        수도권의 주택점유 특성 변화로 분석한 슈바베의 가설

        본 연구는 1990년 이후 인구 및 사회경제적으로 고도화된 경제발전의 특징을 보이는 수도권의 주택점유 특성변화를 분석하기 위해서 슈바베의 가설을 검정하였다. 슈바베의 가설은 한 나라의 경제발전에 따라 주택수요를 결정하는 요인이 사회경제적 요인 보다는 인구학적 요인으로 옮겨갈 것이라는 것이다. 슈바베의 가설을 검정하기 위해 본 연구에서는 1980년부터 2005년까지 통계청에서 제공하는 인구주택총조사 자료를 이용하여 약 25년동안 노정된 수도권 자가소유에 대한 수요 변화의 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 Binary probit모형과 Blinder-Oaxaca 해체기법을 응용하였으며, 연구결과는 두 가지 연구가설이 성립하는 것으로 나타났다. 자가소유로 측정한 주택수요변화의 경우 사회경제적 요인보다는 인구학적 변화의 영향력이 1980년대 이후 지속적으로 증대되어 온 것으로 드러났다. 요약하면, 수도권 주택시장의 경우 주택점유에 있어서 가구의 경제적 능력보다는 인구학적 특성변화에 따른 주택소비 구입의사의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있는 것으로 나타나 슈바베의 가설이 유효함을 보여주고 있다. The Schwabe's law explains the housing demand weighs more on demographic factors rather than on socio-economic factors as societies achieve higher level of economic development. Based on Schwabe's law, the present study constructs a hypotheses to analyze changes of housing demand with respect to housing tenure change in Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) during the periods of 1980 to 2005. To test the hypotheses, the authors take advantage of the Population and Housing Census 2% data from 1980 to 2005. The authors apply binary probit with decomposition method to verify our hypotheses. The authors found that the influence of socio-economic factors on housing tenure have been weakened in the housing market during the periods of 1980 to 2005. On the other hand, the relative influence of demographic factors have been strengthened in the housing market during the periods. The present study concludes that housing demand in the SMA have been dramatically changed from socio-economic characteristics to demographic factors to decide housing tenure during the periods, which confirms the hypotheses of the present study.

        In spite of its prominent effects on reduction of panic attacks and preveniton of relapse, cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT) for panic disorder is seldomly utilized and studied in this country. for the past year, authors have modified CBT program for panic disorder that was based on PCT(panic control program) designed by Dr. Barlow and Dr. Craske. Our program is composed of informational component, somatic management skills, cognitive restructuring, interoceptive exposure and in vivo exposure. One patient has significantly improved by this program and satisfied with the treatment result. The aim of this article is to present our experience of treating a panic patient with CBT.

      • 멀티프라이머리 디스플레이를 위한 3D-LUT 색 신호 분리 방법

        본 논문에서는 멀티 프라이머리 디스플레이(multi-primary display; MPD)에서 색 재현을 위해 선형 LAB 색공간에서 3차원 took-up-table(3D-LUT)을 이용한 색신호 분리방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 인간 지각의 3가지 속성을 반영하는 선형 LAB 색공간에서 작성된 MPD 색역의 경계를 적은 용량의 메모리를 가지는 3D-LUT로 작성한다. 이때 색역 경계점의 자극치와 MPD의 색신호의 선형관계를 이용하여 3D-LUT에는 휘도 및 색상에 대한 채도와 색신호 조합이 저장된다. 작성된 3D-LUT에 기반하여 입력 자극치에 대응하는 MPD 색신호를 주변 색역 경계점의 색신호 변화를 고려하여 색역 경계점과 입력의 채도비로 보간한다. 그 결과, MPD 색신호가 연속적 계조를 가지도록 하였다. 또한 선형 LAB 색공간에서 색역 경계 LUT를 사용하여 연산의 복잡도를 감소시키고 MPD의 부드러운 색신호 변화를 유도하였다. This paper proposes the color decomposition method for multi-primary display (MPD) using a 3-dimensional look-up-table (3D-LUT) in a linearized LAB space. The proposed method decomposes conventional three-primary colors into the multi-primary control values of a display device under constraints of tristimulus match. To reproduce images on the MPD, the color signals should be estimated from a device-independent color space, such as CIEXYZ and CIELAB. In this paper, the linearized LAB space is used due to its linearity and additivity in color conversion. The proposed method constructs the 3-D LUT, which contain gamut boundary information to calculate color signals of the MPD. For the image reproduction, standard RGB or CIEXYZ is transformed to the linearized LAB and then hue and chroma are computed to refer to the 3D-LUT. In the linearlized LAB space, the color signals of a gamut boundary point with the same lightness and hue of an input point are calculated. Also, color signals of a point on gray axis are calculated with the same lightness of an input. With gamut boundary points and input point, color signals of the input points are obtained with the chroma ratio divided by the chroma of the gamut boundary point. Specially, for the hue change, neighboring boundary points are employed. As a result the proposed method guarantees the continuity of color signals and computational efficiency, and requires less amount of memory.

