        먹장어 어묵 제조

        먹장어를 練製品原料로서 利用하기 위한 基礎資料를 얻고자 먹장어 어묵의 最適加工條件을 實驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 採肉한 肉에 대하여 澱粉은 5%, 食鹽은 3%, tripolyphosphate는 0.3%, 水洗回數는 6回, 1段加熱은 45∼50℃에서 1時間, 2段加熱은 90℃에서 30分間이 좋았다. 1段加熱 대신 자연응고 현상을 이용할 경우에는 25℃에서 1時間 자연응고 시킨 다음 90℃에서 30分間 加熱하는 것이 좋았다. In this study, the effects of some additives to the quality of fish jelly product such as salt tripolyphosphate and starch were examined. Besides, that of washing and stepwise heating procedure were also discussed. From the result of quality test by measuring jelly strength and sensory evaluation the product was quite palatable to common, and the addition of 3 percent of salt and 5 percent of starch resulted in the best jelly strength. It was markedly enforced when 0. 3 percent of tripolyphosphate was added. The suggestible processing method of hagfish jelly product is as follows : The meat is to be bleached by washing at least 6 times with tenfold tap water by volume of meat at 5-6℃ and then ground throughly with addition of 3 percent of salt, 5 percent of starch and 0.3 percent of tripolyphosphate. The ground meat is finally to be heated for 1 hour at 45 to 50 ℃ and then for 30 minutes at 90℃.

        고기동 안정화 카메라 및 원격제어 셀프카메라를적용한 캔위성 시스템 개발

        본 논문에서 제안한 캔위성은 2017년 캔위성 경연대회에 출전한 HA+RC2S CanSat (High Agility and Remote Control Camera System Can Satellite)이다. 주요임무는 수동진동감쇠기인 동흡진기를 사용하여 카메라를 회전시킨 직후에 발생하는 잔류진동을 감쇠하여 고품질의 영상획득이 가능한 고기동 안정화 카메라 시스템을 검증하는 것이다. 부가적으로는 지상국의 조이스틱을 사용하여 무선으로 제어되는 원격제어 셀프카메라로 캔위성 자체의 이미지데이터를 획득하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 임무 정의, 시스템설계, 제작, 기능 및 성능시험, 최종 비행시험을 포함하는 HA+RC2S CanSat의 개발과정에 대해 서술하였다. The High Agility and Remote Control Camera System Can-Satellite (HA+RC2S CanSat) proposed in this study is a satellite designed by the authors of this work and submitted as an entry in the 2017 CanSat competition in Goheung gun, Jeonnam, Korea. The primary mission of this work is to develop a high agility camera system (HACS) that can obtain high quality images in the air. This objective is achieved by using a tuned mass damper (TMD) to attenuate the residual vibration that occurs immediately after rotating the camera. The secondary objective is to obtain a self-image of CanSat in the air using a remote control self-camera system (RCSS) that is wirelessly controlled using a joystick from a ground station. This paper describes the development process of the HA+RC2S CanSat, including mission definition, system design, manufacturing, function and performance tests carried out on the ground, and final launch test.

      • 고분자 나노복합체 기반 다양한 표면구조의 제작 및 초발수/초발유 특성 분석

        본 연구에서는 광학현미경을 이용한 포토리소그래피 공정과 PDMS와 실리카 나노입자를 사용한 간편한 스프레이 코팅을 통해 초발수 및 초발유 표면 제작에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 포토리소그래피 공정에서는 다양한 간격의 michohoodoo 구조를 제작하였으며, 스프레이 코팅 공정을 통해 고분자의 농도와 분사량 변화에 따른 구조변화를 확인하였다. 각 실험으로 만들어진 표면은 물과 오일의 접촉각 및 접촉각 hysteresis 측정을 통해 초발수 및 초발유 표면 특성을 정량화 하였고, 이를 통해 제조된 표면의 re-entrant 구조를 분석하여 초발수 및 초발유 특성이 극대화된 표면의 메커니즘을 제시하였다. 또한 microhoodoo 구조 위에 최적화된 조건의 스프레이 코팅을 진행하였으며, 이 표면의 물과 오일의 접초각 hysteresis는 각각 약 1°, 11°의 값을 가지며, 오일 방울이 포면에서 튀길 정도의 우수한 초발수 및 초발유 특성을 보였다.

        미적 교육의 현대적 의미

        The idea of aesthetic education based on the concept of aesthetic experience functions as a principle for legitimating arts in general education. Yet the validity of traditional aesthetic experience theory has been under attack from the side of analytic aesthetics. And the theory of aesthetic education has searched for a new key with which the concept of 'aesthetic experience' can be modified. The key is 'aesthetic literacy'. The concept of 'aesthetic literacy' is employed as a metaphor of verbal literacy. It's metaphorical character is condition that the approaches to 'aesthetic literacy' define it in various ways: proper perception in aesthetic experience(Broudy, 1972); a mode of attending to certain phenomena from the context of ordinariness and of perceiving them aesthetically with 'informed engagement' to art, or 'search for meaning'.(Greene, 1981). Kaelin(1989) suggests the various levels at which 'aesthetic literacy' functions within the cognitive behavior of human beings: On the lower end, technical proficiency in the construction of an expressive context; and on the upper end, the discipline of criticism as informed by an effective metacriticism that is itself informed by and adequate aesthetic theory. Various approaches to 'aesthetic literacy' come to a point that it is rather a kind of aesthetic attitude than aesthetic competencies, that are necessary for understanding 'languages of arts' and can be trained by aesthetic education. In this context, 'aesthetic' is the same sense as Goodman's 'cognitive' competencies. The traditional theory of aesthetic experience, e.g. aesthetic attitude theory, definitely differentiated the aesthetic domain with the cognitive domain. However, the power of 'aesthetic literacy', overcoming differentiation of both, makes a domain, where aesthetic experience is 'cognitive' in broad sense. Also, the literacy of nonverbal artistic language stresses on cognitive faculties in experiencing aesthetic objects. From a practical point of view, the ideas of 'artistic literacy', or 'visual literacy' is functioning as aims of arts in education. Although 'aesthetic literacy' seems to be in a humble position nowadays, aesthetic education can provide for arts in education no less aims and goals than the other literacies. If we broadly use the term of 'aesthetic', it is to connote 'artistic'(broad sense of 'aesthetic'), 'aisthesis'(original sense of 'aesthetic'). 'Aesthetic literacy' by virtue of these connotations can be the same as 'artistic literacy', and the more than 'visual literacy'.

