This paper proposes an algorithm for analyzing illocutionary force type (IfT)s in a dialogue, based on the context and modal information in the ending of a word. In korean, the variation of an illocutionary force type that represents a speaker's intention frequently occurs at the ending of a word, according to the type of modal information. And in an analysis of speech acts, the modal information illocutionary force types. In this paper, we analyze real dialogue dta, classify the types of illocutionary forces, perform the manual tagging of IFTs and show the freqency of each IFT's occurence. And we also propose an algorithm to extract IFTs, based on the relationship between the analyzed IFTs and the endings of a word. And we use this proposed algorithm to make an experiment on dialogue data and show its efficiency.

B-Glucan 투여에 의한 조피볼락의 세균성 질병에 대한 정항성 향상

β-Glucan을 경구 혹은 침지투여하여 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegeli)의 비특이적 방어기작을 향상시켜 세균성 질병에 대한 저항성을 증가시키는 면역자극제로서의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. β-Glucan을 사료에 섞어 경구투여하거나 혹은 사육수에 현탁시켜 침지투여한 후 Vibrio ordalii, Staphylococcus epidermidis 및 Edwardsiella tarda를 주사하여 인위감염으로 β-glucan의 효능을 시험하였다. V. ordalii를 주사한 결과, 1% β-glucan을 30일 동안 경구투여한 시험구는 25%의 생존율을 보였으나 β-glucan을 투여하지 않은 대조구는 3일 이내에 모두 폐사하였다. S. epidermidis를 주사한 결과, 20 및 30일 경구투여구는 95%의 높은 생존율을 보였다. 그러나 E. tarda의 인위감염시 전혀 방어효과가 없었다. V. ordalii 사균혼합구 혹은 단독 침지 시험구는 주사 후 10일 동안 전혀 방어효과가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 β-glucan의 경구투여는 S. epidermidis와 V. ordalii에 효과적이나 E. tarda에는 방어효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The effect of β-glucan as an immunostimulant to increase resistance to bacterial diseases by enhancing non-specific defense mechanism in rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) was examined by oral and bath administration. After oral or bath administration with β-glucan, the injection challenges with Vibro ordalii, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Edwardsiella tarda were performed to assess β-glucan efficacy. After injection of V. ordalii, oral administration for 30 days with 1% β-glucan showed 25% of survival rate. But all control fish died within 3 days after the injection. After injection of S, epidermidis, oral administration group for 20 and 30 days showed a remarkably increased survival rate of 95%. But oral administration of β-glucan to rockfish did not induce protection against experimental E. tarda infection. β-Glucan bath administration with or without formalin-killed V. ordalii showed that no protection was observed at 10 days after challenge. The results show that β-glucan to rockfish was effective to increase survival rate of bacterial infections of S. epidermidis and V. ordalii but not against E. tarda

The effects of heat treatment on the γ′precipitation and the mechanical properties of a newly developed mechanically alloyed(MA) oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) Ni-base superalloy were investigated. When the solution treatment temperature of ODS Ni-base superalloy was above 1260℃, the γ′precipitates were completely dissolved and uniform sizes of γ′precipitates were formed during the cooling from the solution treatment temperature. While, when the solution treatment temperature of ODS Ni-base superalloy was below 1260℃, bimodal sizes of γ′consisted of coarse and fine γ′ precipitates were observed after cooling from the solution treatment temperature. During the aging treatment at 954℃, the average size of γ′precipitates increased with increasing the aging time. The ODS Ni-base superalloy with γ′precipitates less than 0.25㎛ was deformed dominantly by shearing the precipitates by pairwise dislocation. While the ODS Ni-base superalloy with γ′precipitates larger than 0.28㎛ was deformed dominantly by the Orowan bypass mechanism. An equation to estimate the yield strength of ODS Ni-base superalloy with bimodal sizes of γ′ precipitates, based on the rule of-mixture was proposed.
