Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry for quantitative evaluation of a impact defect inside of composite material plate are described. The impact on composite material makes inside delamination which is difficult to detect visual inspection and ultrasonic testing due to non-homeogenous structure. This paper proposes the quantitative evaluation technique of defects under real impact. Artificial defects are designed inside of composite plate for development of inspection technique and real defects under impact are inspected and compared with results of visual inspection.

Dans le pre´sent article, nous avons d'abord examine´ la re´alite´ de l'e´ducation des deuxie`mes langues e´trange`res et puis propose´ la direction et la politique vers lesquelles elle se dirigera. La politique de cette e´ducation doit se fonder sur l'infrastructure solide assurant la faculte´ latente de la nation et le de´veloppement harmonieux de la discipline a` la fois. D'une part, il s'agit de la politique dans l'e´ducation officielle. Il faut faire de la formation pre´coce des deuxie`mes langues au colle`ge et en fortifier au lyce´e. Dans l'examen d'Etat pour l'entre´e de l'universite´, le syste`me des points standard doit donc e^tre adopte´. Le programme universitaire oblige des bacheliers a` e´tudier au moins une deuxie`me langue e´trange`re, alors que la faulte´ des lettres e´trange`res doit e^tre autonome a` toute la formation universitaire, ainsi que les unite´s de valeur minimales. Aussi obligatoire est l'examen d'une deuxie`me langue e´trange`re pour entrer a` la mai^trise et au doctorat et pour en obtenir le diplo^me. D'autre part, on aura la politique d'e´ducation a` l'exte´rieur de l'e´cole. Tous les concours qui se´lectionneront les cadres doivent comprendre des plusieurs langues. Il faut aussi former et de´tenir des spe´cialistes avec la compe´tence dans le gouvemement et des entreprises individuelles, surtout en ce qui concerne les services diplomatiques, les relations commerciales internationales, les e´tudes de la zone, etc. Dans le domaine de traduction et d'interpre´tation, on doit e´tablir des organisations nationales. On se trouve a` la bifurcation d'une route: l'une est vers la prospe´rite´ mais l'autre vers la ruine. Nous re´serverons le choix de la meilleure route a` la de´cision du gouvernement.

계측용 포터블 ESPI장치에 의한 강구조물의 결함 및 진동해석에 관한 연구

평판의 진동모드와 진동수의 실험적 해석을 비접촉 광학적 방법인 ESPI법을 이용하여 상세히 기술하였다. ESPI를 이용하여 진동모드와 진동수를 측정하기 위해 두 개의 다른 재료 로 된 시험편을 준비하고 세장비의 변화에 따라 두 개의 다른 가진점을 택해 가진 하였다. 측정된 결과는 유한요소해석(FEA) 및 Warburton이 제안한 이론해석과 정성적으로 비교하였다. 실험적 결과는 이론해석 결과는 물론 FEA 결과와도 잘 일치함을 알수 있었다. 결과적으로 ESPI 법이 진동모드와 진동수의 고정도 해석에 이용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

피스톤 가공용 CNC 선반 HOT-1000 개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is the development of a lathe which can cut any pistons of oval shape with high speed, accuracy and precision by CNC (computer Numerical Control) method. Y axis which is the mechanism of position determination with high speed response has been aded to the CNC lathe and ovality and profile has been cut under the synchronous control of C-Y-Z axes. In the case of ovality of Φ0.5mm, the productivity can be improved up to 1500rpm by high speed cutting than modeling method.

고온하의 CW 레이져 스페클 사진법과 화상처리에 의한 열팽창계수 측정에 관한 연구

In resent year Laser Speckle and its development have enabled surface deformation of engineering components and materials to be interferometrically examined. Laser Speckle- Pettern Interferometry Method is a very useful method for measuring In-plane components of displacement. In measuring thermal expansion coefficient, the various problems generated were established, and the measuring limitation examined. Metarial INCONEL 601 was used in experiments. Specimen was heated to the high temperature(100$0^{\circ}C$) by diong current to the direct two specimen. Then, those problems appear to the influence of back-ground radiation by the heated specimen, the influence by air turbulence, the oxidation of specimen. The color monitor and interference filter prevented the back-ground radiation by rad heat. The oxidation occuring in specimen itself was not generated by the being acid-proof excellence of material INCONEL 601. Yet, in this experiments, the serious problems are the oxidation of specimen and influence by air turbulence. By more reserching these problems forward, it is helpful that the thermal expansion coefficient of many materials is directly measured under high temperature.

】Oriental Martial Art in Movie― Simulacres in Modern HistoryKyung-Seog KimThis study is focused on looking into the essence and application in the modem history of 'Martial Art Culture' that is a representative cultural code in the East Asia. Doubting and reconstructing the paradigm of the past and present, Postmodernism in the 21st century has defined marital arts as a new cultural phenomenon. This study begins by doubting whether the essence of martial arts was a cultural conduct to train both bodies and spirits.Practically used as a fighting skill since the primitive age, martial arts has fallen into sports or cultural behaviors due to the invention of the state-of-the-art modern weapons. However modern people misunderstand that martial arts of East Asia is originated a kind of cultural behaviors. It implies there is a fundamental mistake in the wat Western civilization evaluates the orientalism.This study analyzes this mistake through access method based on realities of modern history. This trial will contribute to expanding the thinking range, inquiring into varied cultural phenomena including martial arts which are misunderstood in modern history.

도치현상에 관한 통사적 설명

Nous avons pour point de depart une question qui n'est pas triviale dans la litterature generative: pourquoi y a-t-il asymetrie entre la proposition matrice et la comptetive, en ce qui concerne l'Inversion Sujet-Aux? L'object de ce travail est double. Il s'agit tout d'abord d'y repondre. Il s'agit aussi de proposer une autre categorie foctionnelle a expliquer des phenomenes equivalents. L'hypothese de l'existence du morpheme Q semble nous amener a repondre a cette question. Le phenomene n'est pas pourtant tout a fait explique par l'hypothese du morpheme Q situe dans la position COMP, ni par celle de l'Accord Tete-SPEC. Pour l'aborder, nous avons une nouvelle categorie fonctionnel;e, MP (Syatagme de Modalite), situee entre les noeuds CP et IP. Cette proposition a les avantages suivants: elle peut expliquer la raison pour laquelle il n'y a pas l'Inversion Sujet-Aux dans la completive; elle montre bien pourquoi le ddplacement de WH est independant de la presence du morpheme Q; elle revele la cause de l'asymetrie entre la matrice et la completive; elle donne les positions aux constituants deplaces par la topicalisation ou la focalisation; par ailleurs, elle peut aussi expliquer l'Inversion Sujet-Aux observee dans les constructions de non question.
