Today modern urban Buddhist temples for the modernization and popularization of Buddhism have developed forms and functions that meet the needs of the time and the public. However, the construction of modern urban Buddhist temples causes some problems because they should be existed in the environment of cities. In particular, the high value of land makes it difficult to have the same formative characteristics as those of traditional temples. That is why the space organization is newly applied and dealt with land-scape.The purpose of this study is to seek solutions to the following question: What is an appropriate prototype of external space for modern urban Buddhist temples?To this end, this study aims at conducting a case study of temples built and ran in Seoul, analyzing the current status of them, finding out their problems and potentialities and suggesting a desirable answer to above the question. I suppose the results of this study could not only be used as a guideline for establishing modern urban Buddhist temples, but also help set the standards for how the external space of the existing modern urban Buddhist temples should be changed.

The aim of this study is to develop a mixed polyester latent crimped yarn with excellent bulkiness and stretchability. In order to achieve this goal, the thermal and physical behaviors of yarn obtained from two filaments with different shrinkabilities were investigated under various manufacturing conditions. The partially oriented yarn (POY) exhibited various thermal shrinkages under wet and dry conditions. The fabric hand value is affected by the properties of the POY and by the physical properties of the latent crimped yarns, such as linear density, tenacity, breaking strain, and shrinkage. First, the POY should be spun at speeds in the range of 3,000-3,200 m/min so as to produce a wool-like mixed PET yarn with excellent bulkiness and stretching properties. Second, the manufacturing conditions for the latent crimped yarn should be set as follows: 1) intrinsic viscosity difference between 0.15 and 0.2; 2) setting at $120^{\circ}C$; and 3) a low winding speed and high draw ratio during the spinning process. Finally, the heat roller temperature of the drawing machine should be set between $105-120^{\circ}C$ together under overfeeding conditions in order to obtain the desired wool-like mixed latent crimped yarn that exhibits excellent bulkiness and high stretchability, in accordance with the aim of this procedure.
Enhancement of PLED lifetime using thin film passivation with amorphous Mg-Zn-F

In this study, a new thin films passivation technique using Zn with high electronegativity and MgF2, a fluorine material with better optical transmittance than the sealing film materials that have thus far been reported was proposed. Targets with various ratios of MgF2 to Zn (5:5, 4:6 and 3:7) were fabricated to control the amount of Zn in the passivation films. The Mg-Zn-F films were deposited onto the substrates and Zn was located in the gap between the lattices of MgF2 without chemical metathesis in the Mg-Zn-F films. The thickness and optical transmittance of the deposited passivation films were approximately 200 nm and 80%,respectively. It was confirmed via electron dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis that the Zn content of the film that was sputtered using a 4:6 ratio target was 9.84 wt%. The Zn contents of the films made from the 5:5 and 3:7 ratio targets were 2.07 and 5.01 wt%, respectively. The water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) was determined to be 38℃, RH 90-100%. The WVTR of the Mg-Zn-F film that was deposited with a 4:6 ratio target nearly reached the limit of the equipment, 1×10-3 g/m2·day. As the Zn portion increased, the packing density also increased, and it was found that the passivation films effectively prevented the permeation by either oxygen or water vapor. To measure the characteristics of gas barrier, the film was applied to the emitting device to evaluate their lifetime. The lifetime of the applied device with passivation was increased to 25 times that of the PLED device,which was non-passivated.

국제 금융시장에서 새로운 파생금융상품들이 수 없이 출현하고 이들 중에 상당수의 상품들은 폭발적으로 거래량이 증대하고 있는 반면에 한쪽에서는 파생금융상품 거래의 부작용에 대한 우려의 소리와 함께 이들 거래에 대한 규제 논의가 일고 있다. 현재 우리 나라 파생상품시장은 아직 도입단계에 불과하며 금융기관의 위험관리제도도 아직 정착되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 우리 나라의 파생상품 관련 규정은 증권거래법, 선물 거래법 및 외국환관리법에 주식관련 파생상품, 상품선물상품·금융선물상품·지수선물상품 및 외환관련 파생상품 등이 각각 규정되어 있는 등 법적 체계 및 제도적 정비가 진행 중이고 규제·감독도 유인적합적 이라기 보다는 지시통제 일변도이다. 파생상품에 대한 규제·감독의 원칙은 균형성, 자율성 및 사전성이 되어야 하며 이러한 원칙에 입각하여 다음과 같은 세가지 방향에서 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 첫째, 지시통제적에서 유인적합적 규제·감독으로 나아가야 한다. 둘째, 기관별 규제·감독에서 기능중심적 규제 ·감독을 지향하여야 한다. 셋째, 금융기판별 위험관리 시스템 구축 유도 및 이를 통한 감독을 추구하여야 한다. 향후 감독당국은 파생상품거래에 관한 규제 ·감독을 효율적으로 추진하여야 자본의 빈번한 이동에 따른 금융충격을 회피할 수 있을 것이다
수술용 로봇 햅틱 시스템 구성을 위한 저관성 마스터 장치 핸들부 개발

When using commercialized robot assisted laparoscopic, surgeon has met some problems to depend only on image of the surgical field. To solve it, there were various researches. The previous study showed that it is possible to estimate the operation force on the commercialized instrument inside patient without sensors. To apply the estimated force to a haptic master console for the laparoscopy surgical robot system, the light haptic master console should be designed. This paper suggests the design of lighter master console handle to reduce a weight of the console whose structure can match with the joint and DOF of an instrument. A cable-conduit mechanism is designed to make light structure to perform a delicate manipulation. The cable-conduit mechanism removes the weight and inertia of link caused by haptic actuator and encoder which is separated from handle link of a manipulator.
