        The change of a society each field influenced in change of a education field. What is called, can assume that introduction of new education method called open education is one of change. And, this causes great effect to the change of educational program that is one of national policy also. In the 6th training courses, accommodate education that classroom space changes too by change of the 7th educational program and is changing for direction that can maximize effect of education. The purpose of this study grasps the characteristic through type classification of classroom space that appear by countermove about change of the 7th educational program and reveal the form of most suitable studying space.

        Aerodynamic performance of a pantograph cover for high-speed train

        Three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow around Faiveley CX pantograph was described by large-eddy simulations. The aerodynamic force distributions on the structures of the pantograph were explored comparing non-cover and cover cases against the incoming flow velocity of 200, 300, 400 km/h. The averaged drag and lift forces exerted on each component of the pantograph followed the second-order polynomial relations against the incoming flow velocity. The pantograph cover reduced the overall drag forces on the pantograph because the large recirculating zone with the strong negative pressure affected to the lower parts of the pantograph. In addition, when the pantograph cover was employed, the wall-normal direction of the lift force was changed from positive (uplift force) to negative (down force). By using the force and momentum balance considering all components of the pantograph, its aerodynamic uplift force was estimated, which was improved by including the specific forces around the knee joints, where the strong flow directly impinged. The pantograph cover reduced the mean and standard deviation values of the aerodynamic uplift forces as 40~48 % and 5~17 % compared to those for non-cover cases. Although more power was necessary to raise up the panhead to contact the catenary wire, it would help to improve the controller design to maintain the current collection performance by decreasing the uplift force fluctuations.

        수치해석을 이용한 팬터그래프의 공기역학적 압상력 예측 방법

        We performed large-eddy simulations to describe the flow around a pantograph facing a high speed flow of 430 km/h. Because pantograph was a linkage structure, both drag and lift forces were considered to accurately predict aerodynamic uplift force. The drag and lift forces exerted on individual structures were employed to derive force and moment equilibrium equations of the pantograph, and thus the aerodynamic uplift force was calculated. To examine the effects of a cover, the same analysis was carried out for a case in which a cover was installed around the lower part of the pantograph. As a result, when the cover was implemented, the total lift force was reduced due to downward lift force on the pantograph, and so aerodynamic uplift force also diminished. However, the cover contributed to a decrease in the standard deviation of the aerodynamic uplift force, leading to increased current collection quality.

        수치해석을 이용한 일반형 전동차 내부 공기연령 개선 연구

        We performed 3-D steady numerical simulations to describe flows inside an electric multiple unit (EMU), including duct systems at the top. Two cases were considered: a pair of straight-type ducts parallel to the unit and a pair of X-type ducts diverging from the center. The flow distributions were compared, and the age of air was calculated to evaluate the performance of the forced ventilation system according to design changes of the duct system. For the X-type duct system, the deviation of the flow velocity decreased along the distance from the center to the ends, while the lateral flow became active. Therefore, compared to the straight-type duct system, the flow with the X-type duct system became relatively uniform, and the circulated flow was smoothly discharged to the returns. In addition, the X-type duct system was found to reduce the averaged local mean age of air by up to 6.2 % compared to the straight-type duct system, considering the locations of passengers.

        In this paper, flow and heat transfer characteristics of an brushless DC motor which is installed CMDPS(Column type Motor Driven Power Steering) are numerically analyzed three/two dimensional electromagnetic model and three-dimensional turbulence modeling. CMDPS is based on conventional steering system and it assist steering torque by motor, worm & worm wheel gear set. CDMPS motor is be heated by coil, stator core, magnet and rotor core because it is always operation and set on various situation in driving time. For the present study, parking situation is considered for boundary conditions (row RPM, high torque and natural convection at motor outside) because it is most severe heat conditions for motor. Heat loss of each parts is calculated by Maxwell and temperature characteristics are calculated Ansys and Star-CCM+.

        코칭 리더십이 인사평가효과성에 미치는 영향: 상사신뢰와 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 조직의 성과관리 성공모형을 제시하는데 있다. 성과관리의 효과성을 측정하는 준거변인으로 피평가자인 직원이 인식하는 인사평가효과성을 설정하였다. 인사평가효과성에 영향을 미치는 선행변인으로 상사의 코칭 리더십을 설정하였다. 인사평가 결과는 구성원의 이해관계에 중요한 영향을 미치게 됨으로 평가제도에 대한 구성원의 인식과 태도가 평가제도의 성공적인 운영에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하였다. 상사의 코칭 리더십이 어떤 심리적 매커니즘을 거쳐서 인사평가효과성에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 직원이 인식하는 상사신뢰와 조직신뢰를 매개변인으로 설정하였다. 본 연구를 위해 국내의 대기업과 중견기업에 종사하고 있는 현직자 중에서 현재 직장에서 3년 이상 근무하고 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 275개의 자료를 수집하였다. 연구의 결과는 코칭리더십이 인사평가효과성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 코칭 리더십은 상사신뢰에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상사신뢰는 조직신뢰에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직신뢰는 인사평가효과성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상사신뢰와 조직신뢰는 코칭 리더십과 인사평가효과성을 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점, 제한점 및 향후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to present an organization"s performance management success model. As a criterion variable that measures the effectiveness of performance management, the performance evaluation system effectiveness recognized by the employee who is the subject of the evaluation was set. The coaching leadership of the supervisor was set as a leading variable that affects the performance evaluation system effectiveness. As the results of performance apprasial have a significant impact on employees, it is expected that the employees" perceptions and attitudes toward the performance apprasial will affect the successful operation. By setting the boss trust and organizational trust recognized by employees as mediators, we analyzed how the manager"s coaching eadership affects the performance apprasial effectiveness through which psychological mechanism. For this study, 275 data were collected by conducting a questionnaire survey on those who have been working for more than 3 years at the current workplace among incumbent workers in large and medium-sized companies in Korea. The results of the study showed that coaching leadership had a positive effect on the performance evaluation system effectiveness. Coaching leadership was found to have a positive effect on the boss trust, and the boss trust was found to have a positive effect on the organization trust. Organization trust was found to have a positive effect on the performance evaluation system effectiveness. It was found that the boss trust and the organization trust sequentially mediated the effectiveness of coaching leadership and performance evaluation system effectiveness. Based on these findings, the implications, limitations, and future research tasks were discussed.

        “B2B 에서의 XML 보안”에 관해서 현재 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 인터넷상에서 뛰어난 확장성을 가지고 있고, 풍부한 자료구조, 국제적 문자에 대한 탁월한 처리를 가진 XML을 많은 기업들이 B2B(Business to Business)에서 많이 사용하고 있다. 또한 EDI(Electronic data Interchange)에서도 XML을 사용한 문서 교환이 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 하지만 XML 에서는 보안에 관한 많은 취약점을 가지고 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 논문은 XML의 보안상의 취약점, XML의 보안에 대한 기술, 그리고 인터넷에서 XML 디지털 인증에 관해 구현하였다.
