청소년의 단체활동 효과 연구

This study compared youth with group participation and non-participation youth to examine the effectiveness of youth group activities. The Korea Youth Policy Institute’s ‘2016 Youth Activity Participation Survey’ data was used, and the research questions differed in terms of self-esteem, career maturity, subjective happiness, community consciousness, and leadership life skills among youth participating in group activities and non-participating youth. Is there a difference in the mediating effect of community consciousness in the relationship between economic level and subjective happiness between youth participating in group activities and non-participating youth? SPSS 21.0 is used to compare the participating adolescents and non-participating adolescents from 4 years in elementary school to 2 years in middle school. However, the group participating in youth group activities showed a relatively high level of self-esteem, career maturity, subjective happiness, community consciousness, and leadership life skills compared to the non-participating group. Two, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of community consciousness in the relationship between youth’s economic level and subjective happiness, it was found that community consciousness was partially mediated in both the participating and non-participating groups. And, the mediation effect was relatively greater in the group participating in youth group activities. 본 연구는 청소년단체 활동의 효과성을 살펴보기 위하여 단체활동 청소년과 비참여 청소년을 비교하였다. 한국청소년정책연구원의 ‘2016년 청소년활동 참여 실태조사’ 데이터를 사용하였고, 연구문제는 단체활동 참여 청소년과 비참여 청소년이 자아존중감, 진로성숙도, 주관적 행복감, 공동체의식, 리더십 생활기술 면에서 차이가 있는가, 단체활동 참여청소년과 비참여 청소년은 경제수준과 주관적 행복의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과 면의 차이가 있는가이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년단체활동 참여 집단이 비참여 집단에 비해 자아존중감, 진로성숙도, 주관적 행복감, 공동체의식, 리더십생활기술 모두에서 상대적으로 높은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 청소년의 경제수준과 주관적 행복의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 참여집단과 비참여집단에서 모두 공동체의식이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났고, 매개효과는 청소년단체활동 참여집단에서 상대적으로 더 크게 나타났다.

천연 색소 고정화 기술을 활용한 오미자와 자소엽 추출물 함유 음료의 항산화 활성 연구

Objectives: This study focused on Schisandrae Fructus (SF) and Perilae Folium (PF), traditional medicine herbs and health functional food in Korea, Japan and China. We investigated various pharmacological activities that include a potential source of free radical scavenging, anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory activities. Methods: We conducted an investigation of total contents of phenolic and flavonoid compounds in these single herbal extraction with/without combined to mixture. We also measured antioxidant activities such as DPPH free radical scavenging, SOD-like scavenging, nitrite scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, xanthine oxidase inhibition, linoleic acid peroxidation inhibition, and reducing power. Results: As the results, contents of total phenoilc compounds and flavonoids were higher in those of PF than those of SF. Those of SF+PF mixture showed the synergy effects compared with those of SF and PF single extractions. Activities of DPPH free radical and SOD-like scavenging in 1 mg/mL concentration increased in dose dependent manners. That of SF increased compared with that of PF. That of SF and PF mixture also increased compared with that of BHA as a positive control. The other antioxident activities also showed similar to patten of activity of DPPH free radical scavenging. When combined to SF and PF extractions, there was showed synergic effect compared with those of BHA, excepted activities of xanthine oxidase inhibition and reducing power. Taken together, SF and PF have high phenolic and flavonoid compounds content furthermore, antioxidant activities in SF and PF mixture showed more synergy effect compared with those of BHA. Conclusions: Therefore, these findings suggest that SF and PF mixture may offer functional materials potential for development of functional beverage. But further studies are needed for the identification of the active compounds.

