운동강도의 차이가 Streptozotocin-유도 당뇨쥐의 가자미근 GRP-78과 GLUT-4 발현에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 Streptozotocin-유발 당뇨 쥐를 대상으로 8주 동안 운동 강도에 따른 혈당, 인슐린, 골격근 내 GLUT-4 발현 량과 GRP-78 발현량 변화를 관찰함으로써 당뇨 쥐의 혈당을 낮추는데 효과적인 운동 강도는 무엇이며, 기전적인 원인은 무엇인지를 밝히고자 실시되었다. 본 연구에서 Streptozotocin으로 당뇨를 유발시킨 흰쥐를 대상으로 운동 강도 처치에 따른 GLUT-4발현 량을 비교한 결과, 기본적으로 당뇨가 유발된 흰쥐의 GLUT-4 발현 량은 정상 쥐에 비해 현저하게 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 이중 8주 동안 저강도 운동 수행 한 쥐들의 경우는 정상 쥐 수준에 가까운 발현 량을 관찰 할 수 있었으며, 흰쥐 가자미 근 내 GRP-78 발현 량은 당뇨 유발 쥐의 경우 정상 쥐의 유의하게 증가한 것을 관찰할 수 있었고, 저강도 운동을 수행한 집단에서의 GRP-78 발현 량은 정상 흰쥐에서 발현되는 양에 비해 유의하게 높은 수준을 보이기는 했지만 당뇨 유발 대조군과 고강도 운동 군에 비해서는 유의하게 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 저강도의 운동은 당뇨 질환자의 혈당을 낮추는 데 가장 효과적인 운동이라 할 수 있으며, 이러한 결과의 기전적인 원인은 저강도의 운동이 근육 내 GLUT-4의 증가로 세포내 당 유입을 촉진시킴으로 해서 나타난 사실이라 생각되며 이 같은 사실은 GRP-78의 발현 량의 감소로 확인할 수 있었다. This study investigated the response of GLUT -4 and GRP-78 expression in soleus muscle of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats by imposing different exercise intensities. F344 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=15 in each group): Control (Control), diabetes-operation (DO), diabetes with low intensity exercise (DLE) and diabetes with high intensity exercise (DHE). The rats in DLE and DHE groups were exercised for 8 weeks by treadmill running. Blood glucose levels in DO were significantly higher compared to that in NORMAL whereas DLE showed the most lowest level in blood glucose among diabetic groups. Diabetic groups exhibited significantly lower level in insulin change and DLE showed significantly higher insulin level among diabetic groups. GRP-78 in DO was significantly $(167.05\%)$ higher than that in Control. GRP-78 in DLE was $139.41\%$ which is significantly higher compared to Control but when compared to DO and DHE, it was significant low. GRP-78 in DHE was $194.64\%$ which doubled the protein level in Control and showed the most highest level in all groups. GLUT-4 in DO was significantly $(33.58\%)$ higher compared to Control. GLUT-4 in DLE showed $124.58\%$ which was significant high compared to Control, DO and DHE. GLUT-4 in DHE showed $26.91\%$ compared to Control and was the most lowest level among all groups. It seems clear that chiefly low intensity exercise benefits diabetic patients in controlling blood glucose. It was concluded that low intensity exercise induces translocation of GLUT-4 which results in increased blood inflow, thus GRP-78 expression is decreased.

아로마테라피 손 마사지가 입원 노인의 수면 및 우울에 미치는 효과

Objectives : To evaluate the effects of aroma hand massage on sleep disturbance and depression in hospitalized elderly patients. Methods : The data was collected using questionnaires from the subjects who were admitted to the G Medical Hospital in Daegu from 7 July to 12 July, 2008. A total of 23 subjects were selected. The subjects were applied with the aroma hand massage to both hands using a solution diluting four drops of lavender oil in jojoba oil 10cc. Aroma hand massage was given for 10 minutes, one time a day, during 5 days. Results : There was statistically significant improvement on the Korean sleep scale(t=-7.614, p=0.000) and on the Geriatric Depression Scale Short Korea Version(GDSSF-K)(t=3.444, p=0.002). Conclusions : aroma hand massage is an effective therapeutic intervention for decreased sleep disturbance and depression. Therefore, aroma therapy and hand massage by therapeutic intervention is recommended for improving psychological and physiological functions in hospitalized elderly patients.

