We studied the distribution of the current density and its magnetic-field dependence in GdBCO coated conductors with AC biascurrents using low temperature scanning Hall probe microscopy. We selectively measured magnetic field profiles from AC signalobtained by Lock-in technique and calculated current distributions by inversion calculation. In order to confirm the ACmeasurement results, we applied DC current corresponding to RMS value of AC current and compared distribution of AC and DCtransport current. We carried out the same measurements at various external DC magnetic fields, and investigated field dependenceof AC current distribution. We notice that the AC current distribution unaffected by external magnetic fields and preserved theirown path on the contrary to DC current.
수질복원시설물 내 센서 네트워크 이기종간 인터페이스용 프로토콜에 관한 연구

현재 운영되는 주요 하·폐수 처리시설 관리에 있어 환경 보호를 위한 엄격한 규제로 수질오염 측정 시스템 에 관한 시스템이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 기존 하·폐수 처리 시스템은 하·폐수에 특화된 수질감시 기술이 미흡하며, 그중 센서와 네트워크를 통한 1:n 데이터 전송이 아닌 1:1을 지향하며, 이기종간 통신방식에 대한 호환성이 미비하다. 또한, 주로 수동방식의 검출방식을 준수하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 수질복원시설물 내에 자동화된 센서 네트워크 통합 인터페이스를 위한 센서와 수질감지통합인터페이스간의 효율적인 데이터 전송에 관한 프로토콜 기술에 관해 연 구하였다. 센서 네트워크 통합 인터페이스용 모니터링 구현을 통해 이기종간 통신방식으로 원활한 데이터 전송이 가 능함을 입증하였다. Currently, the management system of wastewater treatment facility has magnified due to the stringent regulations for the protection of the environment. However, wastewater treatment system is insufficient in wastewater quality monitoring technology in specialized. Above all it aim one-to-one data transmission instead of one-to-n data transmission through sensor and network. And then, it lack compatibility toward communication system between different. Mainly it has observed detecting system of manual system. In this paper, we studied protocol technology about efficient data transmission between sensor and integration interface of water quality detecting interface for automated sensor network integration interface in water restoration facility. Therefore, we proved the possibility of efficient data transmission from communication system of different type through monitoring implementation of sensor network integration interface.
CIGS 박막의 급속열처리 환경에 따른 CIGS 태양전지의 특성변화

Amorphous Cu(In,Ga)Se_2 (CIGS) films were deposited on molybdenum-coated soda-lime glass by using a co-evaporation method and were crystallized by using a rapid thermal process (RTP). Several different conditions for the RTP were used to investigate the effects of those conditions on the composition and the crystallization of the CIGS films. Less loss of selenium and more crystallization were observed in the CIGS film heat-treated at atmospheric pressure than in the film heat-treated in vacuum. In the film heat-treated with a glass cover, the loss of selenium was found to be even less, but the crystallization was not sufficient for use in CIGS solar cells. CIGS solar cells with a structure of AZO/ZnO/CdS/CIGS/Mo were fabricated with the CIGS films heat-treated under various conditions, and their characteristics were measured. The characteristics of the CIGS solar cells improved with the use of well-crystallized CIGS film. The energy conversion efficiency was largest for the CIGS solar cell with a CIGS film heat-treated at atmospheric pressure with no glass cover and with continuous argon flow. 몰리브덴이 증착되어 있는 유리기판 위에 비정질 Cu(In,Ga)Se_2 (CIGS)박막을 동시증발 방법으로 증착한 후 급속열처리 과정을 거쳐결정화시켰다. 이때 급속열처리 환경이 박막의 성분비와 결정화 정도에미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 진공에서보다 상압에서의 열처리가 Se의소실은 줄이고, 결정 성장은 더 크게 만드는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고덮게 유리를 이용한 경우에는 Se의 소실은 줄일 수 있었지만 태양전지에사용할 정도로 결정성장이 충분히 되지 않는다는 것을 확인하였다. 이렇게 형성된 CIGS 박막들을 이용하여 AZO/ZnO/CdS/CIGS/Mo 구조의태양전지를 제작하고 특성을 확인하였다. CIGS 태양전지의 특성은 결정이크게 성장된 CIGS 박막을 이용한 태양전지에서 더 좋게 나왔으며, 덮게유리 없이 아르곤 가스가 흐르는 상압에서 열처리를 한 CIGS를 이용한태양전지 시료에서 가장 높은 에너지 변환효율인 4.0 %를 보여주었다.

Incremental sheet forming has been used for producing a prototype and customized product instead of conventional press forming. However most of previous studies are confined into regular-shaped like cone, rectangle, etc. In this study, incremental sheet forming is applied to the medical product for orthopedic application substituting for common plaster cast of damaged human ankle. It has the merit of easy assembly and disassembly and reusable.

Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is one of the most extensively investigated neuropathic pains. Much clinical and experimental evidence supports both peripheral and central pathophysiological mechanisms contributing to the pain of PHN. If loss of inhibitory interneurons (disinhibition) occurs in herpes zoster, this could lead to enhanced responsiveness to peripheral stimulation, increasing the spontaneous activity of central nervous system pain transmission neurons. There are at least two distinct mechanisms for dynamic mechanical allodynia: central sensitization or sprouting of the spinal terminals of Aβ primary afferents to innervate dorsal horn neurons, which follows loss of their normal C-nociceptor input. When the central sensitization is produced by C-fiber activity, Aβ-fibers become capable of activating central nervous system pain signaling neurons, which leads to allodynia. When the peripheral nerve is damaged, in addition to sensitized peripheral terminals, a region near the dorsal root ganglion begins to generate spontaneous impulses and the damaged nociceptors also develop catecholamine sensitivity. Therefore, several distinct pathophysiological mechanisms contribute to the pain of PHN. It is likely that more than one mechanism is operative in an individual, with each offering the possibility for the development of new therapeutic interventions.
