공유리더십이 조직신뢰에 미치는 영향:자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 논문은 독립변수인 공유리더십이 종속변수인 조직의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 독립변수와 종속변수 사이를 자기효능감이 조절하는가에 대한 연구이다. 연구결과, 공유리더십의 하위 요인인 지시적 공유리더십, 거래적 공유리더십, 변혁적 공유리더십, 위임형 공유리더십, 모두 조직 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공유리더십이 조직 내의 갈등 해소 및 화합에 효과적인 영향을 미치는 것에 대한 연구(Pearce & Sims, 2002)과 같은 맥락에서 그 이유를 발견할 수 있다. 하지만 자기효능감의 조절효과는 지시적 공유리더십을 제외하고는 종속변수에 조절효과를 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 공유리더십은 다양하고 많은 조직 구성원들에게 리더십을 발휘할 수 있도록 한다는 특성 때문에 공유리더십 자체만으로도 종업원 인게이지먼트에 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 연구도 있다(김진욱, 2013). 다시 말해 자기효능감의 조절효과 없이도 충분히 공유리더십은 조직 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 줄 수 있다고 분석할 수 있다. This study explores impacts of Shared Leadership on dependent variables of organizational trust and communication, and mediating effects of self-efficacy between interdependent and dependent variables. The result shows that sub-factors of Shared Leadership - directive shared leadership, transactional shared leadership, transformational shared leadership and delegated shared leadership – positively impact organizational trust. The reason for this can be found in the same context with the study of Shared Leadership resolving organizational conflicts and effectively contributing to the cohesion(Pearce & Sims, 2002). However, self-efficacy holds no moderating effects in dependent variables except directive shared leadership. As Shared Leadership allows various organizational members to exercise leadership, Shared Leadership, in and of itself, can be said to have a strong positive impact on employee engagement. That is, even without a moderating effect of self-efficacy, Shared Leadership can be analyzed as having a sufficiently positive impact on trust and communication of an organization.

미국, 일본, 유럽 등은 수소에너지를 이용한자동차를 개발하였고 상용화시킬 계획까지 세우고 있다. 그리고 이미 수소충전소를 설치하였고 설치 계획 중인 나라들고 증가하는 추세이다 수소는 태양광, 석탄, LPG 등을 이용하여 생산하는 2차 에너지이다. 그 중 폐수의 슬러지를 이용하여 혐기성 발효시켜 수소를 발생시키는 방법이 1차 에너지를 이용하는 것보다 생산비가 절감된다. 혐기성 발효공정에는'가수분해 단계', '아세트산 생성단계', '메탄생성 단계' 로 나뉜다. 수소 생산 균의 pH, 온도, 체류시간에 따라 활성이 틀리고, 그 효율을 높이기 위한 다양한 방법들이 연구 되었다. 자치경찰제 도입의 한계와 대안 : 제주특별자치도 자치경찰단 운영성과를 중심으로

본 연구는 우리나라 자치경찰제의 도입방안 및 제주특별자치도의 자치경찰단(2007) 운영상 문제점을 파악한 후 개선방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 자치경찰제의 도입은 곧 바로 경찰의 민주화와 직결될 수 있고, 주민의 안전과 보호를 위한 책무성을 동시에 실현할 수 있는 지름길이다. 다만, 자치경찰은 지방정치권에 예속될 수 가능성이 있고, 정치적 중립성이 확보되지 않은 상황에서 악용될 소지가 있다. 특히 지방재정이 취약한 자치단체 일수록 재정자립 수준에 따라 자치경찰의 운영은 지역 간 편차가 심할 수 있기 때문에 그 역할과 권한이 분명하지 않을 경우 사회적 약자들을 상대로 한 인권침해도 우려된다. 현재 운영되고 있는 제주특별자치도의 자치경찰단은 국가경찰의 전문성 수준에 미치지 못하고 있으며 일반 행정과 달리 경찰인력의 전문성과 특성을 충분히 살린 자치경찰의 구성 및 운영까지는 적잖은 시간이 걸릴 것으로 예상되며 입법까지도 문제다. 자치경찰과 및 국가경찰의 협업 및 견제체제 유지와 관련 법제 정비가 자치경찰제도입의 관건이다. 경찰권 비대화의 또 다른 해결책으로 제시되는 것은 자치경찰제 도입방안이므로 기본적인 경찰 업무 가운데 수사와 정보, 경비 등은 국가경찰이 관장하고 교통과 생활안전 등 생활밀착형 경찰서비스는 지자체가 통제하는 자치경찰이 맡게되면 기존에 국가경찰의 권한을 대폭 분산하면서 효율적인 경찰행정의 수행이 가능할 수 있을 것이다.

The binomial option pricing model is widely used to understand pricing an option which is a financial derivative. The Model presents very important characteristics in deciding a price of an option. First, a value of option is decided independently with probabilities that stock prices are ascending or fall. Second, an option pricing is not depend on investors' risk preferences. When an option is evaluated, this paper may clear that investors had to consider the probabilities of a stock price's movements and their own preferences for a risk.
