The experience of stress is quite individualized. Some stress is more motive to some people but harmful to the other for their performance. Although it is not so serious problems to college students, it must be considerd as following points. ① Even though specific stress-related disease often do not appear until college age, stress-related problems such as megrin and tension headaches are commenly experienced. ② There are a number of specific stressors-anxiety to test, evaluation, and grades, demands for group dliscussions and competitions, perceived social expectation, and so on that most students confront in adjusting to college life. For these reasons the learning of stress menagement skills is an important aspect of their development. There are also many kind of skills coping with stress which can he learned. However a comprehensive and flexable programming is required. On this papers there were deseribed to practice relaxation, to use desensitization to anxiety scenes, and to apply self-statemencts coping with stress.

Human being has the needs of belongingness and love. The satisfication of these needs effects him/her to have. positive attitudes and sound personal growth. However, the individual having not it feels loneliness and has negative attitudes. The following students tend to feel lonliness and then have few friends on campus life. o Studying all of time. o Spending full time for private events. o Not joning a fraternity or sorority. o Being too much shyness. o Being afraid of meeting strangers. o Having difficults to keep conversation going due to lack of conversation skills. o Having negative attitudes that they have not to be liked and to be loved. Thes factors consequence serious problems to their development. For these students there are needed to make frequent opportunity to have contact with people, to learn conversation skills, and to get practice of socializing exercises and of coping with social anxiety.

Since Dewey's death m 1952, many criticisms not only by American Scholars but also those from Europe have been made. This article is based upon the attempts of H.H.Home, A.V.Judge, T.V. Rusk. Curtis, W., George Geiger and Russell, who have criticized Dewey's Progressive Philosophy of education. The Criticism of main issues: 1. The main areas of criticism are the denial of absolute values. 2. Lack of appreciation of factors beyond the Scope of human experience. The author tries to resolve the differences between Pragmatism and Idealism and gets and Idea to reconstruct "Neo-Deweyism for Korean- Education" Which will be the main theme to be presented by the author later.
