제대군인 취업지원 프로그램 개발

본 연구의 목적은 군에서 중·장기 복무를 마치고 사회에서 취업하고자 하는 전역(예정) 군인들이 원활한 전직을 할 수 있도록 돕는 취업지원 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 다음과 같은 과정으로 연구를 수행하였다. (1) 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 개발 모형을 설계하였다. (2) 현행 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 내용 및 요구를 분석하고 문제점을 도출하였다. (3) 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램의 구조를 전직준비 동기부여 단계와 일자리탐색 및 전직계획 단계로 설계하고 그에 따라 프로그램 내용을 구안하였다. (4) 구안한 프로그램은 진행자용 매뉴얼과 학습자용 워크북, 교육용 프리젠테이션 자료로 구현하였다. (5) 개발된 제대군인 취업지원 프로그램을 제대군인을 대상으로 시범교육을 실시하고, 평가결과를 반영 및 수정하여 최종안을 확정하였다. Discharged soldiers could face difficulties in changing their jobs because they have served in the military organization, which is different from nonmilitary organizations, for a long time. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to develop an employment support program for discharged soldiers (including soldiers who are expected to be discharged). The study was conducted as follows: 1) A model of program development was designed; 2) By analyzing current employment support programs for discharged soldiers and educational needs by discharged soldiers, problems and implications were extracted; 3) Three stage program (motivation-exploration- planning) was designed; 4) Three types of materials were developed (lecturer's manual, learner's workbook, presentation materials); and 5) Based on the field-test of the developed program, final version of the program was developed. In order to develop a systematic program in which diverse demands of discharged soldiers are reflected, various research methods such as literature review, consultation with experts, field-test, etc. were applied.

예술 감각 측정도구 개발 연구

인간의 바른 생각은 올바른 예술 세계를 추구할 것이다. 바르게 생각한다는 것은 지혜롭게 아는 것, 바른 행동, 건강한 육체의 조화로움에서 비롯될 수 있다. 자아 정체성에 대한 바른 이해와 예술 세계의 감각을 지혜롭게 그리고 비교적 정확하게 알고 있어야 어떻게 생각하고 행동하는지를 예측할 수 있으며, 예술 작품의 건강한 방향을 가늠할 수 있을 것이다. 예술 감각을 이해한다는 것은 나를 보다 세부적으로 알 수 있게 되는 것이다. 예술 세계의 긍정적 변화에 있어서 실러(1982:74)는 “인간의 예술본능은 인간의 궁극적인 두 가지 개념인 인격과 감각적 상태에 도달하게 한다.”고 하였다. 인간의 본질적 요소는 바로 인격적인 부분과 예술 감각적인 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 그렇기 때문에 인간은 살아가면서 이 두 가지 요소에 영향을 받기도 하고 때로는 영향을 주기도 한다. 예술과 인격적 요소는 매우 가치 있는 연구이지 만 본 연구에서는 예술 감각에 주안점을 두었다. 이 연구에서는 인간의 근원적 본능으로서 예술본능의 상태를 인지하기 위해서 예술 감각의 구조를 기질적 요소, 긍정성의 요소, 창의적 요소로 구조화 하고자 한다. 예술인의 자아 정체성, 회복탄력성, 창의적 유창성 및 독창성에 자각을 위한 예술 감각의 측정 지 표를 나타낼 수 있는 예술 감각의 측정도구 개발에 목적을 둔다. 또한, 예술 감각의 구성과 그 요소를 측 정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 결과적으로 예술 감각 요소의 성격 및 기질 영역 4문항, 긍정성과 자기조절 정도의 회복탄력성 영역 6문항, 양면성과 발상력의 창의성 영역의 4문항으로 총 14문항의 예술 감각을 측정할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석 그리고 상관분석을 통하여 측 정도구가 활용할 만한 것임을 증명하는 통계 지표를 밝혔다. Man's right thoughts will pursue the right art world. Thinking right can result from knowing wisely, doing right, and harmony of healthy bodies. Knowing the right understanding of self-identity and the sense of the art world wisely and relatively accurately will allow us to predict how we think and act, and will be able to gauge the healthy direction of the work of art. To understand the sense of art is to get to know me more deeply. In the positive changes of the art world, F. Schiller(1982:74) said, “The human art instinct brings us to the two ultimate concepts of man: character and sensual state.” The essential elements of man are composed of the personal and artistic parts. That's why humans are influenced by these two factors in their lives and sometimes affect them. Art and personality factors are very valuable research, but this study focuses on artistic sense. In this study, in order to recognize the state of art instinct as the fundamental human instinct, we want to structure the structure of art sense into substrate elements, positivity elements, and creative elements. The aim is to develop measurement tools for artistic sense that can represent measurement indicators of artistic sense for self-identity, resilience, creative fluency and originality of artists. In this study, it is to develop the composition of the artistic sense and the tools to measure its elements. As a result, a test tool was developed to measure a total of 14 artistic sensations with four questions in the character and substrate area of art sense element, six questions in the area of resilience of the degree of positivity and self-regulation, and four questions in the area of creativity of ambivalence and imagination. Through reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis, statistical indicators were presented to prove the usefulness of the measurement tool.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the directions for the development of agricultural college students' vocational key competencies. For accomplishing it, this study conducted various research methods. Extensive literature was collected and reviewed. Survey with the questionnaires was conducted, which subject were students, alumni, and professors in agricultural college. In addition with survey, this study used the Aptitude Tests in order to identify the current status of agricultural college students' ability. A panel of expert committee was held in order to discuss and search the directions for development which were made by researchers. The results of this study indicated that the various approaches should be necessary for developing key competencies, including classroom instruction, cooperative education, internship, extracurricular activities, and so on. Also, this study suggested that various support from government, college, community, and related institutions is needed for developing agricultural college students' key competencies.

