본 연구의 목적은 2007년 개정 실과 교육과정에서의 식생활 단원의 수행평가를 위한 루브릭을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 초등 실과에서의 수행평가와 루브릭과 관련된 문헌을 고찰하였으며, 2007년 개정 실과 교육과정에서의 식생활 관련 단원의 내용 체계 및 국가 수준에서 제시한 성취기준 및 평가기준을 분석하였다. 루브릭 개발 절차는 정의, 개발, 평가 단계를 거쳐 이루어졌다. 5학년 ‘영양과 식품’ 단원은 개별 수행 과제로 연구 보고서법을 활용하여 루브릭을 개발하였고, ‘간단한 조리’ 단원은 조별 수행 과제로 실험 실습법을 활용하여 루브릭을 개발하였다. 구체적으로 ‘영양과 식품’ 단원의 루브릭은 ‘식품군 및 영양소 기입’, ‘영양소의 기능’, ‘식품구성탑에 해당 식품 분류’, ‘식사 평가’, ‘식습관 개선점 및 반성’, ‘실습 태도’의 6개 평가 항목에 따라 A, B, C 척도로 채점 기준을 기술하였다. ‘간단한 조리’ 단원의 루브릭은 ‘조리 계획’, ‘조리기구’, ‘조리 과정’, ‘논리성과 구체성’, ‘식품 고르기’, ‘조리기구 다루기’, ‘가열 기구 다루기’, ‘조리 절차’, ‘익히기’, ‘완성 및 마무리’, ‘실습 태도’의 11개 평가 항목에 따라 A, B, C 척도로 채점 기준을 기술하였다.
고등학교 학습자의 영어능숙도 및 인지양식에 따른 코퍼스 활용 영어 문법 수업의 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of corpus-based grammar teaching according to the learners’ English proficiency levels and cognitive styles. A total of 64 Korean high school students in two classes participated in the study. While English proficiency levels of the two classes were not statistically different, one class was chosen as a corpus-based learning group and the other as a traditional instruction group. The students in each group were also identified by both proficiency levels (i.e., high or low level) and cognitive styles (i.e., field-independent or field-dependent). Six grammar items were taught to both groups during an eight-week session. The results showed that the corpus-based grammar teaching was more effective than the traditional instruction especially for low level students. As the students identified as field independent in the corpus-based group showed a higher achievement, it seemed that the student’s cognitive learning style had an influence on grammar learning. In conclusion, the present study suggests that teachers need to consider both learners’ English proficiency and their cognitive styles when planning a corpus based grammar lesson.

미디어 기술의 진화는 지상파방송뉴스프로그램도 다양한 매체 및 플랫폼의 뉴스콘텐츠와 경쟁해야 할 상황에 노출시키고 있다. 변화하는 미디어 환경은 지상파뉴스 프로그램의 질적 향상과 시청률 제고를 위한 새로운 전략적 돌파구 마련을 요구하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 지상파방송뉴스가 사회의 공론장으로 기능하기 위해 요구되는 두 가지 요건, 즉 뉴스의 품질과 시청자의 선택의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 지상파 종합뉴스의 기사에 대한 내용분석을 통해 질적 수준을 측정하고 개별 기사 단위의 시청률 데이터를 수집하여 양 자의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 뉴스 프로그램의 공정성과 심층성의 하위 요인과 시청률의 관계성도 검토하였다. Changes in media technolgy affect the competitive status of broadcasting networks as news media. The competitive media environment has pushed broadcasting network news programs to find new ways for leveling their qualitative performance up and rating. This study focuses on the empirical relationship between the two key value, news quality in terms of fairness and in-depthness and news ratings. This study is based on the analysis of broadcasting network news texts and individual news item raitngs. Empirical relationship between news quality factors and ratings was proved positive. But the relationship between the length of news item and rating was proved negative.
Micropatterning of Lipid Bilayers in a Microfluidic System via Forced Vesicle Fusion

Substrate-supported planar lipid bilayers (SPB) are excellent model for bio-membranes, and have potential scientific and technological applications. Due to these features, SPBs have been studied to determine if their application can be useful for biological analyses, such as the evaluation of cell to cell interactions or as cell based biosensors. In this study, the patterning of 1, 2-bis(10, 12-tricosadiyno-yl)-snglycero-3-phosphocholine (diynePC) bilayer that is a polymerizable lipid was evaluated via forced vesicle fusion in a microfluidic system. The formation of diynePC lipid bilayers in the microfluidic channel was sensitive to flow rate, and homogeneous diynePC lipid bilayers were formed when diynePC was applied at a flow rate of 0.1 μL/min for 10 min. These layers were patterned via selective photopolymerization using a UV dose of 4.1 J/cm2. Because lipids in areas blocked from UV can be selectively removed by ethanol, new lipid layers, such as egg yolk phosphatidylcholine (egg PC), that retain some characteristic features of their native cellular membrane, can be incorporated into the areas that were cleared by ethanol. This micropatterning of diynePC lipid bilayers within the microfluidic system can be used to provide a platform for a lipid-based immunoassay chip, and may therefore be a useful tool for cell based high-throughput systems.
간호대학생의 코로나19 관련 지식, 감염 위험지각, 불안이 감염예방 행위에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate COVID-19 Knowledge, Risk Perception, Anxiety and Preventive Behaviors, and to identify the influencing factors on Preventive Behaviors of nursing students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 342 nursing students in Gwangju, November 2021. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The total mean scores were as follows: COVID-19 Knowledge, 13.25±1.38; Risk Perception; 4.57±1.34, Anxiety; 44.55±9.66, Preventive Behaviors; 7.66±1.55. Preventive Behaviors was found to have significant positive correlations with COVID-19 Knowledge and Risk Perception). The most influential factors influencing the Preventive Behaviors of nursing students were Experience in education related COVID-19 prevention, Risk Perception, COVID-19 Knowledge. In conclusion, in order to develop the Preventive Behaviors of nursing students, it is necessary to apply a program that improve the COVID-19 prevention education and Knowledge, and to control Risk Perception according to the individual level.
