        기술진보와 금융기관의 사회적 소명 변화에 대한 고찰

        인터넷을 중심으로 하는 최근의 정보기술의 발달은 거래관계를 크게 변모시키는 것처럼 보이지만 금융의 측면에서 보는 한, 금융 시스템에 미치는 영향은 그러한 측면보다도, 새로운 상품의 개발, 새로운 이론에 근거한 새로운 계산방법, 새로운 추정기법이라고 하는 방향에 더 크게 나타나고, 금융 전반을 새로운 방향으로 향하고 있는 것처럼 보인다. 이러한 방향을 올바르게 인식하고, 새로운 이론, 새로운 계산방법, 추정방법을 올바르게 인식한다. 최신 정보기술을 이용하면서, 새로운 이론, 계산방법, 추정방법을 제대로 교육하는 것이 필요하며, IT시설을 이용한 교육방법을 확립하는 것이 급선무라고 생각된다. 기술진보에 의해 큰 변혁기를 맞이하고 있는 현재의 금융시장은 지금까지 획기적인 기술진보가 없었던 산업이었던 만큼, 또 경제활동의 핵심 분야이기도 하기 때문에 핀치와 찬스가 혼재하는 격렬한 움직임이 생기고 있다. 규제도 변화하겠지만 시간이 오래 걸리고, 자금잉여라는 세계적 환경변화 속에서 전통적인 금융기관들은 최첨단 기술과 시장동향을 살피면서 힘든 변화의 과정을 밟기 위한 최적의 선택과 결정을 내려야 한다. 이 변화의 성공 여부는 금융기관만의 문제에 머물지 않고, 금융시장의 효율성에 직접 관련되므로 한국경제 전체에 있어서도 매우 중요한 과제이다. 어찌 보면, 한국의 전통적 금융기관이 기술진보의 방향과 속도를 판별하면서, 스스로의 강점과 약점을 냉정하게 분석하고, 아픔을 무릅쓰고 변화하는 보통 기업으로서의 야심적인 변혁을 실시한다면, 한국의 기술을 살려 이전에는 세계의 금융시장을 석권한 세계적 경쟁력을 회복할 기회이기도 하다. 새로운 결제 시스템은 새로운 결제위험을 발생시키지만 기존의 결제방식을 근본적으로 바꾸지는 않았다. 금융의 경우 전자상거래 혹은 전자결제라는 문제는 결코 가볍게 볼 수 없지만 IT의 발전이 금융에 미친 영향이라는 점에서 볼 때 다른 측면이 더 중요하다고 생각된다. IT기술을 인터넷과 같이 좁게 생각하지 않고, 통신, 계산기술의 진보와 IT이용자가 특정전문가뿐만 아니라 널리 일반인에게 확대되었다고 생각하면, 파생상품의 급속한 확대를 비롯한 금융기술의 발전이야말로 IT진보 금융시스템에 대한 최대의 영향이라 생각될 것이다. 이에 여기에서는 금융 시스템의 본질에 대해 고찰하고, 그런 측면에서 IT의 진보가 금융에 준 영향에 대해 생각해 보기로 한다. 본고에서는 로버트 머튼(Robert C. Merton) 등의 지적에 따라 금융시스템을 은행, 증권, 보험, 신탁이라고 하는 금융제도의 면에서 보는 것이 아니라, 금융기능의 면에서 살펴보기로 한다. 그들은 금융기능으로서 (1) 결제기능, (2) 집적화(pooling), (3) 경제자원의 이전, (4) 리스크 관리, (5) 정보제공, (6) 인센티브 문제의 해결을 들고 있다. 이하에서는 이러한 기능의 발전을 IT와의 관련하여 언급하기로 한다. The current financial market, which is facing a period of great change due to technological progress, is an industry that has not had any epoch-making technological advances, and is also a key field of economic activity. Regulations will also change, but it will take a long time, and in the global environment of money surplus, traditional financial institutions must make optimal choices and decisions to undertake a difficult process of change while examining cutting-edge technologies and market trends. The success of this change is not limited to financial institutions alone, but is directly related to the efficiency of the financial market, so it is a very important task for the Korean economy as a whole. In a sense, if traditional Korean financial institutions discriminate the direction and speed of technological progress, calmly analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, and carry out ambitious transformations into ordinary companies that change despite the pain, Korean technology It is also an opportunity to recover the global competitiveness that previously dominated the global financial market. The new payment system creates new payment risks, but does not fundamentally change the existing payment methods. In the case of finance, the issue of e-commerce or electronic payment cannot be taken lightly, but other aspects are more important in terms of the impact of IT development on finance. If we do not think of IT technology as narrowly as the Internet, but think that advances in communication and calculation technology and IT users have been widely spread to the general public as well as specific experts, the development of financial technology, including the rapid expansion of derivatives, is the key to the IT advanced financial system. It is considered to have the greatest impact on Therefore, here, I will examine the nature of the financial system and consider the impact of IT advances on finance in that respect. In this paper, as pointed out by Robert C. Merton and others, the financial system is not viewed from the perspective of financial institutions such as banks, securities, insurance, and trusts, but from the perspective of financial functions. They point to (1) settlement function, (2) pooling, (3) transfer of economic resources, (4) risk management, (5) information provision, and (6) solution of incentive problems as financial functions. Hereinafter, the development of these functions will be referred to in relation to IT.

