The purpose of this study is to search into the school staffs' understanding of the Education Finance Evaluation. The subjects are 250 school staffs that consist of principals · head teachers, teachers and administrative managers. The questionnaire has been made out through the validation process which made sure if each question was relevant to the purpose of the study by giving different points for different answers. (i.e. very much relevant 5 points, generally relevant 4 points, so-so 3 points, somewhat irrelevant 2 points and very irrelevant I point each.) The data analyses have been performed by using SPSS Win(11.0) with mean, standard deviation, F-test(ANOVA), and Pearson's Correlation. If the average points are over 3.5, the questions can be considered relevant. Every question in the questionnaire has proved to be relevant to the study as average points were ranging from 3.82 to 4.64. Through the analysis of the results, the followings can be stated; 1. Teachers are eager to know about school finance and to have an influence on it. 2. Teachers are comparatively less interested in securing and managing school finances, while principals and head teachers are very much interested. 3. Teachers want school budgets to be made up openly and they think the budget planning for the costs of direct education is the most important thing. Principals and head teachers take educational consumers' demands most seriously. 4. Teachers want the budgets to be executed by their will, whereas administrative managers want them to be enforced by the book. 5. Teachers assess the school financial results most positively, followed by principals and head teachers and administrative managers in order.
초분광 이미지를 이용한 배나무 화상병에 대한 최적 분광 밴드 선정

In this study, the possibility of discriminating Fire blight (FB) infection tested using the hyperspectral imagery. The reflectance of healthy and infected leaves and branches was acquired with 5 nm of full width at high maximum (FWHM) and then it was standardized to 10 nm, 25 nm, 50 nm, and 80 nm of FWHM. The standardized samples were divided into training and test sets at ratios of 7:3, 5:5 and 3:7 to find the optimal bands of FWHM by the decision tree analysis. Classification accuracy was evaluated using overall accuracy (OA) and kappa coefficient (KC). The hyperspectral reflectance of infected leaves and branches was significantly lower than those of healthy green, red-edge (RE) and near infrared (NIR) regions. The bands selected for the first node were generally 750 and 800 nm; these were used to identify the infection of leaves and branches, respectively. The accuracy of the classifier was higher in the 7:3 ratio. Four bands with 50 nm of FWHM (450, 650, 750, and 950 nm) might be reasonable because the difference in the recalculated accuracy between 8 bands with 10 nm of FWHM (440, 580, 640, 660, 680, 710, 730, and 740 nm) and 4 bands was only 1.8% for OA and 4.1% for KC, respectively. Finally, adding two bands (550 nm and 800 nm with 25 nm of FWHM) in four bands with 50 nm of FWHM have been proposed to improve the usability of multispectral image sensors with performing various roles in agriculture as well as detecting FB with other combinations of spectral bands.
탄소 담지체(CNTs)에 따른 직접메탄올연료전지용 Pt/Au/TiO<sub>2</sub> 촉매 제조와 평가

MWNT(CNTs)를 지지체로 촉매를 합성하고 특성평가를 진행하였다. $Pt/Au/TiO_2$는 CNTs(cabon 나노 튜브) 탄소 지지체에 첨가되어 직접 메탄올 연료 전지의 성능을 개선하였다. XRD와 SEM을 통해 아나타제 $TiO_2$와 Pt/Au를 확인하였고 각각의 입자 사이즈는 200 nm와 20${\sim}$25 nm 이다. 혼성 촉매의 활성은 CV를 통해 측정되었으며 제조된 촉매는 연료전지 이용에 유망하다. The synthesis and characterization of catalysts supported on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs). $Pt/Au/TiO_2$ is added to a CNTs(cabon nano tube) carbon support to improve the performance of a direct methanol fuel cell. XRD and SEM showed that uniform anatase $TiO_2$ and Pt/Au particles were about 200 nm and 20${\sim}$25 nm in diameter. The composite catalyst activities were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), demonstrating that it is more promising for use in fuel cells.
