        특수경비원 교육훈련실태 및 발전방안에 관한 연구

        The first, Improvement of education training condition Education training is influenced by facilities, environment around. according to questionnaire, it is very poor, we should set up a training institute as soon as possible. The second, Improvement of education training contents In working as special guard, they do not feel the need of curriculums like bayonet fencing, criminal law, and so on. accordingly we should adjust the contents of educaton training. The third, Improvement of education training course People were satisfied with the contents of lectures and educator more than half to some degree, but there was a question of time, communication, contents. we should try to remedy things like this. The fourth, Adjustment of education training time The 60% people of all were not satisfied with the time of education training about new duty. we need to intensify and oversee a duty training and the restructure of training time. The fifth, Fairness of valuation, reward and punishment in education training The 80% people of all had the bad feeling against reward and punishment, so we tried to let fairness of valuation, reward and punishment completed by educational institution. The sixth, Establishment of the institution for special guard special guard have to be raised by special institution, but lacking of educational program, educational facility, educational Environment, university took the place of government as institution in raising special guard, education still leave much to be desired. so to develop the industry of a civil security, government or a guard association will set up the school of training, education, system about civil security as a whole. The seventh, Improvement of education training form People have to be taught for 80 hours in education training. according to questionnaire, over 75%people wanted to lodge at education accommodation, so in doing education training, we need to improve a system and form.       • 대학생 INTERNSHIP 및 현장학습에 관한 연구

        In order to activate undergraduate internships and fieldwork, following policies are necessary. First, the number of applicants who fall under these categories must be extended and the government's policies and administration must be unified. For undergraduates, internship must be expanded and carried out so that they can apply regardless of their majors. Diverging support policies, until now primarily focused on businesses the main governmental departments such as Department of Industrial Resources, Department of Labors, or Department of Informational Telecommunication was in charge of, need to be unified to let one department - for instance, Department of Educational Science Technology - supervise comprehensively. Second, the role of the local government's departments needs to be reinforced. For instance, in Kyunggi Do, youth-new-deal policy has been executed as a career-support policy for youths. However, because it applies to young people who are under 30, for university students, only ones who graduate in the coming semester can participate, and thus, the policy has been run regardless of undergraduate internship. In this way, the departments of local government, which have not take a part in internship-support till now, must spontaneously participate by offering aids such as financial support along with the central government, providing spots for internship, and encouraging local corporations to participate. Third, career-support of an university must be focused on activating internship and encourage the activation with the basis of university autonomy. It is necessitated to encourage contract-type departments and contract-type major policies, currently executed in only partial universities, to be amplified, centralized on departments pertaining to engineering or industrial economy. Universities must aid to evolve by consolidating and reinforcing internship-support system, providing tailored-education-training for workers in existing corporations, and through corporations and universities' collaborative research. Fourth, internship related law system must be mended. Through mending Higher Education Law, Labor Standard Law, Industrial Casualty Law, etc, enactment in case of occupational instructions and industrial casualties pertaining to internship must be revised to make corporations actively participate without pressuring them with too many regulations. Establishing systematic basis is compulsory. Fifth, countermeasures to reinforce foreign internship must be devised. Considering domestic labor reality, creating jobs is in a difficult state, whereas many good work spots decrease every year. The new government must produce 100,000 global talents, guarantee jobs to branch out overseas, and fabricate systematic programs to provide opportunities to experience fieldwork while attending school.

