      • 사고 훈련에 의한 우수 집단의 논리적 사고력 및 프로세스 스킬의 발달에 관한 연구

        이 연구에서는 우수한 집단의 학생들의 논리적 사고력과 프로세스 스킬을 조사하여 그 특성을 밝히고, 교육에 의하여 어떻게 발달되는가를 밝히는데 있다. 논리적 사고력은 GALT(Group Assessment of Logical Thinking) 검사지를, 프로세스 스킬은 TIPS Ⅱ(Integrated Science Process Skills Test) 검사지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 이 조사는 1989년 12월부터 1990년 1월에 걸쳐서 실시되었으며, 조사대상은 한국 영재아 교육협회에서 실시하는 프로그램에 참가하는 취학전 이동에서부터 중학교 1학년까지 167명이었다. 이들의 논리적 사고력은 4학년 학생이 중학교 1학년 수준에 달하였고, 프로세스 스킬은 3학년이면 중학교 1학년과 같은 수준으로 이 두 가지 능력에서 모두 뛰어났다. 또 이들 중에는 2학년에서부터 형식적 조작기에 도달한 학생이 나타나기 시작하여, 개인의 능력에 따라서 발달단계에 현저한 차이를 보였다. 이 프로그램에 참가자를 1년까지(그룹 A)와 그 이상 (그룹 B)으로 나누어서 조사한 결과, 논리적 사고력과 프로세스 스킬에서 모두 그룹 B 학생들의 득점이 높아, 이 프로그램에 참가기간이 긴 학생들의 득점이 높았다. 그룹 B의 학생들의 논리적 사고력에서는 비례논리, 변수제어 및 조합논리가, 프로세스 스킬에서는 가설설정, 변인통제의 능력이 많이 신장되었다. 형식적 조작기에 도달한 학생은 그룹 B의 학생이 많아 이러한 프로그램을 통하여 논리적 사고력이 향상되고, 앞으로 이와 같이 논리적 사고력을 향상시키는 프로그램에 관한 많은 연구가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of logical thinking and process skills of gifted children and to examine the effects of the program for gifted children which was conducted by KNAGC(Korean National Association for the Gifted Children). The subjects of this study were 167 children from kindergarten to grade 7 who were participants of the KNAGC program. They were identified as concrete, transitional or formal operational stage using GALT(Group Assessment of Logical Thinking). Their process skills were investigated with the use of TIPS Ⅱ(Integrated Science Process Skills Test). This study indicated that 4th grade children's GALT score is equal to the that of 7th grade students and 3th grade children's TIPS Ⅱ score is equal to that of 7th grade students in Korea. Some of them were in the formal operational stage from the 2nd grade. They were classified into two groups according to the length or time they participated in the KNAGC program. Group A was those who participated less than one year; group B was those who participated one year or longer. The result showed a statistically significant difference between group A and B in both tests. This result indicated that the children's proficiency of logical thinking is positively related to the length of education, this showing the relative advantage for the educated children to reach the formal operational stage through the transition stage from the concrete operational stage. The gifted children of preschool and low grades can reach the formal operational stage within a relatively short period through early training of logical thinking. Group B showed more advanced process skills than group A. This finding also signifies the efficacy of the length of education, which is vital for improving their ability of process skills. The program was effective in improving proportion, control of variables, combination in logical thinking and identifying and stating hypothesis and indentyfying variables in science process skills.

        퇴비 및 비료 장기연용(長期連用)이 토양내 효소활성에 미치는 영향

        This study was aimed to find out the influence of long-term fertilization for 21 years on soil enzyme activities in the silty clay loam textured normal paddy soil. Total urease activity (TUA) and the microbial urease activity (MUA) were shown to be changed significantly, but the accumulated urease activity (AUA) was similar within trial plots. Especially the MUA of the plots annually applied N.P.K. fertilizers with compost and N.P.K. fertilizers with silicate fertilizer were the highest among plots. The total L-glutaminase activity (TGA) and the accumulated L-glutaminase activity(AGA) were changed significantly among trial plots, but the microbial L-glutaminase activity (MGA) was not. By the simple correlation analysis, it was shown that the TGA and the AGA correlated highly significant to available phosphorus available SiO₂content and pH. Addition of the toluene to the incubation mixture did not markedly affect the activity of phosphatase, but the difference of phosphatase activity among plots was significant. By the simple correlation analysis, it was shown that the phosphatase activity ; correlated highly significant to pH, available SiO₂, available phosphorus and exchangeable calcium in soils.

