시간적 용법으로 사용된 프랑스어 복합 전치사 “en l’espace de”의 의미 정체성 분석 - 전치사 en과의 비교를 중심으로

L'objectif de cette étude est d'examiner la valeur sémantique de la préposition complexe en l'espace de lorsqu'elle est employée dans son emploi temporel, particulièrement en combinaison avec les compléments exprimant la durée. En l'espace de est une expression plus ou moins figée, souvent commutable avec en dans des contextes dénotant la durée d'un procès. En explorant les contraintes aspectuelles des deux expressions sur l'interprétation de la durée, nous pouvons remarquer une importante possibilité de commutabilité. Cependant, dans certaines situations, la commutabilité semble difficile, voire impossible. Par conséquent, une analyse comparative des contextes dans lesquels les deux expressions sont interchangeables et de ceux dans lesquels elles ne le sont pas, nous permet d'examiner l'identité sémantique propre à la préposition complexe en l'espace de dans son emploi temporel. Pour ce faire, nous nous appuyons sur le mécanisme ISRR (instruction de saturation référentielle réciproque) de P. Cadiot pour analyser comment la préposition en applique des restrictions à son complément par la coalescence du procès et de la durée qu'elle opère dans la structure X en Y. En appliquant ce processus pas à pas à la construction X en l'espace de X, il s'avère que cette expression met en évidence l'étendue du procès. D'ailleurs, dans les contextes où les deux expressions sont interchangeables, le choix du locuteur intervient. Le locuteur peut utiliser cette préposition complexe pour montrer l'espace temporel dans lequel se déroule le procès mettant ainsi l'accent sur sa dimension d'étendue.

학교생활적응이 아동의 공동체의식에 미치는 영향 -사회적 능력의 매개효과를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to find out factors in increasing children’s sense of community by exploring the effect of school adjustment on a children and the mediating effect of social competence focusing on sense of community which is increasingly needed for a member of a society. To that end, the researcher tried to verify the ability of school adjustment to explain the sense of community of children. And this study tried to explore the mediating effect of social competence that might function in the relationship between school adjustment and sense of community. In order to achieve the research goals above, the researcher administered questionnaire surveys to five- and six-grade elementary school students. In total, 439 responses were analyzed for reliability, descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, regression and Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this study are as follows. School adjustment had four sub-factors that were statistically meaningful: learning activity, school regulations, peer relation, relationship with teachers. Among the four sub-factors, school regulations and peer relation were found to be the most statistically significant factors. And the mediating effect of social competence occurring in the relationship between school adjustment and sense of community was found to be statistically meaningful. Hence, the total effect of school adjustment on children’s sense of community increased as a result of the sum of direct effect and indirect effect. Through this, this study has been able to present an model concerning the sense of community of children. 본 연구는 학교생활적응이 아동의 공동체의식에 미치는 영향력과 사회적 능력의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 아동의 공동체의식을 향상시키기 위해 강조되어야 할 요소들을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시내 남구, 동래구, 사상구, 영도구, 기장군을 선정하여 각 구․군 단위별 소속 초등학교의 5학년, 6학년에 해당하는 아동들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실제 분석에 사용된 설문지는 총 469부이며, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, t검증, 변량분석, 회귀분석, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사결과 학교생활적응은 아동의 공동체의식에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 학교생활적응을 구성하는 하위요소 중 학교규칙과 교우관계의 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 학교생활적응과 공동체의식간의 관계에서 사회적 능력은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 아동의 공동체의식에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 아동기의 주요한 환경인 학교 관련 변수를 고려하고 사회화 과정을 통해 발달하는 사회적 능력의 매개효과를 규명하여 아동의 공동체의식에 대한 모형을 제시하였다는 점에서 의미가 있을 것이다.