        《 홍루몽(紅樓夢) 》 을 통해 본 청대(淸代) 여성의 경제활동과 금전의식

        본 논문은 《 홍루몽 》 에 나타나는 상업 경제적 요소 중 여성 인물의 경제활동과 금전인식이 어떻게 그려지는지에 주목했다. 가문 내의 월전(月錢) 분배와 고리대금업, 전당포, 대관원 (大觀園)을 상업적으로 경영해보려는 여성들의 노력 등 가문 안팎에서 여성이 행하는 다양한 경제행위와 그것이 가문의 체면이라는 한계에 부딪혀 어떻게 좌절되는지, 그리고 가문 내부에서 각각의 여성 인물이 갖고 있는 서로 다른 경제적 상황과 금전의식이 어떤 방식으로 드러나는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. This research is aimed to consider the women’s economic activities and the sense of economy which were described in The Dreams of Red Chamber. The Dreams of Red Chamber could not be defined as a “Merchant Novel(商賈小說)”, but the detailed descriptions about family economy of the upper class in Qing dynasty, especially be conducted by the women characters, could be compared with other “Merchant Novel”. The monthly pay of the Jia family(賈府), distribution of daily necessities, loan-sharking, pawn shop, the commercial management of family garden Da Guan Yuan(大觀園), these economic activities of women are actually connected with every steps of family collapse, the major narrative of this novel, and every women characters has her own sense of economy which effectively formalizing each characters.

        십전대보탕이 유효했던 신성 빈혈 환자 1례

        Objective: In this case report, we address the case of a 47-year-old man with anemia due to chronic kidney disease. Methods: A patient was treated with Korean medicine including an herbal medication, Shipjeondaebo-tang. We evaluated the improvement of symptoms by biochemical examination of blood, complete blood cell count and total score of Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS). Results: After 15 days of Korean medicine treatment, there was an increase in hemoglobin states, even after intervention ended, for over 30 days with improvement of the patient's fatigue. Conclusions: This study suggested that Shipjeondaebo-tang might be effective in patient’s renal anemia and fatigue recovery.

        High Seroprevalence and Index of Anti-John-Cunningham Virus Antibodies in Korean Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

        Background and Purpose The anti-John-Cunningham virus (JCV)-antibody serostatus and index are used in the risk stratification of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients treated with natalizumab. However, little information on these parameters is available for Asian countries. Te purpose of this study was to determine the rate of seropositivity, index, and longitudinal index evolution in Korean patients with MS. Methods Te antibody seroprevalence was analyzed in 355 samples from 187 patients with clinically isolated syndrome or MS using a second-generation, two-step, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. A 4-year longitudinal evaluation was applied to 66 patients. Results Te overall antibody seroprevalence was 80% (n=149). Among antibody-positive patients, the index had a median value of 3.27 (interquartile range, 1.52–4.18), with 77% (n=114) and 56% (n=83) of patients having indices >1.5 and >3.0, respectively. The serostatus of 59 (89%) of the 66 patients did not change during the longitudinal analysis, while 3 (6%) of the 53 patients who were initially seropositive reverted to seronegativity, and 2 (15%) of the 13 patients who were initially seronegative converted to seropositivity. All patients with a baseline index >0.9 maintained seropositivity, and 92% of patients with a baseline index >1.5 maintained this index over 4 years. No patients developed PML (median disease duration, 8 years). Conclusions Te seroprevalence and index of anti-JCV antibodies in Korean patients with MS may be higher than those in Western countries.

        右歸飮이 hydrogen peroxide에 의해 유도된 Leydig cell에 미치는 항산화 효과 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activity of water extract of Woogyuyeum (WGY) in Leydig cells. Methods : We investigated the cytoprotective effect of WGY in cultured mouse Leydig cells by MTT assay. Leydig cells treated with WGY were incubated in the presence or absence of 50 μM hydrogen peroxide at 37℃ for 24 h. The protective effects of WGY against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress, lipid peroxide (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase activity assays were performed in Leydig cells. Results : As a result, WGY showed no significant cytotoxicity in Leygdig cells. WGY showed cell viability as 103.65% in 5 μg/ml concentrations. The cytotoxicity induced by hydrogen peroxide in Leygdig cells, the antioxidant effects of WGY was increased in 1, 5, 50, 100 ug/ml concentraions. 100 μg/ml concentration of WGY showed maximum antioxidant effects. Treatment of cells with 100 μg/ml WGY significantly reduced the MDA concentration to 0.23 nmoles/mg protein. SOD activity was increased at 1, 100 μg/ml concentration of WGY and catalase activity was significantly increased at 50, 100 μg/ml concentrations of WGY, respectively. Conclusions : In conclusion, WGY has antioxidant activities against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress in Leydig cells.
