This study discusses the developement of hydraulic rotary actuator design technology for industrial machinery and earthmoving equipment. The lubrication and wear analysis of sliding components of the machinery are very important parameters to strength the design technique. The analysis and wear test are performed for the selected materials of the above mentioned coupled sliding members. The can be used to select the better combinations of sliding components.

투포원 연사기용 스핀들 유니트의 동특성 해석에 관한 연구

Two-for-one twister is a kind of textile machine and makes special fancy yarn which is twisted two times per one revolution in order to increase tensile strength and wear resis-tance of yarn. Spindle mechanism has to be stable and continuous motion in high speed revolution, and then optimal design is necessary to analyze dynamic characteristics of spindle unit. Spindle unit is consist of blade and rotary disc that are cylindrical body of revolution. For analysis of the dynamic characteristics of spindle unit, transfer matrix method is used and a numerical code SPINDLE also. Torsion and natural bending frequency of the spindle unit are examined. Its displacement mode is studied in function of variable revolutions. 투포원 연사기는 스핀들 1회전에 2회의 꼬임을 부가하여 실의 신축성과 인장강도 및 내마모성을 증가시키며, 특수한 목적의 의장사를 만드는 섬유기계이다. 스핀들 유니트는 고속 회전중에 안정화된 운동이 지속되도록 구조설계가 요구되는 핵심장치로서 스핀들 유니트의 동특성 해석은 고속 스핀들 유니트설계의 최적화를 도모할 수 있을 것이다. 스핀들 유니트는 블레이드와 로타리 디스크로 구성되어 있으며, 스핀들 축에 대하여 회전체 형상을 유지 하고 있다. 동특성 해석을 수행하기 위하여 전달 매트릭스 해석법을 정의하고 해석용 프로그램인 SPINDLE을 이용하여 비틀림과 굽힘 고유진동수를 해석하였으며, 운전회전수에서 변위모우드를 분석하였다.

LLEO 저궤도 위성의 DCAAS 시스템 하에서의 지상 VHF 음성 서비스 신뢰성 실험

Little LEO 위성시스템 주파수 대역은 기존 Terrestrial 무선시스템의 VHF 주파수와 공유하므로 이로 인한 상호간섭과 서비스 훼손을 우려 하여왔다 따라서 각 통신 주관청은 자국의 기존 국내 가입자를 보호 하기 위하여 신규 GMPCS 사업허가 조건으로 적절한 간섭 방지 기법인 LLEO 저궤도 위성의 DCAAS 시스템 하에서의 시현을 요구 하였다. 본 논문에서는 한국에서 Orbcomm 의 MES(Mobile Earth Station)와 기존의 MS( Mobile Station)와의 상호 서비스 손상 여부를 실사 하였다 DCAAS 운용과 주파수 옵셋 또는 단말기 상호 이격 거리에 따른 메시지 음소 훼손을 측정 한 결과를 보이고 있다 In most countries, The Administrations have been concerned with mutual interference or disruption between existing terrestrial VHF users and Little LEO satellite VHF network system due to up-links of 148-150.05 MHz frequency band sharing. Korea also requested a certain demonstration of Orbcomm's Interference avoidance methodology as the terms desired of GMPCS' service license. This paper shows how to avoid interference to terrestrial system user (MS) using DCAAS (Dynamic Channel Activity Assignment System) operation, and measuring results of voice message phoneme disruption monitoring with push-to-talk mobile receivers in various distance, and frequency off-sets between MES (Mobile Earth Station) and MS(push-to-talk receiver)

竹竿子作爲宋代宮中樂舞中的儀物, 演出時不可缺少. 因爲它有指揮按排和引導舞隊的功能. 而且在演出的時候, 它具有念誦致語和发令口號的功能. 竹竿子有什么文化背景呢? 竹竿子誕生在竹崇拜和竹圖騰的文化背景下. 竹竿子雖然在宋代出現的. 但是它有自身的來源. 它的最初的來源是旌旗. 然後旌旗發展成引舞器. 引舞器是引導舞蹈的旌旗. 它很像宋代的竹竿子. 我們可以說, 竹竿子的直接來源是引舞器. 其中重要的引舞器是旄和帗. 竹竿子的形狀有兩種. 一個是拂子形. 一個是非拂子形. 拂子形的竹竿子是宋代竹竿子的典型. 非拂子形的竹竿子里, 有笏形竹竿子和傘形竹竿子等. 其中傘形竹竿子和祭祀儀式有關. 它表明着竹竿子自身有巫儺的意義. 竹竿子的功能和意義不可小看的. 竹竿子在樂舞演出的時候具有指揮按排和引導舞隊的功能. 可是這是表面上的功能. 從另一种角度看, 竹竿子具有更根本性的意義. 那就是巫儺性的意義. 竹竿子給我們表明, 中國戱劇的起源和形成輿祭祀意識有關.

공공부문 내부통제 시스템 개선연구: 공금 횡령 사건을 중심으로

This research considers more effectively ways to establish the internal control system, by considering the recent embezzlement cases of public funds that occurred between N Corporation, C-si and N-si, and also by diagnosing the causes of failure internal control. First, in the case of the N Corporation, research showed that even with numerous employees involved in corrupt activities (such as in the embezzlement of day laborer wages) for extended periods of time. In other words, there were no clear standards for labor recruitment and management in place, in addition to a lack of a laborer wage disbursement system. Specifically, the public funds audit division, a part of the department of internal control, failed to see if similar cases existed after a wage-related civil claim was registered. This revealed that modes to prevent such cases from reoccurring were not in place. Secondly, the cause of C-si and N-si’s public fund embezzlement cases can be seen as being due to the lack of detection control. Even though a person was placed in charge of both managing encumbrances and the tasks of expenditure, a supervisor should have conducted a fundamental inspection of the Purchase Expenditure Report, Payment Command Report, and Payment Account for Balance, but research showed that the supervisor had failed to do so. it was discovered that the audit functions of the audit institutions regarding the handling of accounting tasks were not carried out properly, resulting in it being another cause in the embezzlement of the public funds. The aforementioned three organizations need to strive to strengthen long-term integrity training and in creating an ethical environment for the personnel and persons in charge. 본 연구는 최근에 발생된 N공사와 C시 및 N시 공금 횡령사건을 사례로 내부통제 실패원인을 진단하고 효과적인 내부통제시스템 구축방안을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, N공사의 경우 일용직 인건비 횡령 등 부정행위가 많은 직원들에 의해 오랜 기간 지속되어 왔음에도 일용직 채용 및 관리기준이 명확하게 정립되어 있지 않았고 일용직 인건비 지급 시스템이 제대로 구비되어 있지 않았으며 특히 내부통제 부서 중 하나인 공사 감사실은 인건비 허위 청구관련 민원을 접수 후 추가로 동일사례가 있는지에 대해 살펴보지 않는 등 재발 방지를 위한 조치를 하지 않았음이 확인되었다. 둘째, C시 및 N시의 공금 횡령사건도 담당자 한 사람에게 지출원인행위와 지출업무를 겸직토록 하고서도 상급자가 지출부, 지출원인행위부와 지급명령 발행부, 세출금 통장의 잔고 등을 상호 대사하는 등 기본적인 회계점검업무를 실시하지 않았다. 또한 회계처리업무에 대한 감사기구의 감사기능이 제대로 이루어지지 않은 것도 공금횡령 사건 발생의 주된 원인 중 하나로 파악되었다. 한편 위 기관 공통적으로 관리자 및 직원을 대상으로 주기적인 청렴 교육 강화 및 윤리 문화 조성에 노력할 필요가 있다.
