산업연관분석을 이용한 라스트마일 배송산업 공급사슬구조의 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 라스트마일 배송산업을 중심에 두고 전⋅후방 산업연계구조를 분석한다. 연구방법으로 산업연관분석(Inter-industry Analysis)의 산업연쇄효과(Industrial Linkage Effect)를 이용하여 라스트마일 배송산업의 생산유발효과(Production Inducement Effects)와 산업시너지효과(Industrial Synergy Effects)의 유무와 그 정도를 확인한다. 또한 식별된 라스트마일 배송산업의 전⋅후방 산업연계구조를 공급사슬의 개념과 연결하여 라스트마일 배송산업을 중심으로 하는 서비스 공급사슬(Service Supply Chain)구조를 확인한다. 분석결과, 라스트마일 배송산업의 후방연쇄효과는 1.08, 전방연쇄효과는 0.70이었다. 라스트마일 배송산업은 상대적으로 전방연쇄효과가 낮았다. 라스트마일 배송산업은 석유제품 제조업과 창고 및 운송관련 서비스업이 후방산업이고 도소매 유통업이 전방산업인 것이 명확해 보인다. 따라서 라스트마일 배송산업은 공급사슬 상의 공급업, 제조업, 유통업의 관계를 이어주는, 즉 산업과 산업을 연결해 주는 역할을 수행하고 있다는 점도 인식할 수 있었다. 또한 기존 제조중심의 공급사슬구조와 라스트마일 배송산업의공급사슬구조는 공급사슬 구성원의 유형과 관계의 방향성에 있어서 현저한 차이가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 라스트마일 배송산업을 중심으로 보았을 때, 공급라인(후방산업, 상류)은 제조업, 서비스업 그리고 서비스전달라인(전방산업, 하류)은 서비스업의 구조이다. 본 연구를 통해 학술적으로는 기존 제조 중심의 전통적인 공급사슬의 개념을 서비스로 확장하여 라스트마일 배송산업 공급사슬의 산업구조를 확인하였다. 그리고 이를 통해 서비스 공급사슬구조 연구의 토대를 제공하고 있다. 그리고 산업연관분석에 의한전⋅후방 산업구조를 서비스 공급사슬의 개념과 연결한 부분은 차별성이 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 다양한 서비스 산업에 준용한다면 해당 서비스산업의 공급사슬구조를 추정할 수 있을 것이다. 실무적으로는 이러한 전⋅후방연쇄효과를 활용하면 한정된재원으로 국가의 정책적 육성 산업을 선택할 경우, 투자의 우선순위를 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다.

Purpose: The proportion of centenarians has been increasing in many parts of the world, and the issues of longevity has been the subject of the research concern in recent years. We has conducted the first study with centenarians in Busan, 2006 and this is a follow-up study for prospective research of centenarians in Busan. Methods: The demographic database of Busan Centenarian Study existing in 2006 wasutilized for our studies. Twenty-five centenarians or a proxy were contacted and eight individuals agreed to have a direct interview using a questionnaire. Data were collected from May to June 2007. Results: Of the 2Scentenarians, 2(8%)were men and 23(92 %) were women. The average age was 101.3 years and the highest one was 106 years of age. The majority of the centenarians were living with family, most of those were living with their sons. Among 8 visited centenarians, there were 2 drinkers(2S%) but no one was smoking. Among them, 7 centenarians (87.5%) had regular eating pattern and, 3 centenarians(37.5%) participated social activities. Conclusions: The centenarian in Busan is likely to be healthy and they are living with their family. The centenarians study in Busan has important meaning to understand the health of centenarians.

