인제대학교는 총 20학점을 차지하는 교양 교육 중 한문 Ⅰ 2학점, 한문 Ⅱ 2학점을 교양 필수 과목으로 지정하고 있어, 기초 과목으로서의 한문의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본고에서는 인제대학교에서 교양 한문을 담당하는 교수 현황, 강의에 사용하는 교재, 학생들의 강의 평가와 반응에 대하여 검토해 보았다. 이를 통하여 국어국문학, 한문학, 중어중문학 전공자들이 《전통시대(傳統時代)의 지혜(知慧)와 향기(香氣)》라는 공통된 교재를 사용함으로써 강의의 통일성을 유지하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 한문 수업에서 담당교수의 열의 있는 강의가 중요하다는 점, 고등학교와 달리 대학교에서의 한문 교육은 차별성을 두어야 한다는 점 등 필수 교양 과목인 한문이 개선해야 할 점을 찾아 보았다. lnje University designates 2 credits in Chinese writing Ⅰ and 2 credits in Chinese writing Ⅱ as a required cultural subject among the cultural education comprising of a total of 20 credits, emphasizing the importance of Chinese writing as a basic subject. This paper examined the present situation of the professors in charge of cultural Chinese writing, teaching materials used for the lecture and students' e evaluation of and response to the lecture in lnje University. Through the examination, it was confirmed that the unity of a lecture could be maintained by making the common textbook named 《Wisdom and fragrance of the traditional age》be used for the students specialized in Korean literature, Chinese classical literature and Chinese Language & Literature. In addition, this paper seeks for the improvements in Chinese writing, stressing that the ardent lecture of a professor in charge is important in a Chinese writing lesson and that different from a senior high school, the Chinese writing education in an university should be differentiated.
염분농도에 따른 해양 미세조류(Nannochloropsis oculata)의 지질 및 지방산의 변화

The quality and quantity of food organisms in fish seed production are important. The marine microalgae Nanno-chloropsis oculata are used as initial food organisms in the field. We investigated the effects of salinity(0,10,20,30,40 and 50 psu) on the lipid and fatty acid composition of N. oculata. Cultivation of N. oculata at varying salinities showed the highest growth rate at 20 psu. Total lipid content ranged from 17.26 to 18.63% at salinities from 0 to 50psu). The nonpolar lipid content increased markedly at 30 psu and was highest at 15.55%. The polar lipid content was lowest at 30 psu, by 84.45%. It was also found that the omega-3 and EPA contents were invesrsely proportional to salt concentration. For the polar and nonpolar lipid compositions, there was no singnificant effect of salinity. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid content especially the content of EPA in the seawater larvae is the essential fatty acid in this food organism. It is thus advantageous to culture N. oculata at 20 psu.

Maillard 반응의 기본이 되는 당과 아미노산을 결정하기 위하여 미더덕 체액, 6탄당인 glucose와 5탄당인 ribose를 기본으로 하여, thiamine, 아미노산으로는 methionine, taurine, glycine, alanine, threonine, cystine 등을 사용하였고, 실용적인 방안을 강구하기 위하여 식용하는 양파, 마늘, 감귤, 생강, 녹차, 파 등을 첨가하여 반응액을 만들었다. Ribose와 thiamine 구가 패널로부터 가장 높은 평가를 받았고, 이어서 glucose와 thiamine 구가, ribose와 methionine 구는 아주 나쁜 풍미를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다. 함황화합물인 taurine을 첨가한 glucose 및 ribose 구는 보통의 평가로 나타났고, 체액에 당과 아미노산을 첨가한 경우도 thiamine 구만 보통으로 평가되었으나 나머지 아미노산의 경우 싫어하는 것으로 나타났다. 기본의 액즙-당 반응구에서는 장쇄지방산의 함량이 31.32-62.71%로 가장 높은 함량을 보였고, A, B, C구에서는 1,2-bezenedicarboxylic acid dibutyl ester의 함량도 20%를 상회하는 것으로 나타나 이들 화합물이 전체 향기성분의 50% 이상으로 이들이 체액-당 반응계의 주된 화합물로 생성되어, 체액을 활용한 조미료의 생산을 저렴한 비용으로 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Mideoduck drips were mixed with amino acids (Met, Tau, Gly, Ala, Thr, Cys), thiamine and sugars (Glucose, Ribose) for flavor modification and evaluation using the Maillard reaction. To mask the seafood flavor, onions, spring onions, garlic, ginger, citric orange and green tea were mixed with Mideoduck drips at 160℃ for 2.5 hr in a stainless still reaction bomb. The glucose/thiamine model reaction system was estimated to be lower than the ribose/thiamine model system, and an extreme case is the ribose/Met model system. Mixed system of glucose, ribose and taurine containing sulfur compounds showed fair results. Among the Mideoduck drips mixed with sugars and amino groups, only thiamine model systems were estimated to be normal. The flavor composition of Mideoduck drips/sugars model system, and long chain fatty acids were composed of 31.32~62.71% total flavor content. The 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid dibutylester contents made up more than 20% of the model system in groups A, B and C. From the model system in this study, drip/glucose, drip/ribose, drip/glucose/citric orange, and drip/glucose/glycine/cystine groups showed most intense good flavor.
찰가자미 자어에 있어서 먹이생물의 영양강화을 위한 해양세균 ( Erythrobacter sp. Sπ-1 ) 의 이용

This study was performed to compare the effect of enrichement of rotifer and Artemia fed marine bacteria (Erymrnbatoer sp. Sπ-1) with those fed the different diets (Super Selco, ω-yeast and marine Chlorella) on the slime flounder larvae, Microstomus achne. Because the ratio of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) to fatty acids in rotifer (dry weight %) fed on Super Selco and ESP-SR including Erythrobatcer sp. Sπ-1 was higher than that in rotifer fed marine Chlorella, the growth of the slime larvae fed the former showed better than the latter. And the ratio of DHA and highly unsaturated fatty acid (n-3 HUFA) to fatty acids in Artemia (dry weight %) enriched by ESP-A including Erythrobatcer sp. Sπ-1 were also higher than those in Artemia enriched by others or Artemia without enrichment. Larvae fed on Artemia enriched by ESP-A showed better growth and survival rate than those fed on Artemia enriched by others or Artemia without enrichment. With regard to dietary value of Erythrobatcer sp. Sπ-1, its use could improve the quality of the live foods for the slime flounder larvae.
