The present study examined the preventive effect of osteoporosis in ovariectomized (OVX) mice by feeding of phytate-reduced brown rice inoculated with the selected Lactobacillus sakei Wikim001 having high phytase activity. Contrary to 5% BR-WK diet, OVX mice with normal diet containing 10% brown rice manufactured with L. sakei Wikim001 (10 % BR-WK diet) exhibited the increase of trabecular bone volume/tissue volume, bone surface/tissue volume, trabecular number, and bone mineral density in femur as compared with the control OVX mice. Moreover, OVX mice fed with 10% BR-WK diet decreased bone turnover markers, including osteocalcin and CTX-1. These results suggest that BR-WK diet has a bone sparing effect in OVX-induced trabecular bone loss and prevents deterioration of bone microarchitecture by suppressing bone turnover rate. Therefore, BR-WK diet may be useful for preserving bone mass and structure against osteoporosis.
간호대학생의 자아존중감, 간호전문직관, 인지적 정서조절 전략이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to identify the factors related to clinical practice stress in nursing college students. The participants comprised 160 students in a nursing college. Data collection was conducted from December 1, 2019 to December 15, 2019. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and a multiple regression analysis. The average score for clinical practice stress was 3.19 out of a maximum of 5. clinical practice stress had a statistically significant relationship with self-esteem(r=.22, p=.005), nursing professionalism(r=-.26, p=.001) and cognitive emotion control strategy(r=.38, p<.001). The factors affecting clinical practice stress were maladaptive cognitive emotion control strategy(β=.46, p<.001), nursing professionalism(β=-.20, <.001), grade(β=.20, p=.002), motivation for nursing choice(β=-.15, p=.019); the explanatory power of the model was 35.5%. Therefore, in order to reduce the stress on clinical practice, it is necessary to develop a program that can lower the maladaptive cognitive emotion control strategy along with improving the nursing professionalism in stress situations. 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 간호전문직관, 인지적 정서조절 전략이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 B시 소재 간호대학에 재학 중이며 임상실습을 2학기 이상 경험한 학생 160명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2019년 12월 1일부터 15일까지 시행하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s corelation coefficient, Scheffe 사후검증과 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 임상실습스트레스는 5점 만점에 평균 3.19점이었다. 임상실습스트레스는 자아존중감(r=.22, p=.005), 간호전문직관(r=-.26, p=.001)과는 음의 상관관계를, 인지적 정서조절전략(r=.38, p<.001)과는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 임상실습스트레스의 영향요인은 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략(β=.46, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=-.20, p<.001), 학년(β=.20, p=.002), 간호학 선택 동기(β=-.15, p=.019)이었으며 설명력은 총 35.5%로 나타났다. 따라서 임상실습에 대한 스트레스 감소를 위하여 간호전문직관 향상과 함께 스트레스 상황 시 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략을 낮출 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용해 불 것을 제언한다.
전래 동화 치유 프로그램의 효능성에 관한 연구 - 전래동화 ‘금구슬을 버린 형제’, ‘의좋은 형제’를 중심으로-

