicity, BP metabolism and lipid peroxidation. Modified Ames assay was employed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of d-limonene and cineole on the BP-induced mutagenicity. The number of revertant-bearing wells was decreased by 44∼77% in the presence of both BP and d-limonene compared with that of BP alone whereas cineole decreased the number of revertant-bearing wells by 28∼45% at the concentrations between 2㎛ and 2mM. d-Limonene suppressed BP metabolism by 16, 54 and 67% at 1, 10 and 100 mM, respectively while cineole inhibited the metabolism by 16, 26 and 55% at the same concentrations. The EC_50 values for d-limonene and cineole in inhibiting lipid peroxidation were 2.0 mM and 16 mM respectively, as assayed by thiobarbituric acid method. The present study showed that d-limonene and cineole have common antimutagenic effects although d-limonene appeared to be more effective than cineole in suppressing mutation and lipid peroxidation. The results suggest that the antimutagenic effects of d-limonene and cineole may be associated with alternation in enzyme activities and with inhibition of lipid peroxidation.

        패션 공유 플랫폼 확산을 위한 탐색적 연구 -한국과 중국의 패션 공유 플랫폼 비교 분석을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study is to compare and analyze the current status of Korean and Chinese fashion sharing platforms, and to further provide a basic data for the promotion of Korea’s future fashion sharing platforms. For this, two fashion sharing platforms each from Korea(Project-anne, Theclozet) and China (Nushenpai, Yiersan) were examined, and a comparative analysis was conducted among available services, order processes, user reviews, etc., during the period from October to December, 2017. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was some difference in the way of presenting products between Korean and Chinese fashion sharing platforms. While Korean fashion sharing platforms first revealed objective information such as clothing types, sizes, and rental status, Chinese fashion sharing platforms presented their products as model fitting images, TPO, emotional key-word so that customers are more exposed to sentimental themes. Second, there was a big difference in the lines of goods between Korean and Chinese fashion sharing platforms. The number of products offered at Chinese fashion sharing platforms is almost twice more than that of offered at Korean fashion sharing platforms. Considering that most user reviews on Korean fashion sharing platforms include complaints about insufficient number of rental products, it is viewed as necessary to extend the lines of goods and the number of products for the promotion of Korea’s future fashion sharing platforms. Third, there was also a significant difference in rights to use between Korean and Chinese fashion sharing platforms. Chinese fashion sharing platforms were analyzed to have differentiated competitiveness by providing unlimited rental services at a cheaper price compared to Korean platforms. Considering that user reviews on Korean fashion sharing platforms have many negative contents, it is required to conduct follow-up studies on customers’ sensitivity to price and determination of reasonable price ranges. Finally, for the promotion of Korea’s future fashion sharing platforms, it is necessary to improve additional services such as customer service center operation, delivery process improvement, and expansion of information exchanges including user reviews. The failure in fashion sharing platforms business, which have emerged to pioneer a new market in Korea, will serve as an important reference material crucial to considering the directivity of future sharing economy and fashion industry. In this regard, this study is significant in providing clues to develop new fashion sharing platforms, recognize the need for better systems, and discuss the ways to improve existing systems, at a time when domestic fashion sharingrelated business has now been in a slump. 본 연구는 국내 패션 공유 플랫폼과 중국 패션 공유 플랫폼의 현황을 비교, 분석하여 향후 패션 공유플랫폼의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공함에 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 10월부터 2017년12월까지 한국(프로젝트앤, 더클로젯) 및 중국(뉴션파이, 이얼싼) 각 2개씩의 패션 공유 플랫폼을 조사, 제공되는 서비스와 주문프로세스, 구매후기 등을 비교, 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국과중국의 패션 공유 플랫폼은 상품제시 방법에 있어 일부 차이가 있었는데, 한국은 의복 유형과 사이즈, 대여 현황 등의 객관적 정보를 먼저 노출하는 것과 달리 중국은 보다 감성적인 테마를 인지할 수 있도록 제품을 모델 피팅 이미지와 TPO 및 감성 카테고리로제시하고 있었다. 둘째, 보유 상품군에 있어서는 한국과 중국 차이가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 한국에 비해중국 패션 공유 플랫폼에서 제공하는 제품수는 거의2배에 달했으며, 한국의 경우 구매후기에도 대여 제품수 부족에 관한 의견이 높았던 것을 감안한다면 향후패션 공유 플랫폼의 활성화를 위해서는 보유 상품군및 제품수의 확대가 요구되는 것으로 판단되었다. 셋째, 이용권에 있어서도 한국과 중국 차이가 크게 나타났는데, 한국에 비해 중국은 보다 저렴한 금액으로 무제한 대여 서비스를 제공함으로써 차별화 된 경쟁력을 가진 것으로 분석되었다. 한국의 구매후기에서 가격에 대한 부정적 내용이 많았던 것을 고려한다면 소비자의 가격 민감성 및 합리적 가격대 책정에 관한후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 마지막으로 한국의 패션 공유 플랫폼 활성화를 위해서는 고객센터운영 및 배송 개선, 사용 후기를 포함한 정보교류 확대 등 부대 서비스 개선이 절실한 것으로 분석되었다. 선발 주자로 나섰던 패션 공유 플랫폼의 사업 실패는향후 공유 경제 및 패션 산업의 방향성을 타진하는데중요한 자료가 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 패션공유 관련 사업이 부진하고 있는 현 시점에서 새로운패션 공유 플랫폼을 개발하고, 시스템을 개선하기 위한 인식 확산 및 논의를 위한 단서를 제공함에 연구의 의의가 있다.