        The Study on Water Permeation Improvement of Disulfonated Poly(Arylene Ether Sulfone) Random Copolymers with High Free Volume

        본 연구는 pressure retarded osmosis (PRO) 분리막의 구조적 특성이 미치는 영향에 대하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 유사 분자구조를 가지며 자유부피는 차이가 나는 BPS-XX, BisA-XX가 선택되었다. BPS-XX와 BisA-XX는 축중합 반응을 통해 합성되었으며, 또한 더 세분화된 결과를 위해서 20~60 mol.%로 술폰화되었다. 자유부피의 변화에 따른 분리막의 특성을 입증하기 위해서 몇 가지 특성평가가 진행되었다. 연구 결과에서 동일 분자구조에서 자유부피가 증가하면 막의 투과도가 증가하였고, 선택도는 감소하였다. 본 연구의 투과도-선택도 결과에서, 분자의 기본 구조와 자유부피 조절에 따라서, 고 투과도와 선택도를 가진 막을 제조 가능함을 알 수 있었다. In this study, we found structure-property relationship for pressure retarded osmosis (PRO) membrane, between BPS-XX and BisA-XX having similar structure but different free volume. And this comparison was subdivided by controlling its sulfonation degree. BPS-XX and BisA-XX were prepared via a polycondensation reaction. The degree of sulfonation were 20 to 60 mol.%. And they were fabricated to membrane. Characteristics were analyzed to verify of free volume. And the results showed that increase of free volume normally lead to increase permeability and decrease selectivity in equivalent molecule structure. Finally, in the permeability-selectivity results, we conclude high permeability and selectivity membrane can be prepared by controlling molecular structure and free volume.

        Injury Study of Older Children Anthropomorphic Test Device with CRS Harness Belt and Vehicle Level Crash Test

        For years, Q1.5 (anthropomorphic test device for 1.5 years old infant) and Q3 (anthropomorphic test device for 3 years old infant) dummy protection has been improved considerably by the effort of EuroNCAP. ISOFIX strength of vehicle structure has increased and many child occupant protection tests have made child restraint system (hereafter CRS) optimized for child safety. However, from 2016, EuroNCAP changed the dummy which is used for the child occupant protection from Q1.5/Q3 to Q6/Q10 and these were also adopted in KNCAP from 2017. Therefore, a new method is required to secure the safety for older children In this research, child dummies were tested by using adult safety systems, and the different results from each adult restraint system were compared. Finally, dummies were tested with the CRS harness belt commonly used for infants, which has yielded significant result. In this research, mid-sized sedan and small SUV were used for the test. The researchers of this paper performed sled tests to correlate between the different adult safety belt system and child injury. Following the sled test, an actual vehicle test was conducted to gather the injury data of Q-dummy with the CRS harness belts. This paper will show the advantages of applying a pre-tensioner in the second row for child protection and the necessity of CRS which has its own harness belts to improve safety for older children.

      • FSI해석 및 실험을 통한 볼평형장치 내 볼과 유체의 거동 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze drag force and friction force between the ball and fluid in a ball balancer of washing machines. To add ball balancer model in the multibody washing machine modeling, fluid drag force and friction force should be required to complete dynamic modeling of washing machines. To match this goal, both computer simulation and real experiment are compared to accurately model the fluid drag force. Simulation results were compared to experimental results. A ball in an experimental tester had shown slightly different behavior depending on rotational acceleration of a jig. Results from analysis and test were in good agreements. After defining the drag force, the friction force which makes the ball stick on inner tube surface was obtained from high speed camera experiment.

        Strut mount is to connect suspension to the chassis and especially to isolate the vibration from the road. Therefore, it is needed to have variable stiffness over the excitation, but existing rubber mount has just one property of vibration reduction, so lately hydraulic strut mount have come out for the variable stiffness over the excitation. This paper has derived the parameters from FSI(Fluid-structure interaction) analysis using ADINA, and by adjusting those parameters, we could attain the demanded model that has the high frequency vibration reduction. The optimized model is noted, and manufacturing the model could be conducted with those result from FSI analysis methode. After that, the optimized hydraulic strut mount model was applied to a quarter car model. A quarter car model that has the characteristic of hydraulic strut mount was designed using ADAMS, and it was compared to commercial vehicle that has manufactured hydraulic strut mount.