      • 한국 민간경비ㆍ경호의 교육훈련 발전방안 고찰

        급변하는 사회구조의 변화에 따라 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있는 민간경비·경호에 대한 전문인력 양성을 위한 연구로서 한국 경비·경호의 교육훈련 발전방안에 대한 기본적인 고찰이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면 Ⅰ, 서론은 민간경비의 개요 Ⅱ,는 민간경비 교육훈련의 중요성과 민간경비가 무엇인가를 설명하고, 교육훈련의 의의와 필요성을 설명한다. Ⅲ,에서는 교육훈련체제를 언급하고, Ⅳ,에서는 교육훈련의 발전방안을 고찰하고, Ⅴ,에서 결론을 맺고자 한다. 민간경비·경호 교육훈련체제의 발전방안에 있어서는 현재 민간경비가 이원화로 운영되고 있는 불합리성의 개선과 교육기관의 전문화 방안, 제도적 개선점, 그리고 정보화시대에 맞는 교육훈련 개발에 대하여 연구 하고자 한다. 한편 한국민간경비·경호의 교육훈련 향상을 효율적으로 발전시키기 위해서는 공경비와 민간경비가 상호보완적인 역할을 수행하고 경비업에 종사하고 있는 사람들의 부단한 노력으로 교육훈련의 필요성에 대한 인식전환이 이루어질 때 한 차원높은 경비·경호원의 자질향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것이며 또한, 높은 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 경쟁력을 갖춘 첨단성장 산업으로 자리매김을 하여야 할 것이다.

      • 警備員의 敎育訓練體制에 대한 警備業者의 意識水準에 관한 考察

        새로운 천년을 맞이하는 시대의 변화에 따라 21세기 성장산업으로 지속적인 발전을 거듭 하고있는 민간경비·경호에 대한 전문인력 양성을 위한 연구로서 경비업을 운영하고있는 경비업자의 교육훈련에 대한 의식수준을 고찰하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 따라서 연구절차를 살펴보면, Ⅰ 서론은 民間警備의 槪要와 必要性 Ⅱ, 는 民間警備의 敎育訓令體制를 설명하고 Ⅲ, 에서는 우리나라 民間경扉産業의 現況을 파악하고 Ⅳ, 에서는 警備業者의 敎育訓練體制에 관한 설문사항을 분석하여 Ⅴ,에서 본 연구의 結論을 맺고자 한다. 우리나라 民間경扉産業이 발전하기 위해서는 警備業의 악순환이라고 할 수 있는 교육훈련 분야에 정부에서 많은 관심을 가져야 할 것이며 특히 전문교육기관설치와 교육훈련을 담당하는 지도자 양성이 시급한 과제라 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 警備業을 운영하고 있는 警備業者들의 敎育訓練에 관한 의식을 분석하여 발전적인 敎育訓練體制를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해서는 警備業에 종사하고 있는 각 분야 사람들의 부단한 노력파 敎育訓練의 중요성에 대한 인식전환이 이루어 질 때 警備·警護員의 資質 향상이 이루어질 것이며 더 나아가 경쟁력을 갖춘 성장산업으로 자리매김 할 수 있을 것이다.

      • 진로취업 강좌의 효율적인 운영방안에 관한연구

        We examined it by the survey of question to reflect the student's opioion that the course of employment is effect. The Firist, Clearing the subject of lecture and inviting the instructor of excellence should clear the subject of lecture to be a well-defined goal, collect and accumulate the instructors with ability to make information pool, and use them. The Second, changing theory to experience and pratice now, should put the value on teaching experience and practice more than teaching theory in lectures because of most of company's wanting to change theory education to experience and practice education. The third, Operating the course and program related with employment should provide students with a variety of informations and services related with jobs and develop them, for example, a job fairs, a camp for vocation. The fourth, Taking care of those who take part in the course of employment. Those who take part in the course of employment have the mind of taking a job, for them, should make information related with jobs into Data Base. The fifth, opening and operating a variety of course should open the course of employment for freshman, junior and try to supply a variety of information and course to interest students.

      • 대학생 취업설계를 위한 학년별 프로그램 운용방안

        We should work out measures to tackle the problem of unemployment among highly educational men in the condition of the recession, the increase of university’s graduates. The first, we need to change curriculum and expand a vocational education a role as university. but university education do not reflects the industry and skill of the day. so students require a lot of experience related with jobs on the spot. The second, the company should give a lot of chance like the performances of industry-university collaboration to students. for examples, mentoring program, internship the career development program. Such things help to raise their’s competitiveness in a tight job market. The third, economic slowdown and highly developed industries cut down on the number of jobs and stop creating jobs. The government should create new jobs through a study on policy for industries expanding employment. The fourth, students need self confidence in a positive manner and a systematic approach to solving the problems about employments. or the company asks for students who have a talent and ability for the professionalism, social relationships, technical skills. therefore those who have such elements can find good jobs.