우리나라 주요 표준화 진로 검사 도구의 실태 분석

The objectives of this study were to analysis current status of standardized career assessment instruments in Korea, and to suggest some problems and recommendations.Literature review and opinions of psychological test development expert were used in this study. Among diverse standardized career assessment instruments, 12 instruments were selected and analyzed on the domain and sub-scales, and scaling methods, reliability, validity, and standardization methods. The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) the validity research of career-related theory ought to be conducted in diverse settings in Korea; 2) comprehensive career assessment instruments ought to be developed for effective application; 3) weighting method within domain and sub-scales need to be developed and scaling method need to be improveed for testing populations; 4) the reliability, validity, and standardization research ought to be conducted in diverse settings. 5) KRIVET and HRDS should develop the various career assessment instruments to make an effective use for work of world setting.

농업인력의 육성 실태와 개선 방안에 관한 연구

The objectives of this study were to investigate the current status of education and training for the agricultural manpower, to point out the problems of developing the agricultural manpower, and to suggest the directions of agricultural education and training. This study was conducted by review of literature and interview with related specialists. Also, agricultural education and training dealt with by this study was divided into two types, formal education and informal education. Formal education included all types of education and training provided to full-time students at the levels of agricultural high school, agricultural junior colleges, and 4-year agricultural colleges. Informal education involved all types of education and training provided to farmers and future farmers at levels of extension agencies, agricultural public institutions, 4-H, other social education institutions. And those problems and their solutions of education and training institutions was presented in various aspects, including coping with changing agricultural environment, systematic strategy of human resource development, formal education, and social education. Based on the results, the suggestion for agricultural manpower development and related future research were presented.

효율적인 군 전직지원체제 정립 방안

이 연구의 목적은 제대군인에 대한 효율적인 전직지원을 위해서 현행 전직지원 프로세스에 대한 개선 안과 이에 따른 국방부, 국가보훈처 등 제대군인 전직지원관련 기관 간의 역할분담 및 연계방안에 대해서 제안하는 것이다. 연구는 크게 세 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫째, 국내 군 전직지원 실태를 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 이러한 문제점과 시사점, 군 전직지원 선행연구를 종합하여 효율적인 군 전직지원 프로세스 안을 제시하였다. 셋째, 구축한 군 전직지원 프로세스 안에 따라 주요 군 전직지원 관련 기관인 국방부, 국가보훈처의 역할 분담 안을 제안하였다. This study aims to suggest an improvement plan for the support process of effective occupation change for discharged soldiers and then role assignments among related institutions for supporting discharged soldiers such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor and the cooperation plan among the institutions. The study was made in three steps. First, after analyzing currents support facts and status for discharged soldiers, it induced its problems and implications. Second, integrating the findings of previous studies related to support plan on occupation changes for the discharged soldiers, Problems and implications mentioned above, it constructed effective occupation change process for discharged soldiers. Then, according to the established process, it suggested role assignments such as Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Ministry of Labor.