SIMD상에서의 이차선별법을 사용한 병렬 소인수분해 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 첫째로 큰 정수의 소인수 분해를 위한 병렬 이차선별법(parallel quadratic sieve) 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘을 반복적으로 사용하여, 분산 메모리 모델(DMM)을 갖는 SIMD구조의 병렬 컴퓨터 상에서 분할정복기법을 사용하는 병력 소인수 분해(parallel factoring) 알고리즘을 제시한다. 또한 이러한 알고리즘이 시간과 프로세서의 곱의 관점에서 최적화 알고리즘임을 보인다. In this paper, we first design an parallel quadratic sieve algorithm for factoring method. We then present parallel factoring algorithm for factoring a large odd integer by repeatedly using the parallel quadratic sieve algorithm based on the divide-and-conquer strategy on SIMD machines with DMM. We show that this algorithm is optimal in view of the product of time and processor numbers.

살균 및 비가열압착한 들깨오일의 영양성분 및 항산화 분석

본 연구에서는 살균 및 비가열압착한 들깨오일(superilla)을 활용하여 영양성분을 확인하고 기능성 식품으로서의 가능성을 알아보기 위해 시판되는 들기름과 비교실험을 수행하였다. 수분 함량과 pH는 CPPO에서 높았고, 구리, 코발트, 칼슘 함량은 SRPO에서 높았다. 총 비타민 E, 토코페롤, 리놀렌산 함량은 LPPO에서 더 높았다. 총 폴리페놀 함량과 ABTS 라디칼 소거활성은 SRPO에서 가장 높은 수치를 보였으며, 아질산염 소거능 측정값은 CPPO에서 가장 높았다. L 및 a 값은 CPPO에서 더 높았고 b값은 LPPO에서 더 높았다. 이상의 결과를 통해 살균 및 비가열압착한 들깨오일(SRPO)의 무기질 함량, 총 폴리페놀 함량, ABTS라디칼 소거활성 및 아질산 소거능이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 시간이 경과할수록 SRPO는 과산화물가가 낮았고, LPPO는 산가가 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 종합해 볼 때, 살균 및 비가열압착한 들기름의 경우 기존의 방식으로 생산된 들기름과 영양소 성분이 유사하였다. 이는 새로운 들기름 제조방법을 제공하는 계기가 되었으며, 이를 통해 들기름의 상품화의 기초가 마련되었다고 판단된다. In this study, the nutritional properties of sterilized and non-heat-pressed raw perilla oil (SRPO) were studied and its potential as a functional food was evaluated. The copper, cobalt, and calcium levels were high in sterilized and SRPO. The total polyphenol content and ABTS radical scavenging activity were the highest in SRPO, whereas nitrite scavenging activity was the highest in 45℃ cold pressed perilla oil (CPPO). The above results confirmed that sterilized and non-heat-pressed perilla oil had high mineral and total polyphenol contents, as well as ABTS radical scavenging activity and nitrite scavenging ability. The peroxide value of SRPO decreased as the storage period increased, and the acid value of low-temperature pressed perilla oil over 65℃ (LPPO) significantly increased. This work also provided an opportunity to develop a new method for manufacturing perilla oil, and it is hoped that these experiments will form a basis for the commercialization of perilla oil.