        대학생 진로 및 취업지도의 논리와 실제

        There is several educational institution for employment like an academic center, an educational institution, an information department for employment. each following department is not cooperative or there is not enough money, expert, program. most of all, there is no program for freshman to choose a job. in general, when they become seniors in college, they start being interested in the education course of getting a job. therefore there are a few of problem in searching for job effectively. accordingly this study is to help student get a job effectively, to make a plan for education course of a job in university. 우리나라 대학의 진로교육 및 취업지도를 담당하는 기구는 학생생활연구소, 취업정보센터, 취업정보실, 각 학부(과) 지도교수 등 기관이 진로지도의 기능과 역할을 수행하고 있으나 각 기관의 상호협조체제가 미흡하고 예산, 전문인력, 프로그램 부재 등의 문제와 신입생에 대한 진로지도 프로그램 부재로 4학년 학생을 대상으로 취업지원만을 강조하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 각 대학의 진로교육 및 취업지도의 주요기능과 역할이 4학년 학생들의 취업지도 중심으로 운영되고 있어 진로지도란 대학 4학년 대상의 취업정보 제공이라는 편협적이고 제한적인 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 이번 연구는 대학생들에게 진로교육 및 취업지도를 보다 원활하게 지원하고 강화하기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위하는데 그 목적이 있으며 효율적인 진로취업지도를 위한 방향을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 학부제하에서 진로지도교수제의 역할이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 진로 및 취업정보화에 대한 산․ 학․정간 네트워크의 공유가 필요 하다 . 셋째, 취업상호작용채널구축을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 진로 및 취업담당자의 전문성과 역할이 강조되어야 한다. 다섯째, 졸업생의 사후지도를 강화하여야 한다.

        The most important thing is that our society needs to raise and produce a competent person. accordingly university should be responsible for student's going into society and the labor market, this should be reflective on the administration process of college. or to succeed in college student's going into society, the post which is in the charge of employment needs to be changable and ask for new organization. Under present circumstance. there is surplus supply in labor market ,to overcome the condition, they have to devote yourself to finding their job, and college can help student get a job. These day the personnel manager of company says constantly "there is no competent people". according to the principle of supply and demand, company must be a demander absolutely. But universities should get out of thinking them as a supplier, university's administration should recognize the fact that depending on the economic conditions, the change of company grow faster than it used to be. but the cause of unemployment result from the pattern of employment and traditional employment practice in company, in a aspect of securing a competent people in a long term, bring out a problem. Accordingly company must invest the human resources positively, try to make new business connected with high-value added service, or base on knowledge and information. The cause of unemployment of people graduated from university can become business conditions, out of balance of supply and demand. until now, the policy of government is the method like a public work, internship. this policy is a short space of time. So to reduce the loss of employment, most of all, government should arrange the basic way, that is to say, lighten restrictions on company, help company make new job through government system. In industry structure of 21century, government have to develops the human resource and new system for employment. or should give self-control right to college, need the introduction of effective competition between colleges, be ready to connect the scene of labor with education effectively.

      • 대졸 청년실업 대책방안

        외환위기 이후 기업의 신규채용의 감소와 함께 청년실업 특히 대졸 청년실업이 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있다. 많은 수의 대학생들이 취업난 속에서 본연의 전공 교육과정보다는 취업준비에만 열을 올리거나, 해외 연수나 공무원 시험 등의 준비를 이유로 대학졸업까지 미루는 실정이다. 또한 취업이 잘 되는 학과로의 편중지원, 이공계 기피현상 등 다양한 문제점을 양산하고 있다. 올해 기업의 신규채용이 다시 줄어드는 추세로 돌아서 취업 상황은 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망되는 가운데, 이제 국가차원의 청년실업 대책이 강구되어야 한다고 생각된다. 여기서는 청년실업의 원인을 분석해 보고, 이에 대한 대책방안을 모색해 보기로 한다.
