The main purposes of this survey are to give basic materials for the guidance, curriculum management, learning activities, and teacher training system with the analyzing the students' viewpoints of the teaching profession. 512 students enrolled in Jin-Ju Teachers' College were included as subjects and this survey was divided into 4 areas. (1) The general consciousness of the teaching profession, (2) The consciousness of the education activites, (3) The consciousness of children education, (4) Other consciousness. On the basis of the results of the above mentioned areas, I suggest some proposals as follows: (1) It is required to form the environment that students can apply for the teaching profession according to their abilities, aptitudes, and the firm sense of commitment. (2) It is required to reinforce the education for the preparation, manipulation of learning materials, and to develop the programs for the improvement of human relationships. (3) It is necessary for the students to increase the understanding of the childrens' characteristics and the latent effect of teachers. (4) It is required to take appropriate administrative measures to solve the elementary school teachers appointment problems.

The purposes of this article were to review the educational implications of Individual psychology. The main conclusions of this review are as follows: ① Adler'a individual psycholvgy holistically depicted the human being as simple, indivisible, self-consistent and unifed. ② Adler placed emphasis on the socio-cultural power, the consciousness and creative power of man rather than on Freud's pan-sexualism. ③ Adler's views of human nature and central concepts were the basis of the development of humanistic psychology. ④ The conception of man's innate social interest significantly contributed to the presentation of good, true life we should maintain. ⑤ Man is the subjective creator of his fate, the fictional goals and inferiority feelings are the most important sources of human motivation. ⑥ The personality of man i9 shaped around 4-5, whereas the education of parents are important for the bettor roaring of their offsprings. ⑦ The desirable nurturation of child is effectively done through the cooperation of family group. ⑧ Parents should be careful to the distribution of their love to their children, especially they have to avoid the biased-love. ⑨ Adler's psychology was failure to generate empirical research because of it's theoretical-centered approaches.

The purposes of this paper are to review the early children's play and its educational value through the literatures of many scholars concerned. Play lies at the heart of the preschool curriculum, teaching method and makes a major contribution to the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of the children. The development of skills and competiencies is promoted largely through play, supported by a variety of materials and a wide range of experiences, under the guidance of teachers who understand and value platy as an avenue for learning. Furthermore, the abilities of sustained attention, imagination and innovative ways of perceiving and dealing with reality are built through play. Children's spontaneous activities including play should be appropriately guided and nurtured by the early childhood teachers according to their needs, interests and the stage of development, etc., In doing so, children's development win be flexibly made and extended to the abilites of solving their problems for themselves they meet in their later life. If we educators recognize the importance of children's play activities serve the development of each child's harmonious power, we should never overlook the value of play. And today there is available information about the effect of play in the development of children, nurseay (kindergaten) teachers should articulate about what they do and how the children respond. I think there is need for more study and research into the nature of play and what it means in the life of the young children.

Detection of the existence of a desired user is considered in this paper. We assume that the signal to noise ratio is high enough for us to ignore the effects of noise compared with those of the interference by other users. The inter-user interference and user signals are modeled by the Nakagami model. An observation model for this situation is proposed, the locally optimum test statistic is derived under the model, and the asymptotic performance of the locally optimum detector is compared with of the envelope detector. We show that the locally optimum detector performs better than the conventional envelope detector.

In this paper, rank-based nonparmetric detection of composite signals in additive noise is considered. Based on signs and ranks of observations, the locally optimum detector is deived for weak-signal detection under any specified noise probability density funhction. This detector has similarities to the locally optimum detector for comjposite signals in additive noise. The asymptotic performance of this nonparametric detector is shown to be as good as that of the locally optimum detector.
