팔라듐 촉매를 이용한 Vinylmercuric-chlorides 의 CO 첨가 호모커플링반응

팔라듐 촉매를 이용한 vinylmercuric chlorides의 CO 첨가반응과 커플링반응을 동시에 진행시키는 CO 첨가 호모커플링반응을 실시하여 대칭 디비닐케톤 또는 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤을 비교적 좋은 수득율로 얻었다. 디비닐케톤과 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤의 최적 합성조건을 규명하기 위하여 여러가지 vinylmercuric chlorides의 대표적인 모델로서 (E)-styrylmercuric chloride를 선택하여 촉매의 종류 및 그의 양, 염기, 용매 및 반응온도 등의 조건에 따른 수득율의 변화를 조사하였다. 촉매로 10mol%의 dichlorobis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II), 염기로 등몰의 Pyridine, 10mol%의 요오드 및 10기압의 일산화탄소 존재하에, acetonitrile 용매 중 50${\circ}$C에서 반응시켜 가장 좋은 수득율로 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤이 얻어졌으며, 상압의 일산화탄소와의 반응에서는 낮은 수득율로 디비닐 ${\alpha}$-디케톤을 얻었다. Symmetrical divinyl ketone or divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was synthesized in moderately good yields through palladium catalyzed carbonylative homocoupling reaction of vinylmercuric chlorides with carbon monoxide. In order to find out optimum synthetic reaction conditions, we examined the effect of catalysts, bases, solvents and reaction temperature when (E)-styrylmercuric chloride was used as a typical starting material. The best yield of divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was obtained in the reaction using 10 mol% of dichlorobis(triphenyl phosphine)palladium (II) as a catalyst, an equivalent of pyridine as a base, 10 mol% of iodine and acetonitrile at 50${\circ}$C under 10 atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide. The yield of divinyl ${\alpha}$-diketone was decreased under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide.

Bis(2 - ethylhexyl)phthalate 합성의 속도론(1) : 무촉매 반응 Non - Catalytic Reaction

Mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate를 2-ethyl hexanol 에 의하여 에스테르化 하는것에 대한 反應速度論的硏究를 酸 및 鹽基와 같은 觸媒를 사용하지 않을 때 그의 反應機構를 알기 위하여 행하였다. 실험적으로 결정된 速度式은 mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate에 대하여 2次이고 2-ethyl hexanol에 대하여는 1次이었다. 이 방정식의 溫度依存性의 플로트로부터 18㎉/mole의 活性化에너지를 얻었다. 또한 反應機構에 대한 약간의 검토를 행하였다. Chemical kinetic study of the esterification of mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate with 2-ethyl hexanol was carried out to find the reaction mechanism when catalyst, such as acid or base, was not used. The rate equation determined experimentally was second order for mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and first order for 2-ethyl hexanol. The plot of temperature dependence of reaction rate constant of this equation gave an activation energy value of 18 ㎉/mole. Some discussion of the reaction mechanism was also given.

The aim of pharmacological therapy in peptic ulcer disease is to increase the intragastric pH level above 6. The use of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), a powerful gastric acid secretion inhibitor, has been proven as effective not only to control bleeding but also to reduce the rate of rebleeding. Maintainence of the intragastric pH level above 6 by the administration of a PPI prevents hemolysis caused by acid or pepsin and thereby promotes aggregation of platelets. Intragastric acid suppression can be achieved more effectively with continuous intravenous infusion of a PPI after intravenous bolus injection. However, oral administration of a PPI shows rapid onset, long duration of action and sufficient bioavailability. Therefore, both administration routes and pharmacologic properties of the drugs should be taken into account to gain the proper level of acid suppression above pH 6. Combination therapy with the use of endoscopic hemostatic treatment and intravenous PPI administration is known to result in the best outcome for peptic ulcer bleeding. In previous studies from South Korea, the use of combination therapy has also showed the best hemostaic outcome. However, pharmacological therapy with PPI alone can elevate and maintain intragastric pH above 6.0 and can result in hemostasis as similar to endoscopic hemostasis. 소화성궤양 출혈에서 약물 치료의 목표는 위 내 산도를 pH 6 이상으로 증가시키는 것이다. 위산과 펩신은 혈소판 응집을 억제시키고 혈전을 용해시켜 재출혈을 유발시키므로 위산 분비를 억제시키면 재출혈을 예방 할 수 있다. 위산 분비를 억제시키기 위한 PPI의 투여 방법은 일시적인 정맥 주사 후 연속적인 점적 주사가 가장 효과적으로 정맥 투여를 권고하고 있다. 그러나 PPI는 경구로 복용하여도 작용시간이 빠르고 작용 시간이 길며 생체 이용도가 높으므로 효과가 있다. 즉, 투여 방법 보다는 투여 후 위 내 산도를 pH 6 이상 유지시키는 것이 중요하며, pH 6 이상에서는 지혈 효과와 재출혈 예방효과가 있다. 소화성궤양 출혈의 가장 효과적인 치료 방법은 내시경 치료 후 PPI를 정맥 투여하는 복합 치료 방법이다. 우리나라에서 연구된 논문들에서도 내시경 치료 후 PPI를 투여한 군에서 지혈률이 가장 높았다. 그러나 PPI 단독 투여만으로도 위 내 산도를 pH 6 이상 유지시킬 수 있으면 내시경 치료와 거의 유사한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

한국산 측기문풍뎅이류의 분류학적 연구 IX. 똥풍뎅이과(똥풍뎅이족 4)

본 보고는 한국산 똥풍뎅이속 중 중후경절단극모열이 서로 다른 길이이며 소순판의 앞쪽은 평행형인 2아속 4종과 이들이 서로 같은 길이이며 소순판은 삼각형인 5아속 8종 중 한국산이 아닌 것으로 생각되는 1아속 1종을 제외한 나머지 등의 11종에 대한 연구결과이다. 이에 따르면 그동안 국내에서 기록되어왔던 종중 여러 종이 그들의 학명이나 또는 소속 아속에 많은 문제점을 가지고 있었다. This report discusses the results of systematic account of 11 species of the Korean Aphodius(Aphodiidae) which has the different length of the raw of terminal spines in the mid- and hind tibiae and parallel sided in the apex of the scutellum or the same length of the raw of terminal spines and triangular scutellum. Of those, one species (A. alpinus) is not seem to be Korean fauna, and four species (A. dzamosanicus, scrofa, botulus and inexspectatus) were recorded only from the North Korea.

The intercondylar fracture of distal humerus in adult is difficult to treat. Because it is difficult to obtain accurate anatamical reduction and rigid internal fixation due to commiution and intraarticular components. The authors review the 13 cases of intercondylar fracture of the distal humerus in adult that were treated at the orthopaedic department of Sung Ae Hospital, from JAN 1988 to JUN 1992, and the result are as follows: 1. It was frequently occured in 3rd and 4th decades active male and old female over 60 years old. 2. We think that cast hinge elbow brace is recommendable method for improvement of elbow ROM through early active motion. 3. For accurate anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixation, transolecranon appmach is recommended for the sufficient exposure of the articular surfece.
