2009 개정 교육과정은 다양한 문화와 가치를 이해하는 교육을 위해 자신을 둘러싼 세계의 경험을 강조하고 있는데, 이것은 학교 교육에서부터 전통 예술을 위한 교육이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 학교 현장에서 실현가능한 전통 예술 교육 방법으로 창의적 체험활동을 활용한 프로그램을 설계해 보았다. 창의적 체험활동의 성격을 바탕으로 3개의 주제를 선정하였는데, 전통 예술 교육은 ‘창의성 함양 교육’, ‘체험활동을 통한 자아실현’, ‘공동체 놀이를 통한 전인 교육’이 되어야 하며, 이를 실현하기 위해 창의적 체험활동의 각 영역이 연계되어 운영될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이것이 중학교의 1학년 학생들이 지역의 살아있는 교육자원을 활용하여 전통 예술을 직접 체험하고 경험하면서 실천하는 방법이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램을 학교 현장에서 모두 실현하는 데는 어려움이 있으리라 생각한다. 그러나 이 프로그램의 설계를 바탕으로 각 지역의 인적 자원과 물적 자원을 활용하여 학교의 특색을 살린다면 보다 바람직한 전통 예술 교육이 될 것이다. 이와 같은 측면에서 전통 예술 교육이 학교에서의 모든 교과 교육과 연계한 창의적 체험활동을 설계할 수 있는 후속 연구가 개발될 것을 기대한다. In order to educate students to understand various cultures and its values, 2009 Revised National Curriculum emphasizes experiences with the world surrounding students. It suggests that education for the traditional art education for students should be provided from school. On this study, Traditional Art Education Program has designed and it can be realized in school education by utilizing Creative Activities Class. Based on characters of Creative Activities Classes, 3 subjects are decided. Traditional Art Education should achieve; 'Fostering creativity education', 'Self-realization through Activities', 'Whole Person Education through community play'. In order to achieve it, the program was designed to be operated in linkage with each area. The program helps students, especially for first grade students in middle schools, to experience and practice traditional art through living educational resources from their local community. There can be uncertain difficulties to realize every details of the program in schools. However, It will be the preferred traditional art education, by making full use of local human resources and material resources and by taking advantages of each school's characteristics. On this aspects, I look forward to next studies which can design education programs for Creative Activities Class connecting Traditional Art Education with all the subjects in schools.

Background: Aberrant DNA hypermethylation plays a pivotal role in carcinogenesis and disease progression; therefore, accurate measurement of differential gene methylation patterns among many genes is likely to reveal biomarkers for improved risk assessment. We evaluated the gene hypermethylation profiles of primary breast tumors and their corresponding normal tissues and investigated the association between major clinicopathological features and gene hypermethylation. Methods: A single reaction using methylation-specific multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification was used to analyze the DNA methylation status of 24 tumor suppressor genes in 60 cancerous tissues and their corresponding normal tissues from patients with primary breast cancer. Results: In cancerous breast tissues, 21 of 24 genes displayed promoter methylation in one or more samples. The most frequently methylated genes included RASSF1 (43.3%), APC (31.7%), CDKN2B (25.0%), CDH13 (23.3%), GSTP1 (16.7%), and BRCA1 (10%). APC was associated with lymph node metastasis, and BRCA1 was associated with negative estrogen receptor and negative progesterone receptor expression. In normal breast tissues, 8 of 24 tumor suppressor genes displayed promoter hypermethylation; CDKN2B (28.3%) and RASSF1 (8.3%) hypermethylation were most frequently observed. Conclusions: RASSF1 and CDKN2B hypermethylation in Korean breast cancer patients were the most frequent in cancerous tissue and corresponding normal tissue, respectively. Our data indicates that methylation of specific genes is a frequent event in morphologically normal breast tissues adjacent to breast tumors as well as the corresponding breast cancers. This study also suggests that gene methylation is linked to various pathological features of breast cancer; however, this requires confirmation in a larger study.

多京은 경관과 물리적 시설 차원에서, 함께 계수관에 포함되는 牧・都護府보다는 상위의 위상을 지녔다. 동렬 계수관과 마찬가지로 다경에서도 직할읍치의 과밀과 집약도가 높은데다, 2・3단계의 계층화된 지방행정단계를 이용하면서 중앙의 통제를 벗어나지 않게 운영되었다. 다경을 포함한 계수관 공통의 관아 공식의례는 외관청사의 객사나 官衙政廳에서 치러진 望闕禮・군대사열, 읍치소 5리 안팎에서 행례된 司寒祭・馬步・馬祖 같은 잡사 항목의 제례, 읍외곽 道界에서 안으로 진입해 들어오는 사신영접례・榮親儀가 있다. 국가차원에서 표준화시킨 이들 관아 공식 의례는 상주하는 외관의 일반적 업무로 부터 기인한다. 관념상 明堂의 터로서 설정된 서경・동경・남경의 多京은 수도 개경의 기능을 분산 안배하고 천하질서 확장을 모색한 차원에서 경영되었다. 중기 즈음 국왕이 친행하는 明堂儀나 사냥(田獵)은 국초 다경에서 탈락된 동경을 제외한, 서해도・경기 남부의 서경・남경 권역에만 거행된다.

플립 러닝(Flipped learning)이 전문대학교 물리치료과 학생들의 자기주도 학습과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

Purpose : This study aims to verify the effects of flipped learning on self-directed learning and class satisfaction in a class of college physical therapy students. Method : The subjects were 97 students in College A who had registered for musculoskeletal examination and assessment and practice at the second semester of 2017. The collected data were processed using a computerized statistical program SPSS Win version 21.0. Mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were calculated. Result : The results showed significant differences in goal setting, identify resources for learning, effort attributed to results, self-reflection of self-directed learning and problem solving excellence, class methods and contents attention and understanding(t=-3.884, p=.000), class interest(t=-2.691, p=.008) of class satisfaction. Conclusion : These results suggest that flipped learning improves learning motivation and attitudes. Therefore, follow-up study is necessary to investigate further the application of flipped learning in various students and teaching methods.
