The aim of this study was to investigate the -pulmonary function tests of athletes related to sex on 176 Korean middle school athletes, 85 males and 91 females, aged from 12 to 14 years. The results are as follows: 1) Height: (cm, M±S.D.) Males show 156.7±5.71 and females show 153.4±5.09 2) Weight: (kg, M±S.D.) Males show 45.1±5.62 and females show 43.3±3.79 3) Respiration rate: (cycle/min, M±S.D.) Males show 18±2.0 and females show 18±3.0 4) Vital capacity: (M±S.D.) Males show 2.77±0.650 and females show 2.66±0.562 5) Tidal volume: (㎖, (M±S.D.) Males show 420±113 and females show 408±78 6) Breath holding time: (sec, (M±S.D.) Males show 40±9.7 and females show 34±9.4

The movement of natural conservation is going on progress, on a national scale. We researched actural education to national conservation of the young generation for natural conservation. In order to ~o it, we also researched and analyzed that how does actural educational guidance of natural conservation. The results obtained in this study are as follows; 1. Only five of forty schools showed high interest in education for natural conservation. It is aginst that today's society demands action for natural conservation. So we think that master of new generation, youth are taught low education on natural conservation bring about seriously situation. 2. Acturally, schools and educational institutions have defects of education on natural conservation. Event projects for natural conservation must not formal thing and every school should establish contents suited the real circumstance of them. 3. In the educational, a course of study for natural conservation ought to be correct. In order to property education, schools and relation institutions should be drawn up and carry out concrete and careful projects as ducation plan of natural conservation of field study.

It is an era of international advertisement in which the target of advertisement has extended to international market; for business activities nowadays in Korea has gone beyond the limit of domestic area into world-wide areas. For the effective international advertisement it is desirable to consult the opinions of professional advertisement agent in oversea areas. The advertisement system of company can be different according to such elements as the characteristics of products and markets, and the managing philosophy, the ultimate purpose of international advertisement is to make it fit for the various conditions different from domestic ones, and to transfer the valuable knowledge, experience, and know-how obtained from the experience in domestic market, even to the total company system. In this paper, I try to survey the meaning and background of international advertisement, and to study the strategical techniques and the system of international advertisement.

Physical distribution management is an integrated set of activities that deal with managing the movement of products within firms and through marketing channels. Physical distribution management creates time and place utility by the performance of activities to store, transport, handle, and process orders for products. From a marketing standpoint, physical distribution management focuses on integrating the activities of storage, transport, handling, and processing orders for products to minimize costs and provide the level of service desired by customers. Physical distribution management is important in an overall marketing strategy, it can be the decision most visible in the marketing mix. But whatever the role of physical distribution management in the marketing strategy, distribution decisions must be for the physical movement of goods. The essential physical distribution activities are inventory planning and control, transportation, warehousing, materials handling, and communiations and data processing. Marketing managers have different views on what physical distribution really is. A traditional marketing view of physical distribution looks at only the outbound considerations and ignores the physical supply and processing or manufacturing activities. This view typically referred to as physical distribution management, or simply distribution management, fail to consider activities such as inventory policies that often have a great impact on the success of the markting program. A more comprehensive term for all these physical movement and storage activities is business logistics, which covers coordinating the physical movement and storage of parts, raw materials, and finished goods to minimize total cost for a given service level. Inventory planning and control require a systematic approach to determine efficient order points that on the one hand minimize the prossibility of stockouts and on the other avoid having too much capital tied up in inventory. The trend is toward more computer applications in physical distribution because of the availability of low-cost minicomputers and decentralized computer systems within firms.

This paper surveys containerization, which means the modernization of physical distribution and a revolution in transportation. Containerization, a revolution in marine transportation, enabled transportation system to be a large scale, rapid transit, exclusive use, and so it became a strategy of transportation as a reformation in physical distribution. As containerization is a means of mass-and-speedy transportation and it connects mass production and mass consumption, it is natural that containerization is popular in every nation whose phase of economic development enters the period of mass-con-sumption. I analysed in this paper the processes of the development of containerization, exportation and importation through containerization, the rout of distribution types of containerization and its problems. In all the processes of packing, transportation, cargo-working and keeping, containerization satisfied fully three major principles of transportation-economy, speed, and safety. So containerization is a revolutionary intermodal transportation system whch needs not any loading and unloading on the way. On the contrary containerization also has some restrictions : it needs lots of investment on the ships for exclusive use and include technical problems for the complete equipment of container terminal and it also causes many social problems such as extra labor, and the crisis of insurance companies, and warehouse companies. But nobody doubts that containerization, a revolutionary intermodal transportation system, influenced greatly transportation companies ; it reduced shipping expenses, insurance money and packing expenses, and shortened transportation time. All these elements are sure to profit shippers. This kind of transportation system will change the trading pattern established long ago, The reduction of cast will rationalise the transportation system, which will in turn speed up mass-production system and increase the amount of internationa1 trade and finally improve the balance of international payment.

틈나리 'Pollyana'의 절화수명에 미치는 surose, GA3,BA처리의 효과

틈나리 'Pollyana'의 절화수명에 미치는 sudrose, GA₃, BA처리의 효과를 조사하였다. 생체중은 처리 2-3일후에 최대치를 나타내었으며 처리 3-4일재부터 감소하기 시작하였다. 무처리의 경우 생체중의 감소가 급격하였으나 처리중에서 S+GA₃+BA 복합처리가 가장 완만하게, 감소하였다. 수분흡수량은 처리 2일째 최대치를 나타내었으며 그 이후 감소하기 시작하였으나 생체중의 변화와 마찬가지로 S+GA₃+BA 복합처리에서 가장 완만하게 감소하였다. 화판의 길이와 폭은 처리에 의한 차이가 거의 없었다. 절화수명은 sucrose 10g·L-¹와 BA 10 mg·L-¹단용처리를 제외하고는 모든 처리에서 연장되었으며 특히 수분량이 가장 많았던 sucrose 10g·L-¹+GA 20mg·L-¹+BA 10 mg·L-¹의 복합처리가 7.8일로 무처리 3.5일에 비해 2배이상 연장되었다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of sucrose(s), GA₃, BA treatments on the vase life of cut flower of Lilium x elegans 'Pollyana'. Fresh weight was peaked at 2-3 days after treatment and reduced from 3-4days form treatment. Fresh weight was remarkbly reduced in control but most slowely reduced in S+GA₃+BA complex treatment as in fresh weight changes. There was not a singificant differences in petal length and width regardless of treatments. Vase life was prolonged in all treatments except sucrose 10mg·L-¹and BA 10 mg·L-¹. Especially the vase life was prolonged 7.8 days in sucrose 30 g·L-¹+GA 20mg·L-¹+BA 10 mg·L-¹which was more than double compared to control of 3.5 days.

In this paper I've tried to outline the whole area of business education under the title above. The present is nothing more than an imaginary line between the past and the future. Our review of the past is, in the end, for the future better than the present I think good educators are those who teach, thinking of the future. Only the vision of the future can give us the key to the present. Accordingly we can say that the present is, in a sense, the conversation between various facts in the past and various purposes in the future. This paper has been made in this context. On the basis of the contemporary meaning of business education I have studied whereto business education would be led in our rapidly changing society. 1. Business education as life-long study 2. Business education in information society 3. Business education for the purpose of human dignity 4. Business education for the space economics 5. Business education in the rapidly changing society 6. Business education in multivarious period Here I suggest that it is absolutely necessary to overcome the closeness in business education, to be aware of the fallacies in solipsism; it is one of the ways to bring up the open-minded, independent businessmen in the space age.