사회복지사의 사회적, 제도적 가치관이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study were to indicate job satisfaction for social wokers. The variables for the study included social and institutional values, rectal satisfaction for job satisfaction. The data were collected from 228 employees of the social workers who gave their informed consent and completed a self-reported questionnaire in November, 2016. A structural model analysis was established and used to assess parameters such as social values, institutional values, rectal satisfaction for job satisfaction. The fitness of the hypothetical model was adequate(CMIN/DF=2.585, GFI=0.989, TLI=0.937, CFI=0.987, IFI=0.988, RMR=0.014). Analysis of the hypothetical model demonstrated that the total effects of social and institutional values were significantly correlated with rectal satisfaction. The explanation power of the hypothetical model was 19.7%. The factors that influenced on the job satisfaction were institutional values and rectal satisfaction and the explanation power was 90.2%. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to develop value formation to enhance job satisfaction.

국가직무능력표준(NCS) 항공객실서비스 프로세스 개선 - 서비스품질 중요도 및 실패 분석을 통해

본 연구는 항공객실서비스 접점에서 객실승무원의 역량으로 인해 고객 불만을 초래했던 다양한 서비스 실패의 원인 분석과 회복을 통하여 적절한 서비스 회복 대응 방안을 제시한다. 이를 통하여 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 항공객실 서비스 프로세스에 따른 대응절차와 서비스 회복을 위한 전략적 방안을 제시하기 위하여 각 NCS 능력단위(process unit)의 중요도와 개선점을 제안하였다. 조사대상은 항공기 탑승 고객, 항공객실승무원, 항공객실서비스 전공대학생을 대상으로 항공객실서비스품질 중요도 및 가중치를 조사하고, 고객의 불만 서신을 토대로 서비스실패 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 서비스프로세스와 서비스실패 및 회복을 비교하여 프로세스의 중복적으로 많은 비중을 차지하는 항목을 중심으로 이전보다 세밀한 서비스전략 구성을 하였고, 비중이 적은 항목은 통합을 제안하였다. 개선된 NCS 항공객실 서비스 프로세스는 NCS에 기반한 교육과정을 수행하는 교육기관에서 항공 산업 현장의 요구에 기반하는 숙련된 인력배출에 효과적으로 부응할 수 있다. 이를 통해 항공사는 항공객실서비스 교육전략 수립에 인적서비스 역량을 극대화하여 고객의 기대가치를 회복하고 직접적인 기업이미지 향상과 수익성 개선에 기여할 수 있다.

通過韓國網絡小說察看韓中飜譯問題 -以可愛淘小說爲中心

인터넷 소설이란 직접 인터넷에서 쓰여 지고 발표되는 인터넷원작문학(網絡原創文學)으로 문학적 상상력과 컴퓨터 디지털 체계가 접목된 사이버문학의 일종이다. 한국의 인터넷 소설은 3단계를 거쳐 발전해왔다. 그 중 2단계에 속하는 귀여니의 작품은 기존의 문학지평을 위협하며 충격을 안겨주었으며, 이어 박범신, 황석영을 비롯한 기성작가군이 인터넷에 연재소설을 올리도록 한 동력이 되었다. 귀여니의 소설은 한국과 중국의 N세대들에게 각광을 받았는데 이는 N세대간 문화교류와 소통의 통로가 되었기 때문이다. 본 논문은 귀여니의 대표작 《늑대의 유혹》을 통해 번역문제를 고찰해보았다. 번역을 비교문화의 차원으로 정의했을때, 문화소가 포함된 원문이 중국어로 어떻게 번역되었는지를 관찰하고 역자가 원문에 손을 많이 댄 경우 출현할 수 있는 문제점을 짚어보았다.

