중소기업 컨설팅 수진기업의 정책 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

중소기업은 구체적인 경영기법과 경영조직이 미흡하기 때문에 급격한 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 2013년 컨설팅 지원사업 수혜를 받은 중소기업을 대상으로 이들이 컨설팅, 컨설턴트에 얼마나 만족하고 있는지, 나아가 컨설팅 지원 사업에 대한 성과 측정을 통해 정책효과를 파악함으로서 향후 이와 같은 사업의 개선 자료를 확보하고자 한다. 국내 컨설팅 연구는 대부분 이론적 연구에 치중하거나, 대기업 위주의 일반 컨설팅에 관한 연구가주류였으나, 본 연구는 “중소기업 컨설팅 지원사업”의 수진 업체를 대상으로 이들의 대응정도, 컨설팅과 컨설턴트 만족도 및 컨설팅의 경영 성과에 미치는 영향들을 연구모델로 구축하여, 각 요인들간의 영향력을 심증분석 함으로서, 중소기업에 매우 중요한 경영컨설팅 정책의 만족도 측정을 통한 정책 사업의 향후 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. As the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) have no specific management techniques and management organization, it is insufficient to cope with the rapid environmental changes in a proactive manner. This study is aimed at analyzing how SMEs have satisfied with consulting, consultant performance in 2013, in order to acquire such a policy improvement. Most of the previous studies on consulting are focused on theoretical study, particularly on large enterprises. This study intends to conduct survey on the level of SMEs` involvement with the SME consulting program, on the satisfaction with the consulting program, on the consultants, and influential factors of policy performance for SMEs. Furthermore, it intends to conduct an in-depth analysis on the influence among those factors. From result of this study, consulting policy for SMEs can be provided the direction for development and improved.

In this paper, parameter studies on the engine cooling performance using CFD tools, UH3D. are presented, Heat exchanger and fan modeling was considered in UH3D. Various conditions of a SUV engine was investigated at different operating points concerning air flow rate into radiator and top water inlet temperature difference. Parametric studies which are excluding engine components, fan shroud thickness and engine locations were studies and evaluate their effect for engine cooling performance.

요추부 골절 환자군과 정상군의 골밀도와 골절 역치 비교

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to show how bone mineral densities of the lumbar spine decrease with aging, to investigate the relationship between the bone mineral densities of the control and fracture group, and to obtain fracture threshold values. Materials and Method: From January 1995 to December 1999, we measured and evaluated BMD of L3 by DXA in 239 normal volunteers(96 men and 143 women), and in 218 patients with lumbar spine fracture(91 men and 127 women) above 50 years. The Chi-Square test was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1. The average BMD of L3 in control group and lumbar spine fracture group were 0.772±0.030 g/㎠ in male and 0.732±0.089g/㎠ in female and 0.720±0.031g/㎠ in male and 0.692±0.002g/㎠ in female, respectively. 2. The BMD of the control group and fracture group decreased with aging(p$lt;0.05) and were higher in men than in women. There were statistically significant difference(p$lt;0.001). 3. There were statistically significant difference between BMD of the control group and BMD of the lumbar spine fracture group(p$lt;0.05). The BMD were higher in the control group than fracture group. 4. Fracture threshold of the lumbar spine fracture group were 0.867g/㎠ (male:0.898g/㎠, female:0.836g/㎠) according to 90 percentile.