        빅데이터를 통한 코로나19 전후 패션 대여 서비스 인식변화 분석

        Recently, due to the long-term recession caused by COVID-19, a fashion rental service that can alleviate the economic burden has been highlighted. Therefore, this study attempted to examine changes in consumers’ perception of fashion rental services before and after COVID-19 through big data analysis. These results could be of practical help to fashion company marketers in understanding consumers. Data were collected by Naver, Daum, and Google from 2018 to 2021. Text mining, word cloud, network visualization, and CONCOR analysis were conducted on the collected big data. The summary of the research results is as follows. Consumers generally valued price and service when using fashion rental service. There were rentals of clothes and bags for everyday life, and Hanbok, dresses, wedding dresses, and ceremonial robes were rented for events such as weddings and first birthday parties. Meanwhile, due to the non-face-to-face spread and social distancing measures since COVID-19, the fashion rental service related to the first birthday party has decreased. However, it was confirmed that interest in various fashion sharing platforms that can rent fashion accessories such as bags and daily wear has increased. And compared to before Corona 19, after Corona 19, interest in the design, style, and quality of rental products has decreased, and interest in size has increased. As a result of CONCOR analysis, the main meaning categories before and after COVID-19 were similarly found: Hanbok rental service, clothing rental service, men’s wear rental service, and wedding rental service. As a result of these studies, it was possible to confirm that COVID-19 had an impact on fashion rental services. Therefore, fashion company marketers should develop more diverse marketing strategies using online such as SNS, referring to these changes in consumers’ perceptions. 최근 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 불황으로 경제적부담을 덜 수 있는 패션 대여 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석을 통하여 코로나19를 전후로 패션 대여 서비스에 대한 소비자들의인식변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 결과는 패션기업 마케터들에게 소비자를 이해하는 데 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 데이터는 2018년에서 2021년까지 네이버, 다음, 구글에서 수집하였다. 수집된 빅데이터에 대해서 텍스트마이닝, 워드클라우드, 네트워크시각화 및 CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를요약하면 다음과 같다. 소비자들은 전반적으로 패션대여 서비스 이용시 가격과 서비스를 중요시하였다. 대여에는 일상을 위한 의류나 가방 등의 대여가 있었고, 결혼, 돌잔치 등의 행사를 위한 한복, 드레스, 웨딩드레스, 예복 등을 대여하였다. 한편 코로나19 이후비대면 확산과 사회적 거리두기에 따른 조치로 인하여 돌잔치 관련 패션 대여 서비스가 감소하였다. 하지만 가방 같은 패션 소품 대여와 일상복 등을 대여할수 있는 다양한 패션 공유 플랫폼에 대한 관심은 높아졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 코로나19 이전에비하여 코로나19 이후에는 대여 제품의 디자인과 스타일, 퀄리티 등에 대한 관심을 줄어들었고 사이즈에대한 관심이 높아졌다. CONCOR 분석 결과, 코로나19 전후 주요 의미 범주는 한복 대여 서비스, 의류 대여서비스, 남성복 대여 서비스, 웨딩 대여 서비스로 유사하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 코로나19가 패션대여 서비스에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 패션기업 마케터들은 소비자들의 이러한 인식 변화를 참고하여 SNS 등 온라인을 활용한 좀 더 다양한 마케팅 전략을 개발하여야 할 것이다.

        This paper discuss the problem of screening mixture componts where there are a large number of potentially important components at the start of experimental investigation. A strategy for selecting subsets of components in a mixture system was suggested by J?? statistic. The strategy was to decide which set of liner contrasts should be adopted to provide the best performance of the fitted response surface over some region of experimental interest in the sense of mean squared error. In this paper, the case when the weight function on the region of interest is not uniform, especially when the region around the central point have more weight than other region is also discussed.

        일반화선형모형에서이 최우추정량은 일반 선형회귀모형에서와 같이 실험 공간에서의 이상 반응치나 극단 실험점에 대하여 민감하게 반응한다. 본 논문에서는 자료로부터 두 개 이상의 점을 제외 한 후의 변동에 대한 일단계 근사를 이용하여 통계량을 유도한다. 분석자들에게 이상치를 판별할 수 있는 검정통계량을 제안하고 최우추정의 다양한 관점에 대한 효과를 측정한다.

