      • 大學生의 體力에 관한 硏究 : 淸州師範大學 一學年을 中心으로 Based on the Freshman of Cheong Ju College of Education

        The purpose of this study was to grasp the status of physical fitness of the college students and to obtain the basic data for the guidance. 303 freshman students(male 140, female 163) of Chung Ju college of education, 1983, were included in this study. The items of measurement were physique(standing hight, body weight) and physical fiftness(100m sprint, standing long jump, throwing, pull-ups, flexed arm hang, sit-ups) The results of this study were as follows: 1) The average standing height of male and female studnets was 168.94㎝ and 157.30㎝ respectively. There was no meaningful difference between standing height and age. 2) The average body weight of male and female students was 58.49Kg and 51.6kg respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight and age. 3) The average body weight ratio of male and female students was 34.06 and 32.46 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight ratio and age. 4) The average Kaup`s index of male and female students was 2.05 and 2.09 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between Kaup`s index and age. 5) The average Rohrer`s index of male and female students was 120.89 and 132.43 respectively. 6) The average record of 100m sprint of male students was 14.18 second and that of female female students was 19.22sec. The record of male students increased from the 17 years to the 20 years old with the increase of their age but that of female students reached the top at the age of 17 and after 17 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 7) The average of standing long jump of male students was 243.64㎝ and that of female students was 175.24㎝. There was no meaningful difference between standing long jump and age. 8) The average record of throwing of male students was 53.26m and that of female students was 20.16m. There was no meaningful difference between throwing and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 9) The average record of pull-ups of male students was 10.23 times and that of flexed arm hang of female students was 7.12 second. There was no meaningful difference between pull-ups(flexed arm hang) and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 10)The average record of sit-ups of male students was 43.04 times and that of female students was 26.08 times. There was no meaningful difference between sit-ups and age in the case of male students but the record of female students reached the top at the age of 18 and after 18 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 11)Difference between the able students and poor students in the pull-ups(flexed arm hang)is the heaviest and the most delicate in the 100m sprint.

        뉴스이용과 책임귀인이 셧다운제에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 논란 속에 도입된 인터넷 셧다운제에 대한 태도에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자했다. 이에 게임 이용 빈도, 뉴스 이용정도, 게임의 효과에 대한 평가, 게임의 부정적 효과에 대한 원인 등이 셧다운제에 대한 동의에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 셧다운제가 도입된 직후에 서울시민 496명에 대한 1대1 면접조사를 실시하여 온라인게임 규제제도인 셧다운제에 대한 태도를 살펴본 결과, 뉴스미디어를 더 많이 이용할수록, 게임의 부정적 영향을 더 많이 인식할수록, 그리고 게임의 부정적인 영향에 대한 책임이 정부에 있다고 인식할수록 셧다운제를 더 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 귀인이론을 중심으로 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 함의를 제시했다. This study explored the relationships between media use and attributions of negative ffects of video games on attitudes toward Shut-down system. To prevent the youth from game addiction and secure a right to sleep for the youth, Shut-down system ahs been enacted since the fall of 2011. Interview survey revealed that females, the aged, those who use more news products, those who perceive more negative effects of games, and those who attribute the negative effects of game on government would have more positive attitudes toward the shut-down system.

        Thermotolerant Transgenic Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)by Introducing Isoprene Synthase Gene throughAgrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated Transformation

        The cost of conventional cultivation of ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is very expensive, because shadow condition should be maintained during cultivation periods owing to inherently weak plant for high-temperature. Therefore, application of plant biotechnology may be possible to overcome these difficulties caused by conventional breeding of ginseng. Transgenic plants were produced via Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101, both carrying the binary plasmid pBI121mLPISO with nptII and Iso (isoprene synthase) gene. Integration of the transgenes into the P. ginseng nuclear genome was confirmed by PCR analysis using nptII primers and Iso primers. RT-PCR result also demonstrated the foreign isoprene synthase gene in three transgenic plant lines (T1, T3, and T5) which was expressed at the transcriptional level. When whole plants of transgenic ginseng were exposed to high temperature at 46℃ for 1 h, a non-transformed plant was wilted from heat shock, whereas a transgenic plant appeared to remain healthy. We suggest that the introduction of exogenous isoprene synthase is considered as alternative methods for generating thermotolerance ginseng.         Factors Affecting Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediatedTransformation of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer

        A protocol for the production of transgenic Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer was established via Agrobacterium tumfaciens- mediated genetic transformation of direct somatic embryos. A number of conditions related to the co-cultivation were tested with respect to maximizing transformation efficiency. The results showed that pH of the co-cultivation medium (5.7), the bacterial growth phase (optical density; OD600 = 0.8), co-cultivation period (3 days), and acetosyringone concentration (100 μM) had positive effects on transformation. Selected plantlets were cultured on the medium at an elevated hygromycin level (30㎎/ℓ). Integration of the transgenes into the P. ginseng nuclear genome was confirmed by PCR analysis using hpt primers and by Southern hybridization using hpt-specific probe. The transgenic plantlets were obtained after 3-month cultivation and did not show any detectable variation in morphology or growth characteristics compared to wild-type plants.         Micropropagation of Hypericum erectum Thunbergby using Thidiazuron

        The effect of plant growth regulators was investigated on in vitro shoot proliferation from axillary bud explantsof Hypericum erectum. To determine the optimal cytokinin for proliferation of axillay buds, we carried out screening four cytokinins(BA, kinetin, 2iP, TDZ). When nodal segments were cultured on MS medium supplemented with 4.5 μM TDZ (thidiazuron),a number of shoots were induced. Our results indicated that the addition of TDZ to culture medium resulted in theinduction of significantly more axillary buds than in the addition of other cytokinins. The optimal concentration of TDZ forproliferation of axillary buds was 10 μM. 92% of shoots spontaneously rooted without any plant growth regulator (PGR) andformed whole plantlets within one month. More than 95% of these regenerants survived and they did not show any detectablevariation in morphology or growth characteristics compared to their donor plants.