        뇌파의 임상적 유용성 : 뇌파소견과 뇌전산화 단층촬영 검사 및 뇌자기공명 영상검사 소견을 비교하여

        To demonstrate the clinical usefulness of electroencephalography (EEG) and factors increasing the usefulness of EEG, the authors evaluated each relationship between EEG related factors and clinical variables, and neuroimaging studies (CT and MRI)-related factors, and factors which are related with routine neurological examination for 207 patients who had been evaluated with both of EEG and neuroimaging study(CT or/and MRI). The results were as follows: 1) Abnormality of EEG findings had significant relationships with chief complaints, diagnosis, medication use, seizure attack, pathological reflex, and level of consciousness. However there were no significant correlations between abnormality of EEG findings and neuroimaging studies (CT and MRI)- related factors. 2) Laterality of EEG findings had significant relationships with abnormality, laterality, and focality of CT findings, and also with abnormality of MRI findings. But there were no significant correlations between laterality of EEG findings and clinical variables, and neurological examination-related factors. 3) Anterior-posterior distribution of EEG findings was significantly related with medication use. 4) Focality of EEG findings had significant relationships with sex, sensory dysfunction sign, and cerebellar dysfunction sign. But there were no significant correlations between focality of EEG findings and neuroimaging studies(CT and MRI) related factors. 5) Abnormal EEG pattern had significant correlations with various factors, such as age, chief complaints, duration from onset of symptom to taking MRI, seizure attack, abnormality and nature of lesion in CT findings, cortical atrophy in MRI findings, motor dysfunction sign, sensory dysfunction sign, and pathological reflex. 6) With abnormality on sleep activation, age, age of onset, seizure attack, ventricular enlargement in CT findings, and abnormality of MRI findings were significantly correlated. 7) With abnormality on hyperventilation activation, duration of illness and laterality of MRI findings were significantly correlated. Above results may suggest that abnormality of EEG findings is more closely related with functional change of the brain than structural changes of the brain and laterality of EEG findings is vice versa. And also that medication use has an influence on anterior versus posterior distribution of EEG findings and focality of EEG findings is not related with structural changes of the brain. Activation with sleep may be effective to show age differences and provocation of seizure activity and hyperventilation may be effective to detect the abnormal EEG findings by cerebrovascular insufficiency.

