        중심축 반응 훈련이 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아의 어휘 확장과 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        Children with autism spectrum disorder have a qualitative defect in social communication and interaction. Lack of language skills and hardships in interaction make it difficult for them to form relationships with others and to play with their peers. With recent increase in prevalence of autism spectrum disorder, early intervention in children is more required. Especially for intervention to be more prevalent and for the effect to be maintained, using mediums that are easy for children to approach and interacting with them in comfortable environment are important. In this study, the researcher personally intervened with children using a toy they are familiar with through Pivotal Response Training (PRT), and examined if it helped increase the number of vocabularies the children use and interact with others. The experiment was conducted with three children with an autism spectrum disorder as the subjects in the order of baseline, intervention, maintenance, and prevalence applying the multiple-probe-across-subject design. Intervention was carried out going through the baseline among the children, and changes in vocabulary and in interaction were examined. In order to see if the children would behave the same way in different environments, the subjects were observed in three sessions in the nurseries they were attending. The result of the research showed how children used more vocabularies and interacted more with others. They also behaved the same way even after the intervention, and even the environment was changed, they had become more comfortable with behaving the way they were trained. In other words, the results show that PRT is effective for expanding range of vocabularies and for interacting children with an autism spectrum disorder and also for maintaining the change and generalizing. 본 연구는 사회적 의사소통과 상호작용의 결함을 가지고 있는 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아의 조기중재를 위해 놀잇감을 사용한 중심축 반응 훈련을 실시하여, 어휘 확장과 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아 3명을 연구대상으로 대상자간중다간헐기초선 설계를 통해 5개월간 주당 평균 3회기를 기초선, 중재, 유지, 일반화 순으로 실험을 실시하였고, 중재 후 유아의 어휘 확장과 상호작용의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그리고 환경이 바뀐 상황에서도 중심축 반응 훈련의 효과가 지속되어 유아의 행동이 유지되고 일반화되었는지를 알아보기 위해 대상유아가 다니는 어린이집에서 3회기 관찰하였다. 연구 결과를 보면 첫째, 중심축 반응 훈련을 통해 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아의 어휘가 확장되어 나타났다. 둘째, 중심축 반응 훈련을 통해 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아의 상호작용 행동이 증가하여 나타났다. 또한 중재 후에 환경이 바뀐 상황에서도 일반화가 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자연스러운 환경 내에서 자폐스펙트럼장애 유아에게 접근하기 쉬운 중재물을 활용한 중심축 반응 훈련은자폐스펙트럼장애 유아의 언어적 문제 및 상호작용 행동의 어려움을 조기중재 할 수 있는 긍정적인 방법일 뿐만 아니라, 일반화에도 효과적이라고 할 수 있다.

        Status and Literature Review of Self-Expandable Metallic Stents for Malignant Colorectal Obstruction

        Use of colorectal stents has increased dramatically over the last decades. Colorectal stents offer an alternative way to relieve fatal intestinal obstruction and can take place of emergency surgery, which associated with significant morbidity and mortality and a high incidence of stoma creation, to elective resection. Although there remain a few concerns regarding the use of stents as a bridge to surgical resection, use of self-expandable metallic stents for palliation in patients with unresectable disease has come to be generally accepted. Advantages of colorectal stents include acute restoration of luminal patency and allowance of time for proper staging and surgical optimization, and the well-known disadvantages are procedure-related complications including perforation, migration, and stent failure. General indications, procedures, and clinical outcomes as well as recent evidences regarding the use of colorectal stents will be discussed in this review.

        조선시대 고지도 간행에 대한 試論 : 상업판매와 수요층을 중심으로

        This study is a controversial study on the commercial publication of ancient maps of the Joseon Dynasty. In this paper, based on prior research, the possibility of old maps as commercial publications was discussed. The following results were obtained through the research. First of all, we discussed the representative map made as a woodblock print and Kim Jong-ho's Daedongyeojido. In the case of commercial publishing, it must be produced not only for suppliers but also for consumers, so in this paper, we proposed in various cases what kind of demand groups were produced for each map. In the case of Daedongyeojido, the author's conclusion is that although there is no objection that it is for sale, it is highly likely that it was a small order production system. Based on the records given to Kyujanggak by King Gojong, it was also judged that it was aimed at the demand group centered on high-ranking officials. The issue of production volume and cost is a problem that needs to be clarified and solved more clearly in the issue of initial production cost. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze various fields in the future, focusing on research on publishing processes such as commercial publishing and Joseon Dynasty literature collection. By expanding the research on how to view old maps in terms of "the cultural history of books in the Joseon Period," we can understand the location of old maps in Korean ancient literature more clearly. It is also considered to be useful for macro-understanding of ancient maps in terms of intellectual history and socio-cultural history of the Joseon Dynasty.

        한국에서의 학습장애 진단 및 판별의 쟁점과 개선 방향

        This study aims to look at issues regarding diagnosis and identification of learning disabilities in South Korea and discuss how to improve the problems. The examined issues include the limits of positivist approach that affect the assessment of learning disabilities, definition of learning disabilities, limitation of classification and operationalization, limitation of approach to assessment approach, lack of cooperative approach between general education and special education, and determination for higher grades in elementary school and secondary school students among other related problems. As for improvement, the study proposes that medical model and excessive positivist perspectives be avoided and suitable agreement be brought about; new terms established for disabilities, special education, and learning disabilities; clarification of the definition of learning disabilities; operationalization and integration with curriculum; and combination of discrepancy and response to intervention. In conclusion, the author proposes that the definition of learning disabilities and diagnosis criteria must be decided and agreed by members of the society, based on scientific research and data as well as economic, political, educational, legal, and cultural aspects, with the information and knowledge obtained so far. 본 논문에서는 현재 우리가 안고 있는 학습장애 진단과 판별의 쟁점 분야를 살펴보고 그에 따른 개선 방향을 논의하였다. 쟁점 분야로는 학습장애 진단평가에 영향을 미치는 실증주의적 접근의 한계, 학습장애의 개념적 정의, 분류 및 조작화의 제한성, 진단평가 접근법의 한계, 일반교육과 특수교육의 협력적 접근 노력 부족, 초등 고학년 및 중등학생의 판별과 기타 관련 문제들을 살펴보았다. 개선방향으로는 의학적 모델과 지나친 실증주의적 관점을 탈피하고 절충적 합의를 도출할 것과 장애, 특수교육 및 학습장애의 새로운 용어 모색, 학습장애 개념의 명료화, 조작화 및 교육과정과의 접목, 불일치법과 중재반응법의 병용 등을 제안하였다. 결론적으로 학습장애의 개념 규정과 판별을 위한 판단 준거는 실재에 관한 과학적 연구에 의한 자료를 근거로 사회의 경제적, 정치적, 교육적, 법적, 문화적 측면을 고려하여 사회 구성원들에 의해 합의될 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.