청소년의 공동체의식에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to see the causal relationship of sense of community, environmental variables in the early adolescents. Using samples from Korean Youth Panel Study(KYPS), authors analyzed 2,351 of 2010 year and 2,280 of 2011 year with a based descriptive statistics, hierarchical regression, structural equation model(SEM) analysis to answer research questions proposed by the study. The adolescents(middle school students) of 2010year and 2011year completed questionnaires regarding internal environmental variables and external environmental variables. The results of this survey as follow; First, affect of internal environmental variables on sense of community was significant, but it was negative influence. second, And external environmental variables in adolescents had positive influence on sense of community. Third, multiple group analysis indicated that the factors related sense of community did different between 2010 and 2011 years. Based on the results, implication for adolescents welfare policy and practice were discussed. 최근 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 청소년 문제 및 학교 문제들의 양상은 매우 다양해지고 점차 심각해지고 있다. 이것은 청소년들을 둘러싼 급속한 환경의 변화에 따른 공동체의식의 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 즉 청소년들의 공동체의식은 적절한 공동체성을 확보하지 못한 가정 및 학교, 지역사회와의 상호작용으로 인하여 생성되는데 그 토대가 여전히 미약하다는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 환경에 적응하며 사회성을 발달시키고 자신의 삶에 대해 인식하기 시작하는 초기 청소년에 초점을 두어, 이들의 내적 환경과 외적 환경을 살펴본 후 이러한 내적 환경 및 외적 환경이 청소년의 공동체 의식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 청소년의 공동체의식의 변화에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 자료는 한국청소년정책연구원이 2010년, 2011년 전국 규모의 조사를 통해 수집한 아동․청소년패널조사 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년의 내적환경변수 즉 건강인식정도, 자아존중감, 삶의 만족, 부모-또래관계와 외적환경변수 즉 학교생활적응, 종교활동, 체험활동, 동아리활동은 청소년의 공동체 의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년의 공동체 의식에 대하여 내적 환경변수보다 외적 환경변수가 더 높은 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 다중집단 요인분석에서는 2010년과 2011년이 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 2010년에 비해 2011년 공동체의식에 있어서 내적환경변수가 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 외적환경변수에 대한 중요성이 강조되었다.

S. pombe Peroxiredoxin 유전자의 탄소원에 의한 발현 조절

  분열효모 Peroxiredoxin(Prxs) 유전자의 특징, 조절 양상을 규명하고자 분열효모 Prx유전자의 630 bp upstream region만을 증폭하여 β-galactosidase 구조 유전자와 fusion시킨 재조합 plasmid pPrxup10을 얻었다. Prx-β-galactosidase 융합유전자가 함유된 pPrxup10을 분열효모에 도입한 후 carbon source를 바꾸어 주면서 β-galactosidase 활성을 측정함으로서 Prx 유전자의 발현 양상을 조사하였다. Sucrose, lactose, glycerol에 의해서 Prx 유전자의 발현이 증가하였다. 이러한 실험결과는 분열효모 Prx 유전자의 발현이 carbon source에 대해 같은 반응기전에 따라 조절되어 진다는 사실을 암시한다.

분열 효모에서의 Bacterioferritin Comigratory Protein (BCP)의 클로닝, 발현 및 특징

  분열 효모의 두 번째 퍼옥시레독신 유전자인 bacterioferritin comigratory protein (BCP) 유전자를 조사하기 위해 분열 효모의 BCP 유전자 1,422 b를 PCR로 증폭하여 pRS316 벡터와 결합하여 재조합된 plasmid pBCP10을 얻었다 분열 효모 BCP에는 출아효포 BCP와 22.8% 통일한 아미노산 서열과 34.2%의 유사한 아미노산 서열이 존재한다. BCP의 mRNA level은 정지기에서 control에 비해 현저하게 높게 나타났다. 그러나 성장에는 크게 차이가 없었으며, 첫 번째 퍼옥시례독신과는 다르게 ROS level 조절에도 관여하지 않았다. 하지만, 다양한 스트레스에 대해서 BCP의 보호적인 역할을 확인하였다. 그래서 BCP의 기본적인 특성을 확인하고, 다음 실험 진행의 기초를 마련하였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 섬유 제품의 효과적인 질감(Texture) 정보 제시를 위한 사용자의 질감 이해도 모형개발

