The agricultural book, Ssushih-tsuanyao, was written in the late Tang Dynasty. By the way, its edition, which was reprinced in Korea in 1590, was found in Japan in 1960. It contains the method of cotton culture written in 171 Chinese characters. According to some scholars of agricultural history, it is their general opinion that it would be only another version appended by later one, not like the original of the late Tang Dynasty. This paper was intended to accomplish the following tasks to examine the authenticity of the document : The first was to analyze the content of the document ; the second to compare it with the method of cotton culture written in the later Chinese agricultural books : and the third to compare it with the other Korean one. The obtained results were as follows . First, the method of cotton culture recorded in the Korean edition was not only different from that of the other items in the book, but also from that in the later Chinese agricultural books. Second, it was rather similar to the other Korean agricultural books in culture techniques and in terms. Accordingly, this document is proved to have been appended by the later one. But there is much likelihood that it would be appended not in the Chinese Tang or Sung Dynasty, but in 1590 when it was reprinted in Korea. If this conclusion is right, the method of cotton culture in Ssushih-tsuanyao, which has been regarded as the Chinese agricultural method, must be recognized as the Korean one. Therefore, it is 6il years earlier at the time of its publication than Nongka-jipsung (論家集成), which has been regarded as the oldest document about cotton culture in Korea. For the above conclusion, we should make sure of the following two points succeedingly : One is the point that it should not be in contradiction to the current agricultural method of those days of 1590 when the book was printed. Another is the other point that in what historical background it was appended and printed in Korea. This matter was dealt with in the second half of this paper.

The purpose of this study and report is to provide, to the MND, an independent cost analysis of modernizing software of F-16 fighter fleets to support the use of several weapon system options, including JDAM, AIM-9X and HARM Targeting System etc. The study analyzed each options with software sizing, software cost, enabling hardware cost, flight test cost, system engineering cost, and 3 strategies. And the study proposed and analyzed some alternative strategies: strategy1 is to modernize software only within existing electronic processing capability; strategy2 is a full upgrade of weapons avionics with plug compatible electronics; strategy3 is an approach defined to mirror the USAF Common Configuration Implementation Approach (CCIP). The recommended alternative is strategy2.

南海岸의 개펄을 청정해역, 魚類養殖場, 港口 및 工業地帶, 洛東江 下流 等을 區分하여 16個의 調査點에서 試料을 採泥하여 개펄속에 녹아 있는 微量中金屬 중 Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn의 값을 測定하였다. 測定값을 馬山彎 鎭海彎 등, 水質의 中金屬 濃度와 比較하였으며 工業地帶等에서 各種 中金屬의 濃度는 他地域과 큰 차이를 나타내고 있다. 특히 청정해역 및 어류양식장의 中金屬의 濃度는 극히 적은데 비하여 工業地帶의 中金屬의 濃度는 다소 높았다.

본 연구는 기름의 오염이 해양 및 하천에 미치는 영향을 검토함에 있어서 그 기초자료 내지 공업적 적용 방법을 알아보는데 있으며 대기에서 재폭기 계수의 변화를 측정, 고찰하는데 있다. 기름은 A-중유를 사용하였으며 수온은 5∼35℃까지 비교적 넓은 온도분포에 대해 실험적으로 검토하였다. 본 실험에 있어서는 유막이 존재할 때 재폭기 계수 k₂는 20∼40% 저하하고 온도계수 θ는 1,040으로 상승하여 DO평형농도는 최고 11%정도 증가함을 알았다. The purposes of this research are to find out the basic data for the examination of the effects of oil pollution upon the reaeration phenomena in seas and rivers, and the industrial application of the data, to measure and study the changing of reaeration rate of oil-covered pure water. Experiments were carried out with bunker-Atype petroleum as a covering material and at comparatively wide-ranging temperatures(5∼35℃). In the experiments, the changing of the reaeration coefficient k₂, and the temperature coefficient as well as that of the equilibrium concentration of dissolved oxygen in case of oil slicks were examined.
