트리코모나스 질염에 대한 질정 Ornidazole ( `Tiberal` ) 의 효과

1) 직접 표본 도말검사로 트리코모나스 질염으로 확진된 48예를 대상으로 Ornidazole 1gm을 국소 투여 치료시 일주일 후, 첫 월경후 fallow up재검결과 각각 72.22%, 64.29%에서 음성으로 나타났다. 2) 환자의 연령군은 30∼40세 군에서 많은 수를 차지하여 성적 완숙기에 환자 분포가 많음을 보여준다. 3) 분만 회수는 1∼3회가 많은 분포를 보였는데 이는 최근 분만 회수가 이에 치중함이 아닌가 한다. 4) 질과 경구의 소견과 자각 증상은 치료후 뚜렷이 호전되었으나 대하의 변화는 일주일 후에 약간 호전이 있고 첫 월경후 거의 변화가 없었다. 5) 오심 등의 약 투여후 부작용은 거의 없었다. 1) Forty-eight of vaginities caused by trichomonas, which were confirmed by direct smear specimen examinations after one week and following the first menstrual period showed 72.2% and 64.29% negative findings respectively. 2) findings showed that a large number of the patients were in the 30-40 year age group and many in the patient distribution were sexually mature. 3) A large number of the distribution had one to three child-births One wonders of some importance can be attached to the number of childbirths recently. 4) Follwing treatmet, the subjective symptoms of awareness of the vagina and the cervix were markedly improved. While there was some improvement in the discharge after the first week, there was no sign of futrher improvement after the first menst-ruation. 5) After medication for nausea, there were almost no further ill effects (sideeffects).

This is concerned with study on the melting heat transfer characteristics of low temperature phase change energy storage system. The temperatures of PCM in radial direction, tube wall and fluid are measured by the change of fluid inlet temperature and mass flowrate. Experimental results are compared with the theory to investigate the appropriateness of unsteady-state one dimensional heat conduction equation of PCM and dependences of total melting time on Stefan numbers and Biot numbers are investigated. Experimental results ar within 7% agreement with the theory and show that heat transmission enthalpy model is appropriate for analysis of melting heat transfer characteristics. The total melting Fourier number is correlated with Biot number and Stefan number as following. ?? It is considered to be reasonable that high Stefan number with high heat transfer rate is advantageous for the shortening of heat absorption time in PCM melting system.
