한국 폐자원·바이오에너지기업의 기술성과 요인과 경제적성과 분석

본 논문은 한국 폐자원·바이오에너지기업의 기술수준과 경제적성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 기술경제이론과 경영자원의존이론을 바탕으로 기업의 기술수준과 경제적성과를 결정하는 변수로서 국내시장 구조, 연구개발투자 및 인력 비중, 기업규모, 자금조달능력을 설정하고, 각 변수가 기술수준과 경제적성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정한다. 가설을 토대로 설문을 만들어 한국 폐자원·바이오에너지산업에 참여하는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 설문결과를 분석하여 가설을 검증한다. 분석결과, 한국 폐자원·바이오에너지기업의 기술수준은 세계 최고기술보유국 대비 “추격가능하다”라고 답한 기업이 전체 설문응답 기업 중 각각 85%, 60%로 나타났다. 그러나 실제 매출액 대비 R&D투자 금액과 R&D인력비중은 이에 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 경제적성과는 제조업 평균을 기준으로 양분되었으나 다소 저조한 것으로 분석되었다. 뿐만 아니라 응답기업의 대다수가 50인 미만의 중소기업이며, 국내시장이 다소 경쟁적이고, 기업의 자금조달도 원활히 이뤄지지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과로부터 한국 폐자원·바이오에너지 기업의 기술수준과 경제적성과를 높이기 위해 R&D투자와 인력비중, 기업의 규모, 국내시장구조, 자금조달현황을 고려한 정책적 지원이 필요하다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.
지방섭취량의 차이가 운동선수의 혈액성분변화에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of different fat contents of diets (15% of total energy and 30% of total energy), which had been supplied to the two groups of cycling subjects for 16 days, on their blood components. During intakes of the experimental fat diet, the subjects had poacticed their fixed and consistent training every day. The blood samples were collected five times from each subject's ante-cubital vein at rest, after 30 min(during exercise), after 60min (during exercise), after 90 min (during exercise), and after 120 min (during exercise). The statistically analyzed results of hematological and biochemical components related to pre- and post- experomental diet intakes and pre- and post- training were summarized as follows: 1. Each of caloric expenditure from two groups with 15% and 30% fat diets demonstrated 3288±177.0kcal and 3563.0±130.0kcal. Each of protein expenditure from two groups(15% and 30%) showed 172.3±22.9g and 179.5±17.1g. Each of fat expenditure from two groups(15% and 30%) illustrated 64.8±9.9g and 120.0±10.5g. Each of carbohydrate expenditure from two groups (15% and 30%) showed 489.3±57.7g and 460.7±44.1g. 2. Both groups who had consistently exercised increased in their weights approximately by 800g after they had been ingested with 15% fat and 30% fat diets for 15 days. 3. Both groups showed the same values(scores) of hematological and biochemical blood components and total fatty acid composition in plasma lipids before and experimental diets (15% of total energy and 30% of total energy) and training for 15 days. 4. The values of RBC, WBC and Hb in the group of 15% fat diet revealed statistically higher increases than those of them in the group of 30% fat diet during exercise (cycling) (P < 0.05). But in process of exercised values of RBC, WBC, Hb and MCV. 5. The values of NEFA in the group of 30% of fat diet were statistically higher than those in the group of 15% fat diet during during exercise (P < 0.05). But in theprocess of exercise time, two groups revealed significantly different values of TG, NEFA, TC, HDL-C.
부인(婦人) 정신장애에 대한 연구 I -발병원인 및 증상 중심으로-

Objects : This study was aimed to investigate relation to the Psychologic factor and Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Booindaejoenyangbang(婦人大全良方) and Dongyipogam(東醫寶鑑). And study the psycho elements in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Psychologic factor have a part in A cause for mental disorder of women, certainly. 2. The weakness is fundamental cause for mental disorder of women and the Wind is an immediate cause frequently. 3. Most mental disorder of women develop severe psychiatric symptoms. 4. Psychologic factor is concerned to causing and symptoms at various diseases of women. Conclusion : The results suggest that women is delicate at the psychologic factor, so mental disorders are taken easily.
滌痰湯이 흰쥐의 高脂血症에 미치는 영향에 관한 實驗的 연구

This study was done in order to investigate the effect of choˇkda~m-t'ang on hyperlipidemia. Methods: Hyperlipidemia was induced in male rats by oral administration of cholesterol(50㎎/㎏) diet for 45 days. To carry out an experiment, the rats was divided into three groups. The first group(normal group) was fed on water for 45 days. The second group(control group) was administered 5% ethanol instead of water only for first 15 days and subsequently administered cholesterol(50㎎/㎏ p.o) diet with 5% ethanol for the second 15 days and fed on a solution of salt for the last 15 days during total 45 days. The third group(sample group) was administered in the same way with the control group for 30 days and injected choˇkda~m-t'ang extract(100㎎/㎏) for the last 15 days during total 45 days. And measured the levels of serum total cholesterol, serum HDL-cholesterol, serum total lipid, serum triglyceride, serum phospholipid, hepatic lipid peroxide and activity of serum AST·ALT. Results: 1. From fifteenth day, the level of total cholesterol was decreased with the significance in the sample group as compared with the control group. 2. The level of serum HDL-cholesterol was increased in the sample group compared with control group, but did not show significance. 3. The level of serum total lipid was decreased with significance in the sample group as compared with control group. 4. The level of serum triglyceride was decreased with significance in the sample group as compared with control group. 5. The level of serum phospholipid was decreased in the sample group compared with control group, but did not show significance. 6. The level of hepatic lipid peroxide was decreased with significance in the sample group as compared with control group. 7. The activity of serum ALT was decreased with significance in sample group as compared with control group, but that of serum AST was not significance. Conclusion According to above results, it is considered that choˇkda~m-t'ang injection groups have recovering effect on the hyperlipidemia induced by oral cholesterol administration in male rats. This might be suggest that choˇkda~m-t'ang have recovering effect on arteriosclerosis and cerebral vascular accidents. Choˇkda~m-t'ang increase body's capacity of controling abnormal lipid metabolism, it can be used to prevent hyperlipidemia and related diseases.