        일제강점기 중등학생 중퇴양상을 통해 본 민족차이와 민족차별: 강경상업학교(江商) 학적부 분석을 토대로

        This research aimed to clarify how ethnic discrimination in the Korean-Japanese co-ed secondary commercial schools during the Japanese colonial period was routinely forced. First of all, I macroscopically confirmed the dropout trend of the whole secondary school by utilizing nationwide statistical data. Secondly, I carried out a micro-case analysis through various kinds of materials that have not been utilized so far, such school register. Thirdly, I distinguished ethnic differences and ethnic discrimination, and clarified the mechanism of ethnic discrimination more clearly. The key results of this study are as follows: Secondary commercial schools in the Japanese colonial period were Korean-Japanese co-ed schools where legal and institutional discrimination hardly took place. However, they were spaces where various non-legal and non-institutional ethnic discrimination was enforced or raised. As a result, Korean students had been influenced by factual ethnic discrimination prescribed by the structure of political and economic inequality in the colonial society. And it was impossible for Korean students to avoid customary ethnic discrimination by school authorities and Japanese teachers on a daily basis. In this respect, the issue of ethnic discrimination in the Japanese colonial era was not only legal and institutional discrimination but also factual and customary ethnic discrimination. And it was a matter of the structure of the political and economic inequality of the colonial society which is the root cause of making factual and customary ethnic discrimination on a daily basis as well as legal and institutional ethnic discrimination.

        수질오염 판정을 위한 기법 개발 (1) 부착조류 군체화에 미치는 기질특이성 연구

        To elucidate the specificity of algal immigration with habitual characteristics, physicochemical factors and relative immigration activities of species were examined at four sites in the two branchs; Kosan and Soyang streams of the Mankyeong River system during autumn in 1995. The content of ash-free dry matter (AFDM) and chlorophyll-a(chl.a) were highly dependent with current, and were more high in control group than those of any other group. In artificial substrate groups, they were decreased following surface-coarsity of substrates(CT>SG>CT). One hundred seven taxa were classified, and bacillariophyceae and chlorophyceae in number of species were 82 percentage. In algal biomass, bacillariophyceae were totally 87%, Achnanthes minutissima, Cocconeis placentula, Cyclotella meneghiniana, Melosira varians, Navicula cryptocephala, Nitzschia palea, Gomphonema parvulum, Synedra ulna and Fragilaria construens were dominated. Others, Cosmarium furcatospermum, Ankistrodesmus falcatus and Golenkinia radiata in chlorophyceae and Oscillatoria terebriformis in cyanophyceae were also occurred. In the relative immigration activities(RIAs), G. parvulum was high as 10.3%, closed to 7.0% in two Monoraphid and one Gentries such as A. minutissima, C. placentula and Cyclotella meneghiniana, and below 1.6%, Synedra ulna and Fragilaria construens in Araphids. In general, RIAs of control groups were similar with those of AFDM and chl. a. And the values of RIAs in experimental groups were increased with ascending of surfacecoarsity of substrate (CT>SG>ST). On the other hand, some of them were independent with substrates. Durng incubations, periphytic algal succession were not evident, but abundant diatom were maintained. However, later there were some immigrations in non-diatomic algae such as Cosmarium furcatospermum, Scenedesmus quadricauda and Merismopedia glauca. Therefore, although there were some problems that overestimated or evaluated the relative saprobity to different water system using only current velocity and surface-coarsity of substrate, we conclude that the relative immigration activities of species were to play a role as a indications in comparing of different water system.