제품의 외관 정보는 컴퓨터라는 디바이스 화면상에서 텍스트와 사진을 통해 제시한다. 즉, 제품 중에서도 섬유의 표면 질감의 빠르고 정확한 이해를 위한 질감 제시 방식을 광택과 신축성을 통해 제시하고자 한다. 사용자들은 제품의 질감, 단단함의 정도들을 광택, 신축성 등을 통해 파악할 수 있다. 이 과정에서 이전에 경험하였던 사전 지식을 통해 자극물의 질감을 예측할 수 있으며, 사전 경험 지식이 없는 제품의 질감이 추측 불가능하다면 생생한 시각 정보로 촉감 정보를 추측할 수 있게 된다. 선행연구에서 질감에 대한 분석이 주로 이루어지고, 그에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서의 제품 정보 제시 방식분야의 적용에 미흡하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 통해 질감의 분석이 주로 이루어진 선행연구를 뒷받침하여, 인터넷 쇼핑 안에서 사용자에게 적합한 질감제시 방법에 대한 이해도 모형을 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 이러한 이해도 모형을 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 활성화 및 한계점을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 제품 판매자와 사용자 모두에게 제품 정보를 제시하고 파악하는 시간과 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다고 사료된다. With a growth of computer technologies these days, users’ get an information of a product through a computer based textures and pictures. In this study, we try to give a suggestion of a product through fast and accurate information of clothing texture understanding by gloss and elasticity, users are able to recognize and understand the product by its’ texture by gloss and elasticity. In this process, users are able to understand the experience of texture taken by past practiced knowledge with omitted experience they could understand texture by vivid visual information. Advanced research will be in the analysis of texture will be progressed. Accordance with advanced study, measure proposal for information in e-commerce. This study is focused on suggesting an appropriate texture for advanced study, deducting an understanding model for both e-commerce and vitalize field of clothing industry. With this understanding model, we suggest providing information and better understanding of a product for both merchandiser and user.

방과 후 수업에서 근접발달영역을 고려한 수업이 학습태도와 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 연구 : 중학교 1학년 함수를 중심으로

이 연구는 방과 후 수업에서 근접발달영역을 고려한 수업이 중학교 1학년 학생들이 학생들의 학습태도와 문제해결력에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 알아보기 위하여 디자인 되었다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 방과 후 수업에서 함수를 학습할 때 근접발달영역을 고려한 지도와 일반적인 수업을 받은 학생들에 대하여 학습태도와 문제해결력이 차이를 보이는지 알아보기 위하여 t-검정을 실시하였다. 검정 결과 방과 후 수업에서 근접발달영역을 고려한 수업이 학습태도와 문제해결력에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

케어워커의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구-한․일 비교를 중심으로-

With execution of the social care insurance for the elderly, it has been an issue of raising professionally trained care workers. The importance of building social care employees has already been emphasized in Korean and Japan. The purpose of this study is to empirically survey the job satisfaction of care workers toward the care insurance system in Korean and Japan. For the purpose, 150 care workers of nursing homes and care institutions in osaka city of Japan and 150 care worker in Gyeongsangnam-do of Korea were sampled and interviewed to collect informations about the job satisfaction of care workers toward care insurance system for a questionnaire. The results of this survey as follow; care workers case of Korea, self-esteem was effect high more than social support, and then job satisfaction of care workers is high. Care workers case of Japan, was effect high social support more than self-esteem, and then job satisfaction of care workers is high and it was found that job stress level was relatively high. Therefore, there was statistically significant difference in self-esteem, social support, job satisfaction and job stress by nation. 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 케어워커에 대한 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 직무스트레스, 직무만족도와의 인과관계를 비교연구 한 것이다. 본 연구에서 케어워커란 한국의 요양보호사와 일본의 개호복지사를 말한다. 연구대상으로 한국은 요양시설과 재가시설에서 근무하는 경남지역 요양보호사, 일본은 양로시설과 특별양로홈에서 근무하는 오사카지역의 개호복지사로 2009년 12월 20일에서 2010년 1월 5일까지 각각 150부씩 총 300부 설문조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 한국 요양보호사와 일본 개호복지사간의 차이검증과 시설 유형에 따른 한국 요양보호사와 일본 개호복지사간 차이검증에서 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 직무스트레스, 직무만족도가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다중집단분석을 통해 두 집단의 동일성 검증에서 요인동일성이 존재하지 않았다. 먼저, 한국요양보호사의 사회적 지지와 자아존중감은 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지는 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에 영향을 미치지 않고 자아존중감은 직무스트레스에 -.205의 부적인 영향과 동시에 직무만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 일본개호복지사의 사회적 지지와 자아존중감도 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지는 직무스트레스에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 직무만족도에는. 686의 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자아존중감은 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스는 직무만족도에 -.430의 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