        노즐형상 및 대기조건에 따른 항공기의 플룸 IR 신호 연구

        항공기 추진 시스템의 IR 피탐지성은 노즐형상 및 대기조건에 큰 영향을 받게 된다. 그 영향성을 분석하기 위해 대표적 스텔스 무인 항공기와 그 추진 시스템의 형상변형 수축노즐을 고려하였다. 먼저 압축성 CFD 코드를 이용하여 IR 신호 계산에 필요한 열유동장 및 노즐표면 온도 정보를 산출하였다. 플룸 IR 신호를 계산해 본 결과 축방향 신호수준은 상당히 감소하는 반면, 노즐의 좌우 측면에서는 노즐의 가로세로비 증가로 인해 플룸이 좌우로 확장되어 특정 가로세로비에서 상대적으로 증가된 플룸 IR 신호가 발생함을 확인하였다. 다음으로 LOWTRAN 7 코드와 연계하여 계절 및 관측거리 변화에 따른 대기 투과율을 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 대기효과가 고려된 플룸 IR 신호를 계산하였다. 계산결과 계절이 여름일 경우와 비교적 근접의 관측거리에서 이산화탄소 밴드에서 IR 신호가 현저히 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. Nozzle configurations and atmospheric conditions play a significant role in the infrared signature level of aircraft propulsion system. Various convergent nozzles of an unmanned aircraft under different atmospheric conditions are considered. An analysis of thermal flow field and nozzle surface temperature distribution is conducted using a compressible CFD code. It is shown that the IR level in rear direction is considerably reduced in deformed nozzles, whereas the IR level in adjacent azimuth angles is increased in aspect ratios around 6 due to the plume spreading effect caused by high aspect ratio of nozzles. In addition, an analysis of atmospheric transmissivity for various seasons and observation distance is conducted using the LOWTRAN 7 code and subsequently plume IR signature is calculated by considering atmospheric effects. It is shown that the IR signature is reduced significantly in summer season and near the band of carbon dioxide in case of relatively close distance.

        Thrichoderma atroviride 배양액의 tyrosinase 억제제에 관한 연구

        현대인에게 미백화장품은 미를 나타내는 중요한 요소이다. 균류는 미백에 연관된 다양한 물질대사산물을 생산한다. 본 연구에서 미백기능성 화장품에 소재를 탐색하기 위해 Trichoderma atroviride 배양액에 물질대사산물에 의한 tyrosinase inhibitors를 조사하였다. 또한, 억제 효과는 식의약안전처에 미백화장품 원료로 승인된 알부틴과 비교하였다. T. atroviride 배양액에 물질대사산물은 알부틴의 활성보다 높은 tyrosinase 억제 활성을 보였다. T. atroviride 배양액에 포함된 tyrosinase inhibitors 중 일부는 열에 안정한 반면에, 일부는 열에 불안정하였다. 본 물질들은 약산성~중성 pH 영역에서는 안정하였지만, 그 외 영역에서는 매우 불안정하였다. Proteinase K에 의해 활성 영향이 거의 없었기 때문에 inhibitor들은 대부분 물질대사산물로 구성된 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 본 T. atroviride 배양액에 물질대사산물은 미백화장품 소재로써 잠재적 가치가 있는 것으로 제의된다. In today’s society, functional whitening cosmetics are important to beauty. Fungi are known to produce a variety of whitening-related metabolites. In this study, we searched for tyrosinase inhibitors with metabolic products derived from Trichoderma atroviride supernatant in order to apply a material for whitening functional cosmetics. In addition, the inhibitory effect was compared to arbutin, which has already been approved as a whitening raw material by the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (KMFDS). The metabolites from the T. atroviride supernatant showed higher tyrosinase inhibitory activity than that of arbutin. Some of the tyrosinase inhibitors were stable to heat, whereas some were unstable. The heat unstable material was exhibited in the case of samples treated with little amounts, such as 0.02~0.2%. They were very unstable in acidic and alkali pHs, especially under acidic conditions. However, it was found that a weakly-acidic to neutral pH range was the optimal working pH, especially neutral pH. Since the activity of the inhibitory substances in the T. atroviride supernatant was maintained regardless of proteinase K treatment, it was assumed that the metabolites, but not the bioactive peptides, were involved in the activity. In summary, we propose that the metabolites derived from T. atroviride supernatant have strong potential as whitening raw material.

        The spherical motor is an electric machine which is able to tilt its shaft on 3-dimensional space as using electromagnetic force. Recently a permanent magnet is remarkable material for applying electric machinery, because of high magnetic flux density. In this paper, a spherical motor, which has permanent magnet on its rotor, is researched. As known, the spherical motor has a special feature as 3 degrees of freedom (D.O.F) operation. This performance can be realized by using electromagnetic torque between coils and magnets. Therefore, in this paper, a permanent magnet spherical wheel motor is introduced and performance characteristics are analyzed for improving of operation stability.