라캉의 욕망이론으로 본 모노톤 광고의 색채표현 연구

본 연구는 광고에서 색채의 의미작용을 통해 인간의 욕망을 어떻게 표현하고 있는지, 라캉의 욕망이론을 통해 분석하는 연구이다. 연구 대상은 광고에서의 색채의 상징성이 두드러진 모노톤 광고 중에서 랭귤러 진의 2009년에서부터 2011년까지 집행된 we areanimals 시리즈 광고를 연구의 대상으로 삼았다. 색채는 강한 표현력을 가지고 있기 때문에 색채의감각적인 체험은 연상 작용을 일으키며 정보전달의 영역에서는 정보를 분명하고 이해하기 쉽게 만드는수단으로 사용되고 있으며 특히 랭귤러 진의 we areanimals 캠페인에서는 red, green and blue의 모노톤으로 표현이 되어 색채의 표현력이 매우 강하게 소비자에게 어필되고 있음을 알 수가 있었다. Red 광고에서는 인간의 태초 모습을 진한 빨간색(dark Red)로 표현했으며 혼란스러운 내면세계를 보여주기 위해 빨강의 톤의 변화를 극적으로 활용했다. 또한 Green 광고에서는 결핍과 두려움을 표현하기 위해 검은 초록색(blackish Green)을 사용했으며 두려움을 표현하기 위해 처음부터 끝까지 일관된 톤을 사용했다. Blue 광고는 결말에 해당하는데 실재계로 반항과 파괴 본능의 이미지와 새로운 희망을 찾는 모습을보여주고 있는데 파란색을 젊음, 그리고 우울함의 두가지 중의적 상징으로써 표현하고 있다. 랭귤러 진 광고는 상품에 대한 직접적인 호소보다는 광고 속의 모델과 소비자가 동일시될 수 있는 대상으로 만들어 소비자의 무의식에 호소하는 광고를 통해서 수용자의 행동이나 태도를 변화시키는 광고이다. 특히 상상계, 상징계, 실재계를 3편의 광고를 통해서 함축적으로 표현했다. 또한 모노톤 색채와 충격적인 비주얼은 젊은 층에 어필되면서 성공적으로 리포지셔닝되는 데 큰 역할을 했다고 볼 수가 있다. 본 연구에서의 분석을 통해 색채의 의미작용과 상징성이 오랜 시간 인간의 역사와 함께하며 의식과 무의식에 자연스럽게 녹아져 있음을 볼 수가 있었다. 또한 광고의 흥미로운 내러티브와 함께 스토리를 끌어가는 색채의 의미작용이 잘 표현된 광고가 국내에서도 제작되기를 기대해 본다. This study is to analyze how advertisementsexpress human desires by signification of colors, fromthe view of Lacan`s Desire Theory. The objects of thisstudy are We are Animals series ad of Wrangler Jeanfrom 2009 to 2011, among mono-tone ads withoutstanding color symbolization. Since color has strong expressive power, sensitiveexperience of colors reminds of something, and is usedas a way to make information clear and easy tounderstand; especially Wrangler Jean`s We are Animalscampaign is expressed in mono-tone red, green andblue, appealing the consumers very strongly. Red ad expressed the initial look of human beingin dark red and dramatically used the change of red toneto show chaotic inside. Green ad used blackish greento express deficiency and fear, and used monotonoustone consistently especially to express fear. Blue adbelongs to conclusion actually showing resistance, theimage of destructive instinct, and the appearancelooking for new hope, using blue as an ambiguoussymbol for youth and depression. Wrangler Jean ad is not for directly appealingproducts but unconsciousness of consumers by makingthe ad model the same as consumers to change therecipients` behaviors or attitudes. Especially, 3 ads ofimagination, symbol and reality implicitly expressed it. Beside, mono-tone color and shocking visual haveappealed young people, doing a big role in repositioning. Through analysis of this study, signification andsymbolism of colors have been figured out to benaturally melted in human consciousness andunconsciousness as they go with the long humanhistory. Besides, hope an ad where interesting narrativeand story-leading signification of color are wellexpressed be also made in Korea.