        한국 미디어셀러의 유형 및 동향 연구

        본 연구는 새롭게 등장하는 미디어셀러 현상에 대해 학술적이며 산업적인 이해를 넓히기 위해 출판유통의 관점에서 분석했다. 구체적으로 미디어셀러를 출판사나 저자의 미디어개입 의도와 책의 내용을 중심으로 ‘비의도 콘텐츠형’, ‘비의도 혼합형’, ‘의도 마케팅형’, ‘의도 혼합형’으로 분류하고, 각 유형이 어느 정도의 베스트셀러 실적을 올렸는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 도서가 베스트셀러에 오르는 과정에서 영화/TV드라마와 같은 영상문화콘텐츠의 영향력이 커지고 있음이 확인됐다. 그러나 영상문화콘텐츠의 개입이 출판유통의 관점에서 베스트셀러 등재를 위한 절대적인 조건은 아니었다. 또한 미디어셀러의 성공 과정에서 우연성도 발견됐다. 결국 출판유통의 측면에서 영화/TV드라마와 같은 미디어의 개입이 중요한 마케팅 수단 중 하나로 여겨지게 됐지만, 베스트셀러에 등재되기 위해서는 우수한 콘텐츠가 뒷받침돼야 한다는 전통적인 가치도 여전히 유효한 것으로 나타났다. This study is analyzed from the viewpoint of publishing circulation to broaden the academic and industrial understanding of the emerging media-sellers phenomenon. Specifically, media-sellers are classified into 'intentional content type', 'unintentional mixed type', 'intentional marketing type', and 'intentional mixed type' based on intention of media intervention and book contents of publisher or author, and then I have seen how mush of this best selling performance. As a result of this research, it has been confirmed that the influences of visual culture contents such as movies and TV dramas are increasing in the process of becoming a best-seller of books. However, the involvement of visual culture contents was not an absolute condition for listing the best-seller in terms of publishing distribution. In addition, the success of media-sellers was also found to be contingent. Eventually, in terms of publishing distribution, media involvement such as movies and TV dramas is considered to be one of the important marketing tools, but the traditional value of supporting excellent content is still valid in order to be listed as a best-seller.

        체조의 재평가: 덕육과 희열을 중심으로

        This research considered 'gymnastics' that had been introduced using important teaching material in the school physical education curriculum. This type of gymnastics had new insight into essential respects because of the literature on the subject especially focus on moral education and delight. First, I mentioned that the idea of gymnastics has changed through the times. It was first implemented with the intention of being for physical training and health promotion in a rational base, but it has turned aside in the school physical education program. However, our discovery is that gymnastics has a desirable function as a moral education tool which helps students develop stronger personalities and self-esteems, and promotes well-being through delight and amusement. We must understand this well, and make healthy persons in both mind and body through the order and structural values emphasized in gymnastics as a form of moral education. Gymnastics teaches youth order and discipline which are valuable moral lessons for survival in today's chaotic world. Moreover, gymnastics also includes delight and amusement. It is possible see this euphoria in the movement itself, in the movement result, and in the method. That is, delight can be felt through the imagery evoked by the movements of gymnastics, and there is pleasure felt when a gymnastic maneuver is accomplished correctly and its difficultly is triumphed over. It is an activity in which there is an important affective element, musical element, and play or sports element. Moreover, feelings of delight, enjoyment, and amusement are completely psychological. Therefore, it is impossible to make such feelings compulsorily. It is important to motivate students to succeed at gymnastics. Especially, it is demanded that physical education instructors include gymnastics in physical activity and guide individuals to become interested in it. A good environment is important and necessary, also. 본 연구는 학교체육에서 중요한 교재단원으로 이용되고 있는 ‘체조’에 대하여 관련문헌을 통하여, 특히 덕육과 희열을 중심으로, 본질적인 면에서 새로운 시각으로 고찰한 것이다. 먼저 체조의 개념은 시대에 따라 변천해왔지만, 체력육성과 건강 증진을 위해 합리적인 바탕에 근거하여 의도적으로 만들어진 것으로서, 오늘날 우리 학교체육에서 그 가치를 인정받지 못하고 외면당하는 형편을 지적했다. 그러나 체조에는 인격을 완성시키고 인간형성을 지향하는 등의 덕육으로서의 바람직한 기능이 있고, 또 희열과 재미가 있다는 것을 탐색했다. 따라서 우리는 이를 잘 이해하고 오늘날 무질서한 사회 속에서 심약한 청소년들에게 덕육으로서의 체조를 통하여 질서를 존중하고 심신이 강건한 사람을 만들 필요가 있음을 지적하였다. 또한 체조도 희열과 재미가 없으면 안 되는데, 체조에도 그 희열이나 재미가 없는 것이 아니라, 그것은 운동 자체에서도, 운동결과에서도 그리고 방법에서도 찾을 수 있음을 밝혔다. 즉 체조의 運動像을 통하여 희열을 느낄 수 있고, 어려움을 극복했을 때 느끼는 쾌감도 있다. 정동적인 요소나 음악적인 요소, 그리고 놀이나 스포츠적인 요소를 도입하는 것도 중요한 방법이 된다. 그러나 희열의 감정은 전적으로 심리적인 것으로서 강제적으로 이러한 감정을 만드는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서 동기를 유발시키는 것이 중요한데, 특히 지도자는 이를 잘 활용하여 재미있게 지도하는 것이 요구되고, 좋은 환경도 중요하고 필요하다.
