비냉각 열 영상 시트템용 BSCT $320{\times}240$ IR-FPA의 구현

BSCT 320${\times}$240 IRFPA detector module is implemented, which is a key component in uncooled thermal imaging systems. The detector module consists of two parts, infrared sensitive pixel array and read-out integrated circuit(ROIC). The BSCT 320${\times}$240 pixels are made by laser scribe process and 10-${\mu}m$ micro-bump to satisfy 50-${\mu}m$ pitch and 95-% fill-factor. The ROIC has been designed to electrically address the pixels sequentailly and to improve signal-to-noise ratio with single transistor amplifier, HPF, tunable LPF and clamp circuit. The fabricated hybrid chip of detector and ROIC has been mounted on the TEC built-in ceramic package for more stable operation and tested for lots of electrical and optical properties. The IRFA sample has shown successful properties and met with good results of fill-factor, detectivity and responsivity. 적외선 열 영상 system에서 가장 핵심이 되는 BSCT 320X240 IRFPA를 구현하였다. 검출기 module은 두 개의 부분, 즉 적외선 감지 pixel의 array와 감지된 신호를 읽어내는 ROIC로 구성된다. 50-${\mu}m$의 pitch와 95-%의 fill-factor를 만족하도록, laser scriber공정과 10-${\mu}m$ 크기의 ball을 갖는 micro bump공정을 적용하였다. ROIC는 선택된 신호를 읽어서 순차적으로 출력하게 설계되었으며, 단일 transistor amplifier, HPF, tunable LPF 그리고 clamp circuit를 삽입하여 SNR이 개선되도록 설계하였다. Detector와 ROIC의 결합으로 제작된 hybrid chip은 좀더 안정한 동작을 하도록 TEC가 내장된 ceramic package에 탑재하였다. 제작된 IRFPA sample은 원하는 특성을 만족하였으며, 특히 fill-factor, 탐지도, 반응도면에서 설계의 목표에 잘 근사함을 알 수 있었다.

PC게임의 Animation에 관한 연구 : Intro Animation을 중심으로 Focusing on Intro Animation

오늘날 PC는 게임시장의 속도에 맞춰져 발전하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 게임산업은 정보화 사회의 발전과 그 맥락을 같이 해왔으며 앞으로도 첨단기술 산업의 발전을 이끌어나가는 주역이 될 것이다. 또한 지금까지의 어린이들 또는 청소년의 유해한 놀이라는 인식을 재고하고, 문화와 기술접목을 통한 고부가가치 산업, 문화컨텐츠 자산으로서의 게임에 대한 인식확산으로 변해가야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 게임의 인트로 애니메이션이 PC게임에서 사용자가 가장먼저 접하게 되는 장면임에도 불구하고 사용자에게 등한시 되어왔음을 인지하고, 이들의 특성을 살펴보고 개선방향으로 나아갈 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 한다. 오늘날의 게임은 기술집약의 고부가가치 산업으로서 사람들의 생각과 욕구를 충족시키는 중요한 하나의 엔터테이먼트적 요소로 자리잡게 되었으며, 사회전반에 걸쳐 큰 이슈로 주목받고 있는 PC게임의 동영상을 분석하고, 제대로 이해한다면 게임 애니메이션은 영상문화 속에서 제3의 장르로 자리잡게 될 것이다. PC technologies can be reasonably said to have been developed in accordance with the development of game markets. The game industry has the same root with the development of information society and will be a major force to develop highly technical industries. In addition, the recognition about games that these are harmful plays and only for children and youths should be changed towards that these are highly value added and cultural content assets. In this research, recognizing the fact that the intro animation of games, the first screen, which users confront in PC games but have neglected them, and the features of intro animation were surveyed and future improvements were suggested. Today, games are a kind of entertaining element which is important in satisfying the thought and needs of people as a highly value added industry with integrated technologies, and game animation will be the third genre in screen cultures if the movies in PC games, which became a significant issue in overall societies, are properly analyzed and understood.

주재원 문화지능: 역량발휘기회 지각을 통해 현지직원들의 제언과 침묵에 미치는 영향

새로운 문화 환경에 효과적으로 잘 적응하는 능력을 문화지능(cultural intelligence: CI)이라고 한다. 기존 연구들은 주로 개인적인 적응과 이해의 관점에서 문화지능을 다루었으나, 제언이나 침묵과 같은 사회적 활동에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 거의 연구된 바가 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 주재원들의 문화지능이 어떻게 현지 부하직원들의 제언 및 침묵에 영향을 미치는지를 검토하고자 했다. 구체적으로, 부하직원들에게 지각된 역량발휘가능성의 부분매개를 통해 문화지능은 제언에는 긍정적, 침묵에는 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이라고 가설화했다. 또한 문화지능과 역량발휘기회 인식의 관계에서 상사-부하 간 가치유사성과 고용형태에 따른 조절효과도 규명하고자 했다. 이들 변수 간의 관계는 중국진출 한국 법인들에서 근무하는 514명의 현지직원들로부터 획득한 표본을 사용해 분석되었다. 구조방정식모델링 결과, 문화지능은 현지직원들의 제언에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 침묵에는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 역량발 휘가능성은 이들 간의 관계를 부분 매개했다. 또한 위계적 조절회귀분석에서는 고용형태만이 문화지능과 지각된 역량발휘가능성 간의 관계를 조절했고 가치유사성의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과들은 다국적기업 경영자들이 현지 자회사나 공장의 조직 활성화를 위한 리더십 역량으로서 주재원의 문화지능에 주목할 것을 제안한다. 또한 숙련된 노동자를 잃지 않으려 하는 경영진과 직원들의 직무불안 감소를 목표로 하는 노조가 함께 고용유지에 관심을 가져야 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The 21st century requires high levels of cultural intelligence (CI). Cultural intelligence―the capability to function effectively in intercultural settings―has gained increasing attention from researchers and practitioners due to its contemporary relevance to globalization, international management, and workforce diversification. As culturally attuned and emotionally sensitive global leaders need to be developed, existing literature related to expatriates' cultural intelligence has mainly focused on their cultural adaptation and understanding (e.g. Huff et al., 2014). However, research about the influence of CI on the strategic forms of communication, i.e. employee voice and silence behaviors is in question. Hence, in order to address this issue, we hypothesized that CI relates positively with voice and negatively with silence through partial mediation of perceived competence mobilization (PCM). We also predicted the moderating influences of supervisor-subordinate value similarity and employment status on the CI-PCM relationship. Relationships among the constructs were tested using survey data from 514 host country national employees of Korean subsidiaries in China. The results of structural equation modeling show that CI had positive impact on voice behavior and negative impact on silence behavior. PCM partially mediates between them. According to the results of hierarchical multiple regression, employment status moderated the relationship between CI and PCM, whereas value congruence had no moderating effects. These findings imply that managers need to pay attention to the role of expatriates' cultural intelligence as leadership competence for organizational activation. Also, it is suggested that management aiming to avoid losing specialized high-skilled workers and unions to reduce job insecurity both should have an interest in employment retention in host country subsidiaries.