농협 농산물 종합유통센터의 조직유형별 지배구조와 직원의식에 관한 연구

The socio-economic environments of farm market surrounding cooperatives have been rapidly changing. Agricultural marketing channels have been streamlined and unnecessary marketing costs cut. The Agricultural Composite Marketing Centers(ACMC) improving the existing distribution are new systems for business efficiency and performance. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to find governance of Agricultural Composite Marketing Centers what are desirable structure and whether they correspond with the their purpose or not. Results of the survey of the staff attitude in Agricultural Composite Marketing Centers are as follows ; Firstly, the staff member of multi-division revealed that greater degree of satisfaction than the subsidiary of ACMC. Secondly, multi division structure is more business efficiency than that the subsidiary structure. Thirdly, the staff member of multi division structure is more prefer member’s profit than cooperative compare to the subsidiary structure.

외국의 주요 협동조합연구소 현황

협동조합연구소는 각 나라마다 자국의 이해에 따라 설립되고 운영되어 왔다. 일본의 농림중금총합연구소는 현실적 사안에 대한 조사 및 의견제시를 중시하고 영국의 Plunkett재단은 국내 농촌사회 문제에 대한 해법에, 독일의 ICDC는 개도국 협동조합의 법률적·경제적 문제를 주로 연구하고 있다. 또 미국, 캐나다의 협동조합연구센터는 산학협력프로그램에 의한 교육·지도에 주안점을 두고 있다. 이런 협동조합연구소의 운영은 협동조합과 관련단체의 관심과 지원에 큰 영향을 받고 있다. 이러한 사실은 영국의 Plunkett재단이나 독일의 ICDC가 정부나 대학의 지원 이 축소되면서 크게 위축되었던 사실을 통하여 확인할 수 있다. 최근의 협동조합연구소는 산학협력 체계가 확립되어야 제 역할을 수행할 수 있고 존속의 체제를 갖는다. 이는 협동조합 뿐 아니라 제 학문의 세계적인 추세라 할 수 있다. 사회변화에 따른 대안을 제시할 수 있는 연구소의 역할이 중요하다 하겠다. 그리고 시회적·경제적 약자의 집합체인 협동조합의 올바른 방향정립을 위해서는 협동조합연구소에 대한 계속적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다 하겠다.

청소년의 체험활동과 공동체의식 및 학교적응의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 체험활동과 공동체의식 및 학교적응의 인과관계를 분석하기 위함이다. 분석을 위해 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 자료에 기반을 두고, 중학교 1학년 패널 1차 년도(2010년)부터 4차년도(2013년) 자료를 사용하였으며, 분석대상은 총 2,351명이다. 종단연구 자료의 변수들 간 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 자기회귀교차지연모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체험활동과 공동체의식은 상호 영향관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 청소년의 체험활동시간이 공동체의식에 정적 영향을 미치고 공동체의식도 체험활동시간에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체험활동과 학교적응 간 인과관계는 모형적합도 수준이 낮아 이 관계를 도출하지 못했다. 셋째, 학교적응은 공동체의식에 정적 영향을 미치지만 공동체의식은 학교적응에 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 청소년의 공동체의식과 학교적응을 위한 방안으로 체험활동의 질적 향상을 제언하였고, 코로나19로 인해 발생된 시대변화에 맞춰 체험활동도 새로운 방법을 모색할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between adolescents’ experience activities and community consciousness, school adaptation. For analysis, based on the data of the Korean children and youth panel survey (KCYPS), data from the 1st year (2010) to the 4th year (2013) were used for the 1st grade junior high school panel, and a total of 2,351 people were analyzed. The autoregressive cross-lagged model was used to analyze the causal relationship between variables in the longitudinal study data. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that experiential activities and community consciousness had mutual influence. In other words, the youth’s experiential activity time had a positive effect on the community consciousness, and the community consciousness had a positive effect on the experiential activity time. Second, the causal relationship between experiential activities and school adaptation was not able ton derive this relationship due to the low level of model fit. Third, adaptation to school has a positive effect on community consciousness, but community consciousness has a negative effect on school adaptation. Based on this, it was suggested to improve the quality of experience activities as a plan for adolescents’community consciousness and adaptation to school. And it was said that it was necessary to find a new method for experiential activities in accordance with the changes of the times caused by Corona 19.
