This study investigates the wear degree of the shock absorber at the artificial knee joint due to bending degree of knee. As the stress distribution due to this angle is understood when the knee is bent, it can be shown how much and which configuration the wear of the shock absorber progresses in. On the basis of the analysis result, the stress applied at the shock absorber becomes higher and the equivalent stress becomes higher as the bending angle of knee is increased. The walking habit as the right attitude can be examined by applying the general joint as well as the artificial knee joint by using this study result.

This study investigates the safety and life during the fatigue load by the configuration of seat frame. On back frame at seat frame, the life and damage are analyzed. The deformation and equivalent stress are compared with each other through the vibration analysis, The result of this study through the analysis can be applied to develop the automotive seat frame with durabilty and safety.

D.H. Lawrence wrote many critical essays about novels as genre which are 'Art and Morality,' 'Morality and the Novel,' 'Why the Novel Matters,' 'The Novel and the Feeling,' and 'The Novel.' It is not easy to find out his concept of the novel through his works in both novels and his critical essays because of the variety of writing, the changes of intention in idea, and his own prose style which makes it difficult to catch the meaning. The area of his linguistic experiments in the essays has a kind of abstract and metaphysical characteristics. So, we easily misunderstand his views as an intellectual doctrine or miss the real function and meaning without careful translation of the language in his essays. To transmit his real message about the novel, he uses his own language and rhetoric in the essays which are construed as a kind of metaphor using contradictory words such as "quick" and "dead," and rhetorical 'double-voiced' discourse, in terms of Bakhtin. That makes himself counted as a character of his works. His discourse in the essays can be translated as 'performative' rather than 'constative' because of his 'speech act' as rhetoric which can be, in a word, a 'performative rhetoric of verbal persuasion.'

온실가스 배출규제에 따라 국내 조선소를 중심으로 LNG연료로 추진되는 친환경 선박기술 도입에 박차를 가하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 선박의 LNG 연료공급을 위한 극저온 펌프 (Cryogenic Pump) 제작의 국내 기술력은 매우 미흡한 현실로서 핵심 부품의 설계와 제작기술이 절실한 시점이다. 그리하여, 본 연구는 선박용 LNG 공급시스템용 극저온 잠액식 원심펌프의 핵심부품인 로터에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 따라서, 재료선정을 위한 실험적 및 해석적 방법을 통한 최적결과를 도출하여 기술개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. Because of emission control of greenhouse gas, shipbuilders, especially those in Korea, are pushing forward to introduce eco-friendly ship-building technology utilizing LNG. However, Technical skills of domestic shipbuilders in manufacturing the cryogenic pump designed to supply LNG for vessels are so low that technical skills for design and manufacturing of core parts are in urgent need. Therefore, This study described about the Rotor as a core part of cryogenic submerged centrifugal pump for ship LNG supply system. We wish to utilize for the basic data to develop the technology for the Rotor as deducing the optimal outcome with the experimental and the analytical methods in material selection.
CFRP로 구성된 CT시험편의 섬유설계에 의한 적층구조에 따른 인장 특성 연구

At the modern industry, the composite material has been widely used. Particularly, the material of carbon fiber reinforced plastic hardened with resin on the basis of fiber is excellent. As the specific strength and rigidity are also superior, it receives attention as the light material. Among these materials, the carbon fiber reinforced plastic using carbon fiber has the superior mechanical property different from another fiber. So, it is utilized in vehicle and airplane at which high strength and light weight are needed at the same time. In this paper, the tensile property due to the fiber design is investigated through the analysis study with CT specimen composed of carbon plastic reinforced plastic. At the stress analysis of CFRP composite material with hole, the fracture trend at the tensile environment is examined. Also, it is shown that the lowest stress value happens and the deformation energy of the pre-crack becomes lowest at the analysis model composed of the stacking angle of 60° through the result due to the stacking angle. On the basis of this study result, it is thought to apply the foundation data to anticipate the fracture configuration at the structure applied with the practical experiment 현대 산업에서 복합재료를 폭넓게 사용하고 있다. 특히 섬유를 기반으로 하여 레진으로 경화시킨 섬유 강화 플라스틱의 재료는 우수하면서도 비강도, 비강성이 뛰어난 경량화 소재로 주목받고 있다. 이 중에서도 탄소섬유를 이용한 탄소섬유강화 플라스틱은 다른 섬유와 달리 뛰어난 기계적 특성을 지녀 차량과 항공기 등 고강도와 경량성을 동시에 필요로 하는 곳에 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 탄소섬유강화 플라스틱으로 구성된 CT시험편으로 섬유 설계에 따른 인장특성을 해석적 연구를 통해 규명한다. 구멍을 가진 CFRP복합재료의 응력해석에 있어서 , 인장환경에서의 파괴경향을 파악한다. 또한 적층각도에 따른 결과를 통하여 해석결과 값에 있어 적층각도 60°로 구성된 해석모델에서 가장 낮은 응력값이 발생함과 사전크랙의 변형에너지 가장 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 실제 실험으로 적용된 구조물에서의 파괴형상을 예측하기 위한 기반데이터를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
체결 압력이 서로 다른 적층각도를 지닌 CFRP 판넬의 파괴에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

As CFRP with only a single material shows the various fracture properties, it has been applied to the many areas through the whole industry. The method bonding with adhesive has been recommended toapply the CFRP to structure. But it is inevitable that the mechanical joints with bolt, nut and rivet have been used sometimes. This study investigates the effect that these joints influence the CFRP panelthrough the analysis result. The analysis models as CFRP panels with the thickness of 5 mm have four kinds of layer angles which are 30°, 45°, 60° and 75°. The fracture property is examined when thepressure by the mechanical joint is applied to the upper panel. As the joint pressure is distributed most effectively in case of the layer angle of 60°, it is shown that this pressure becomes lower and the deformation of panel becomes lowest. On the basis of this study result, it is thought that the foundation data for the design of CFRP structure can be provided and contributed to the safety design of structure.