해방기 조향 시 연구 - `낭만`을 중심으로

이 논문은 해방기(1945-1948) 조향의 시적 지향을 면밀히 살펴보려는 목적을 지닌다. 해방기에 조향은 `낭만`을 자신이 지향하고자 하는 새로운 시의 이념으로 전유하고자 하였다. 조향에게 해방은 모국어로 시를 써야 하는 새롭고 낯선 문학적 환경을 의미했다. 일본어에 능숙한 조향에게 모국어로 시쓰기는 새로운 문학을 꿈꾸게 하는 근본 동력이 된다. `새로운 조선의 문학`은 `조선적인 모더니티`에 대한 기획으로 규정된다. 그는 `낭만`이라는 용어로 모더니티의 기반으로서의 `전통`을 명명하고자 하였다. 그는 해방기의 다른 시인과는 달리 `세계문학`의 일부로서 `조선적인 것`을 추구하고자 하였다. 즉, 세계문학이라는 보편에 가 닿기 위해 결여된 `조선적인 것`을 채워 넣으려 했던 것이다. 조선적인 감수성에 입각한 모더니티의 기획이 바로 `낭만`이다. 조향은 `낭만`이라는 `전통`이 `모더니티`로 나아가는 과정에서 `지성`의 역할이 매우 중요함을 역설한 바 있다. 해방기를 거치면서 그의 시는 지성을 축으로 하여 변화된다. 그리고 그 `모더니티`의 구체적 양상으로서 모국어에 주목하면서 `초현실주의`적인 지향을 드러낸다. 그의 초현실주의 지향은 `언어`문제에 집중된다. 조향은 해방기에 새로운 시를 지향하면서 시적 언 어로서의 `모국어`의 가능성을 탐문한 것이다. This paper is study on Cho-hwang poetic orientation in liberation period. Using the language of `Romanticism`, Cho Hwang tried to redefine the new passage of literature with a new meaning. The study aims to find out what the term `romantic` is used in the cho-hwang`s poetry. To Cho-hwang, liberation means new and strange literary environment that should be writing a poem by Korean language. Cho-hwang started writing poetry in Japanese. Japanese as writing media let him imagined the new Korean literary tradition. He wanted to name `tradition` as the basis of `modernity` in the term of `romance`. Modernity project is based on the traditional sensibility `romance`. Cho-hyang has stressed that the role of `intelligence`. because `intelligence` is very important in order to move `romantic` to `modernity`. Through liberation, his poetry changes with intelligence. In the ≪romantic≫ fourth album, “Romanticism” aims toward the direction of modernity instead of the traditional sensibility. And as a specific aspect of the `modeoniti`, he notes Korean language and reveals his “surrealism” orientation. His surrealism focuses on `language` problems. And he experiments Korean language as a poetic language.

장르 기반 프랑스어 읽기/쓰기 통합 교육

Nous avons tenté, dans cet article, de proposer l'enseignement intégré de la lecture et de l'écriture basée sur le genre dans un contexte universitaire en Corée. Depuis longtemps, il est vrai que les quatre habilitées(écoute, oral, lecture, écriture) étaient enseignées séparément. En mettant l'accent sur la compétence communicative, l'écoute et l'oral ont été intégrés par le cours de conversation. Bien que la lecture et l'écriture constituent la communication écrite, normalement elles ne sont pas traités par la forme de l'intégration. Nous avons déjà verifié les similitudes entre la lecture et l'écriture à travers les aspects du processus cognitif et l'utilisation de la stratégie par les résultats d'études repérées. L'apprenant peut librement communiquer à condition qu'il comprenne non seulement les savoirs linguistiques mais aussi le contexte social et culturel. Nous avons donc constitué des étapes et nous avons montré par des exemples de classes dans lesquelles la lecture et l'écriture basées sur le genre étaient intégrées, qu'une communauté linguisitique partage une forme typique de communication sociale et culturelle. Si l'apprenant acquiert le savoir de genre et de stratégie par la lecture, il serait possible d'améliorer la compétence d'écriture à aide du texte déjà lu en tant que modèle d'écriture.