문학은 삶의 가치와 문학의 가치와 통합하여 인간의 자아실현을 가능하 게 함과 동시에 인간에게 위안을 주고 인간의 정서를 함양시킨다. 그래서 문학 작품을 텍스트로 하는 독서 치유는 자신과 비슷한 문제들을 경험한 문학 작품 속의 등장인물에 쉽게 이입한다는 특성을 살려, 자신과 문학 작 품 속의 인물과 동일시를 유도하고 그를 통해 현실 속의 ‘나’를 자각하고 긍정적으로 세계관과 인간관계를 갖도록 도움을 준다. 또한, 부정적이고 소극적인 사고의 틀을 바꿔 긍정적이고 적극적인 자아상을 가지는 데 기여 한다. 특히 전래동화 속 이야기는 우리 인간의 문제이며 오랜 세월 조상들 이 겪어 온 삶의 다양한 체험과 가치관, 사상과 지혜를 담고 있어 그를 통해 삶의 가치와 의미를 터득하고 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 힘을 준다. 본 논문은 전래동화인 <구슬을 버린 형제>와 <의좋은 형제> 중심으로 형제자매 간 갈등을 겪은 아동과 청소년들을 대상으로 치유 프로그램을 만들고 치유를 진행하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 동화치유의 개념과 중요성을 이해하고, 전래동화의 특성을 바탕으로 전래동화를 활용 한 치유방법 및 원리를 살펴보았다. 이번 논의에서는 두 동화의 작품을 분 석한 질문지를 활용하여 세 가지 과정의 전래동화치료 방법을 진행하여 전래동화치료가 형제자매간의‘우애’를 돈독하게 하고, 갈등에 대한 원인과 해결방안을 찾는데 효능성이 있는지 가능성을 제시하였다. Literature helps self-realization combining value of our lives and that of literature. Also literature gives comfort to human. Since ‘Reading Treatment’ makes a person easily move in to characters, such treatment induce positive outlook on the world and relationship by equating themselves with characters. Also, ‘Reading Treatment’ serves role as changer of negative and passive thought. Especially, stories in the traditional fairy tales are usually a matter of our lives and containing ancestor’s various experiences, perspective and wisdom which helps overcome problems of our lives and realize the real value of lives. This paper targeted making healing program and progressing treatment for teenager and child who experienced conflict between their sibling centering around traditional fairy tale <Two Brothers and the Gold> and <Brotherly Love>. To achieve above goal, this paper introduced exact concept, importance, principle and healing method of ‘Reading Treatment’ with traditional fairy tale. This paper discussed three ways of healing method by using questionnaire analyzing two fairy tales, <Two Brothers and the Gold> and <Brotherly Love> and suggested possibility of finding the cause of conflict, resolution and recovering relationship between sibling.

The advent of immunochemistry expedites the development of a number of important procedures for gene cloning, disease control (diagnosis, treatment) and biochemical analyses in animal systems. These procedures can be applicable to plant systems : immunochemical detection of biopolymers (proteins, carbohydrates, growth hormones, and pathogenic virus particles). It is not quite difficult to purify various palnt immunogens. However, immunochemical screening methods for specific substances of plants are scarce, so that these procedures for each substance are to be developed. During the cereal germination, amylase converts the starchy endosperm of the seed to nutrient that support the growing seedling. α-Amylase and β-amylase hydrolyze internal α-1,4 glycosidic linkages in starch and dextrin. They produce α-maltose and β-maltose respectively. Their gene expression is regulated by gibberellic acid (negative regulator) and abscisic acid (positive regulator). In this study, α-amylase (from barley malt) protein was analyzed with SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of α-amylase was about 60,000 daltons. α-Amylase protein was used as immunogen to produce antiα-amylase antiserum in a rabbit. The immunogen was mixed with an equal volume of Freund's complete adjuvant, and the mixture was hypodermically injected to the hideback (30 spots) and paws (2 spots) of the rabbit. The immunization was performed with two week interval. The dosage of the immunogen was decreased by half, and incomplete adjuvant was substituted for the complete one from the second immunization. The serum was prepared from the blood, and immunoreactivity of the serum was examined by dot-blotting and western blotting using the GARHRP indirect immunoassay kit. It was found that the anti α-amylase antiserum recognized nano-gram quantity of antigen under these experimental conditions. The antiserum will be used for the development of immunochemical assay to detect the time of the seed germination.

Phytic acid (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate) or phytate is considered an anti-nutrient due to the formation of precipitated complexes that strongly reduces the absorption of essential dietary minerals. In this study, brown rice with reduced phytate was made by inoculation with Lactobacillus sakei Wikim001 having high phytase activity. The effects of brown rice extract treated with L. sakei Wikim001 (BR-WK) on osteoblast differentiation and osteoclast formation were investigated. The proliferation of SaOS-2 cells was measured by the MTT assay. Treatment with BR-WK increased cell proliferation by 136% at a concentration of 100 ㎍/mL. The Alkaline phosphate activity in SaOS-2 cells was 129% higher when BR-WK was processed at a concentration of 100 ㎍/mL. The proliferation of bone marrow macrophages decreased by nearly 60% in response to treatment with BR-WK. In addition, BR-WK reduced the number of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-positive (TRAP+) multinucleated cells from bone marrow macrophages. These results indicate that BR-WK stimulates bone formation through its positive action on osteoblast differentiation and function and furthermore, decreases osteoclast differentiation.
