지역 경기종합지수 예측 가능성 검토를 위한 TCS 데이터 선행·동행·후행성 분석 연구

최근 다양한 사회 경제 이슈가 사회적인 화두로 떠오르고 있으며, 지역 경제 상황을 빠르게 판단하고 정책을 수립하기 위한 경기종합지수의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 해외 연 구자들은 지역 경제활동과 밀접하게 연관된 실시간성 교통 빅데이터를 이용하여 빠른 경제 상 황 진단과 맞춤형 정책 방향의 수립을 고려하고 있다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 울산광역시를 기종점으로 하는 TCS 데이터를 여객·화물통행, 단거리·장거리통행으로 구분하고, 각각의 통행 량을 이용하여 지역경기진단이 가능한 경기종합지수들을 선정한 후 각 지수들의 경기변동 특 징인 선행, 동행, 후행성을 교차 상관함수(Cross-Correlation Functions) 분석을 통하여 정의하는 데 있다. 연구 결과로부터 TCS 교통량의 추이와 상관관계가 높은 경기 종합지수들은 서비스업 생산지수, 도매 및 소매업, 숙박 및 음식점업 등으로 나타났다. 이 중 화물, 여객, 단거리 목적 통행은 도매 및 소매업, 숙박 및 음식점업에 대해 선행성을 가지는 것으로 도출되었다. With the worldwide spread of African swine fever, interest in livestock epidemics has increased. Livestock transport vehicles are the main cause of the spread of livestock epidemics, but there are no empirical quarantine procedures and standards related to the mobility of livestock transport vehicles in South Korea. This study extracted the trajectory of livestock-related vehicles using the facility-visit history data from the Korea Animal Health Integrated System and the DTG (Digital Tachograph) data from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority. The results are presented as exposure indices aggregating the link-time occupancy of each vehicle. As a result, 274,519 livestock-related vehicle trajectories were extracted, and the exposure values by link and zone were derived quantitatively. This study highlights the need for prior monitoring of livestock transport vehicles and the establishment of post-disaster prevention policies.

한국과 일본 대학의 연구보안 정책 비교연구 : 국내 대학의 연구보안 역량 제고를 위한 시사점 도출

최근 국제사회에서는 기술패권 경쟁이 심화되고 있고 보호무역을 앞세운 자국 우선주의가 부 상하면서 2차전지, 디스플레이, 반도체 등 첨단기술 우위 선점을 위한 국제 경쟁이 갈수록 치열 해지고 있다. 이와 함께 산업스파이의 기술유출 수법 또한 더욱 다양하고 고도화되고 있으며, 국 가연구개발사업 수행 성과가 해외로 유출되는 등의 부작용도 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 해외로의 기술 유출을 막고 첨단산업을 엄격히 보호하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 과제로 대두되는 가운데, 국가연구개발사업의 성과에 대한 보안관리 활동의 중요성 또한 확대되고 있다. 국내의 경우 국가연구개발사업 수행 주체로서 대학의 비중이 확대되고 있다는 점을 고려하면 연구보안 부분에서도 대학의 역할이 앞으로 더욱 늘어날 것은 자명하다. 그러나 지식재산권 침해와 같이 심각한 영향을 끼치는 보안 사고 등에서 대학은 적절한 대비의 필요성을 충분히 인식하지 못하 고 있으며 보안에 대한 책임 의지 또한 여전히 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 한국과 일본의 대학 연구보안 정책 동향에 대해 살펴보고, 각 국가별 특정 대학의 연구보안 규정을 검토해 봄으 로써 향후 국내 대학의 연구보안 역량 제고 및 연구보안 정책 발전에 필요한 적절한 정책 근거 및 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. In recent years, there has been increasing global competition for technological sovereignty and a rise in protectionist trade policies favoring national interests. This has led to intensified international competition in advanced technologies like secondary batteries, displays, and semiconductors. Alongside this, industrial spies have employed increasingly diverse and sophisticated methods for technology leakage, resulting in unintended consequences such as the leakage of national research and development achievements to foreign entities. In this context, preventing the outflow of technological knowledge and safeguarding advanced industries have become crucial challenges. The importance of security management activities in national research and development outcomes has been further highlighted. With universities playing a significant role as contributors to domestic research and development initiatives, their involvement in research security is expected to grow. However, universities often fail to fully comprehend the necessity of adequate preparedness against severe security breaches, including intellectual property infringements. Their commitment to security measures remains insufficient. This research aims to analyze the trends in research security policies of universities in Korea and Japan. By examining specific research security regulations in both countries, the study aims to provide appropriate policy justifications and insights necessary for enhancing research security capabilities and developing effective research security policies in domestic universities in the future.

Son chang sup's novel has some typical characters. They are retards, the handicapped or patients. It is implied that Son's Characters are made by some correlative principles. The aims of this study is to investigate the radical structure & paradigm of Son's works by the aspects of ego & subject and tn clarify his intentions. The ego is the intrinsic, psychological structure of subject It can be an psychological unit only when the acts of subject are understood as a symptoms. The subject is like a character in novel. Son's ego and subject is related with the symbolic function of the Father. Sons' ego didn't have any symbolic father or proper function of the Father. The name-of-the-Father was distorted or never existed So they can't accept t h e name-of-the-Father as a rule, moral or law. Son's subject also affected by distorted power of the Father. It is an social law, moral or rules. But the-name-of-the-Father misunderstood as violence for ego and experienced as rotten laws of society for subject. The subject can't have an ideal rules of society as the ego didn't have any ideal Father. Therefore Son represented an ego without any restriction of the symbolic father and the social subject without proper social laws. And it mans that the reality of the times was dismal situation which every moral and self-ethics are totally destroyed.
