중국 항만 원유부두 개발의 현황 및 문제점에 관한 연구

With a economic boom in China, a dramatic increase in energy consumption triggers a growing annual demand for petroleum; however, the limited production of unrefined petroleum results in the China's dependence on the import of crude oil to satisfy the enormous domestic need of oil. China mainly imports petroleum from the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, which accounts for over 80% of the total imported to China. The current petroleum import by oil tanker promotes the rapid development of coastal oil terminals. In addition, oil tankers tend to be upsized in consideration of operational efficiency, and oil terminals will be developed in the large-scale and professional way in order to unload VLCCs. This essay will analyze the current situation and existing problems on exploitation and construction of large-scale crude oil terminals in China, base on which suggestions for tackling these problems will be proposed.

China is still an entry-level and port security operations. China is 〈Port Facility Security Rules〉 by rudimentary port facility security system that this system is not perfect yet but there are several problems. This paper 〈port facility security Rules〉 of the main contents and China on the status of the port facility security operations and port facility security review work in progress and future of the four problems presented in trying to improve the orientation.
중국 장강삼각주 택배서비스의 품질과 기업이미지가 고객충성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

중국의 택배시장은 큰 잠재력과 치열한 경쟁이 공존하는 시장이다. 이처럼 치열한 시장 환경 하에서 택배회사는 어떻게 고객만족을 이루고 경쟁우위를 확보하며 궁극적으로 고객충성을 이끌어 이익을 극대화 할 수 있는가 하는 문제에 직면해 있다. 본 연구는 장강삼각주 지역의 택배 이용자를 대상으로 지각된 서비스품질과 기업이미지, 고객만족도, 전환장벽, 고객충성도간의 관계를 검증하였다. SPSS 17.0을 이용하여 일반ㆍ다중ㆍ조절회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 기업이미지는 택배서비스 품질 요인들보다 고객만족에 대해 더 높은 영향력을 지니고 택배서비스 품질의 경제성요인 이외의 신뢰성, 응답성, 유형성요인들이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The delivery in China grows fast and has great potential. The state-owned, private and foreign-funded enterprises make fierce competitions in China’s international and domestic express market in order to gain more market share. In so fierce market competition, the most important issue is how to improve customer satisfaction and consequently increase customer loyalty. In this study, the Yangtze River Delta is chosen to be the research objects, SPSS 17.0 was used to test the hypotheses that has been set for regression analysis, multiple regression analysis result of this study, corporation image has a high level influence of customer satisfaction than factors of parcel service quality. Also economic factor, reliability, and response factors of parcel service quality affect on corporation image.
항공운송산업 발전에 따른 중국 민용항공법의 문제점 및 개선방향에 대한 고찰

In this paper we firstly review the developmental stages of the Chinese civil aviation industry since 1949 and the background history of the Chinese Civil Aviation Law of 1996. We secondly analyzed the main terms and conditions about the Chinese civil aviation law and pointed out several problematic issues in view of the development of the Chinese aviation industry. Current civil aviation law in China has been in effect for the last 12 years. In these periods, Chinese civil aviation industry has developed in a high speed and great changes have occurred in its market environments. Thus, some of the terms and conditions in current civil aviation law in China have become outdated and unsuitable for the current developmental stage of the Chinese civil aviation industry. Therefore, we proposed some directions of the future amending of the Chinese Civil Aviation Law.
