CO2 에 의한 Char 의 가스화반응시 세공구조 변화

CO₂ 가스화반응에 의해 얻은 호도각 char의 겉보기밀도, 세공반경분포, 세공용적 및 비표면적 등을 추정하여, 가스화방응시 반응온도와 전환율에 따른 char의 세공구조 변화를 조사하였으며, 이론모델(pore volume model, random pore model)과 비교하였다. CO₂ 가스화반응에 의해 형성된 호도각 char는 10Å(micro pore)과 10⁴Å(macro pore) 부근의 세공이 잘 발달된 이원적 구조를 가지고 있었다. 반응 온도가 낮을수록 char의 비표면적과 micro pore 용적은 증가하였으나 macro pore 용적은 변하지 않았으며, random pore model이 가스화반응에 의해 얻은 char의 세공구조값과 비교적 잘 일치하는 것을 알 수 있었다. A char was made from walnut shell which was gasified in CO₂ 7atmosphere and its physical properties such as pore size distribution, density, pore volume and surface area were measured. The effects of reaction temperature and conversion(X_c) on the pore structure change of char were examined and compared with the theoretical values from ihe mathematical modets (pore volume model and random pore model). The char which has bimodal pore distribution near by 10Å (micro pore) and 10⁴Å (macro pore) was obtained by CO₂ gasification reaction. At lower reaction temperatures the surface area (㎡/g-s.m.) and the micro pore volume (㎤/g-s.m.) were increased but the macro pore volume was not affected by the reaction temperatures. It was found that the random pore model was agreed with the pore structure data which were obtained from gasification of the char.

In Korea, universities face to radical changes of the educational environment. So they must establish internal identity and develop strategies to improve social and students' image about them. This survey was performed to provide the basic for these tasks. The subjects of this study are the high school teachers who influence high school students' image about university. The Results of this Survey are ; 1) Teachers think that they have an effect on the high school students' choice of the university. The standards of the their recommendation about choice of university is the ability of the students and the promise of the major study. 2) Teachers interest about SNUT(Seoul National University of Technology) is not so high as another university. 3) Teachers think that SUNT has a high opportunity of the employment-chance, but it is not provided with a well-established strategy for public relation(PR). 4) the most important information source about SNUT is the guide-magazine for entrance of the university. The second is the acquaintances in the neighbourhood. the third is the brochure about SUNT. 5) For the development of SUNT, teachers think that SUNT have to educate it's student excellently. For that, student must learn, teachers think SUNT has the possibility of development, because it cooperate with many enterprises and clear goal for the future. 6) Teachers said they seldom contact advertising or brochure about SNUT Some people have seen advertising of brochure about SNUT through the guide-magazine for entrance of the university, not through TV, radio or newspaper, So it is recommended that the advertising of pr about SNUT be through that magazine Conclusively, it is suggested that SNUT develop integrated identity in order to improve its image. To achieve that, it is required as follows: establishment of adequate positioning strategies among competition atmosphere, specialization of survey & planning function of the university, improving the organization and management system of the university, and establishment of the basic strategies to improve the level of the image.

Use of a rapid thermal annealing(RTA) technique is shown to improve the properties of metal-ferroelectric BaMgF_(4)-silicon structures The fluoride film was deposited in an ultra-high vacuum system at a substrate temperature of 300℃. A post-deposition annealing was conducted for 10 seconds at 600℃ in a vacuum of 0.1 Torr, using a home-made RTA apparatus. The results were found out to increase the resistivity of the ferroelectric BaMgF_(4) film from a typical value of 1-2×10^(11) Ω · cm before the annealing to about 5×10^(13) Ω · cm and reduce the interface state density of the BaMgF_(4)/Si interface to about 8×10^(10) /cm^(2) ·eV. Ferroelectric hysteresis measurements using a Sawyer-Tower circuit yielded remanent polarization and coercive field values of about 0.5 μC/cm^(2) and 80㎸/cm, respectively. The typical remanent polarization of the BaMgF_(4) films on the (100) amd (111) orientated silicon wafers were 0.5-0.6 μC/cm^(2) and that of the films on the (110) wafers was 1.2 μC/cm^(2).