한약재로부터 대장균 O-157에 대한 항균물질의 검색

한약 처방 76종과 58종의 약재로 각 균주에 대한 항미생물 활성을 디스크 확산법으로 검색한 겨로가 처방에서는 삼소음과 주중황연탕이, 한약재에서는 소목과 황연이 열수와 메탄올 추출물이 모든 균주에 대해 항균 활성이 강한 것으로 검색되었다. 한약처방 76종에서 각 균주에 대해 항균활성이 강한 삼소음과 주증황연탕 추출물의 최소억제농도 실험 결과 삼소음 메탄올 추출물의 최소억제농도는 S. aureus 균주가 0.07 ㎎/㎖로 가장 낮게 나타났고, S. sonnel, S. flexnery, S. typhi는 0.31 ㎎/㎖를 나타냈으며, E. coli O157(V1+V2)와 E. coli O-157(none)에서는 각각 2.5 ㎎/㎖, 1.25 ㎎/㎖로 나타냈다. 주증황연탕 추출물의 최소억제농도는 S. aureus에서 0.01 ㎎/㎖로 가장 낮게 나타났으며, S. sonnei, S. flexnery, S. typhi에서는 각각 0.15 ㎎/㎖, 0.07 ㎎/㎖, 0.31 ㎎/㎖를 보였으며, E. coli O-157(V1+V2)과 E. coli O-157(none)은 5.0 ㎎/㎖를 나타냈다. 장내 세균에 대한 58종의 최소억제농도 실험 결과 이중 가장 높은 항균 활성을 타나낸 것은 소목 추출물로 최소억제농도는 E. coli O157(V1+V2)와 E. coli O157(none)에서 1.25 ㎎/㎖, S. aureus와 S. flexnery에서는 각각 0.39 ㎎/㎖, 0.078 ㎎/㎖를 보였으며, S. sonnei와 S. typhi는 0.15 ㎎/㎖를 나타내었다. This study was conducted for screening of antimicrobial compounds from 76 tradihonal prescriptions and 58 medicmal herbs. Among the prescriptions methanol and hot water extracts of Samsou˘m, Chujunghwang-yon'tang, and Sashinhwan showed antimicrobial activity against E. coli and Chujunghwang-yont'ang showed the highest antimicrobial activity. Among the medicmal herbs, hot water and methanol extracts of Terminalia chebula, Caesalpinia Sappan, and Coptis chiriensis showed the highest antimicrobial activity against E. coli 0157, Staphylococcus nureus, Shigella flexnery, Shigella. sonnet, Salmonella. typhi. Prescription such as Samsou˘m, Chujunghwang-yont'ang, and Sashinhwan were also interesting because both methanol and water extracts were active. Chujunghwang-yont'ang showed the most strong antimicrobial activies for the microoganisms tested. Water and methanol extracts of Terminalla chebuln, Caesalpinia Sappan, and Coptis chmensu showed the highest mhibitory effects on the growth of all bacteria tested.

Composite Nonwovens Based on Carboxymethyl Cellulose for Wound Dressing Materials

Composite nonwovens were prepared by the lamination of polypropylene spunbond nonwoven withcarboxymethyl cellulose/hollow viscose rayon blend nonwoven and their various properties, such as liquid handlingproperties, wet tensile strength, moisture evaporation rate, and in-vitro cytotoxicity, were evaluated for moist wound dressingapplications. Fluid retention capacity, wet dimensional stability, and wet tensile strength of carboxymethyl cellulose/hollowviscose rayon nonwoven were significantly improved by the lamination with polypropylene spunbond nonwoven. Thepolypropylene spunbond nonwoven layer did not affect the liquid spreadability and moisture evaporation. The compositenonwoven was not cytotoxic. Considering liquid handling properties and wet properties, composite nonwoven, in whichpolypropylene spunbond nonwoven on both sides of carboxymehtyl cellulose/hollow viscose rayon nonwoven, was found tobe the most desirable wound dressing material of those assessed in this study.

The class of uterine malformation known as communicating uteri is characterized by two uterocervical cavities connected by an isthmic communication. We experienced case of communicating double uterus with double cervix, blind hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis. The complaint of the patient was odorous vaginal discharge with lower abdominal pain unrelated with menstrual cycle. We confirmed these Mullerian anomalies by transvaginal ultrasound. IVP(intravenous pyelography), MRI(magnetic resonance imaging), hysterosalpingography and hysteroscopy. After vaginal septoplasty, her complaint was subsided. We report this case with brief review of literatures.