        A Study on Strengthening the Functions of Senior Citizen Centers

        The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the functions of leisure and welfare facilities that are self-managed by senior citizens themselves, and contribute to helping local senior citizens lead a healthy life in their old age. Based on December 2017 numbers, there are 3,369 senior citizen centers in Seoul, amounting up to about 7.8 centers in one ‘dong’(administrative area), and approximately 68,000 centers nationwide. This makes senior citizen centers the most accessible type of leisure and welfare center. Moreover, it is also a good carrier for culture and traditional customs and plays the role of a social overhead capital by providing senior citizens with excellent welfare. For this study, a survey was carried out from 2016. 4. 1~2016. 6. 30 on the presidents of 3,369 senior citizen centers in the city of Seoul from which 3,100 valid samples were analyzed. The SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used for data analysis. Study results showed that 70.7% of senior citizen centers in Seoul had between 21 or more ~less than 50 registered members, while 14.7% had 51 or more~less than 100 members. 46.2% of senior citizen centers had 200,000 KRW or less to use for support funds for lunch time helpers, which shows that a major function of senior citizen centers is being neglected. 67% were ‘very satisfied’ with the program, while up to 70% were very satisfied with Alzheimer’s prevention and checkups, heathy walking, and healing urban agriculture. 64.7% had a land area of less than 30 ‘pyeong’, revealing that space is a big hindering factor for managing programs. Some major factors for vitalization were revealed to be improving the facilities of senior citizen centers, providing tailored programs, and the president/manager’s leadership. Through improving the overall functions of senior citizen center, this study aims to contribute to secure efficient managing capabilities, and to improve and strengthen the service quality.

        작업장 혁신과 조직성과간의 관계에 있어서 노조지원의 조절효과

        This study empirically examines the moderating effect of labor union’s support, as its strategical choice, between workplace innovation on organizational outcomes by classifying innovation forms into three categories. Because there were little concerns about the moderating effect of union’s strategical choice on the relationship between workplace innovation and organizational performance, and also showed little consistency in the results, though it’s been emphasized that the necessity of researching for moderators and mediators between workplace innovation and organizational outcomes. This study thus analyses the main effects of workplace innovation on organizational performance such as HR and IR outcomes, and attempts to analyze interaction effects between workplace innovation and union’s support on turn over ratio and average wage. To examine the hypotheses of this study, we use 384 data of “Workplace Panel Survey(WPS)” conducted by Korea Labour Institute in 2009 for the samples of independent variables, and 2011 WPS data for the dependent variables for clarifying causality. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that manpower restructuring positively influences on turnover ratio, while improving programs negatively influences. Moderating effects of union’s strategical choice between workplace innovation on organizational outcomes are supported partially. As interaction effects of union’s support and capability improvement on average wage show in the opposite direction from hypothesis and existing researches, according to ‘polarization thesis’ of Braverman(1974), technical innovation causes skill improvement of a few high skillful workers while most low-skill workers experience deskilling. In addition, recent researches(e.g. Nho, 2011) reported union’s negative wage effects which are not consistent with the results of preceding researches. To confirm the interaction effects we analyzed two-way interaction effects graph. According to the graph, when capability improving is high, the group of low union supports shows higher average wage than the group of high union supports. Also findings indicate that the impact of workplace innovation on average wage is significantly influenced by union’s support in the opposite direction from hypothesis. This result will provide guidelines to policy makers and practitioners when implementing capability improvement programs though the results do not support hypothesis. This study contributes to the extension of workplace innovation research in contextual conditions especially with labor union’s support though reversed results are reported, and also extension of moderating variables between workplace innovation and organizational outcomes. This study has limits as other researches which use secondary data. 본 연구는 작업장 혁신을 개선 프로그램 실시여부, 외부화 진행, 역량향상 등의 세 가지 요인으로 구분하고, 작업장 혁신이 조직성과(노동비용과 이직률)에 미치는 효과를 분석함을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 노동연구원에서 조사한 「사업체패널」2009년도 사업장을 표본으로 하고, 작업장 혁신이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위하여 「사업체패널」2011년도의 재무자료와 이직률을 종속변수로 활용하여 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였으며, 이 관계에 있어서 노조의 전략적 선택으로서의 노조 지원의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 외부화와 개선 프로그램은 조직의 비자발적 이직률을 증가시켰다. 노조의 협력적 지원의 조절효과는 외부화와 노동비용(평균임금)간의 정(+)의 관계를 강화하였고, 역량향상과 인건비 비중 간의 정(+)의 관계를 강화하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서 분석한 노조의 협력적 지원효과는 작업장 혁신 프로그램과 비자발적 이직률 간의 관계를 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
