      • 태도변화의 두과정 : Cumulative shift and substitutive shift 태도의 누적적 이동과 교체적 이동

        The processes of attitude change with focus on the structure of belief were investigated in two experiments. The hypotheses of this study are following; the prosess of attitude change is made of two processes, that is, cumulative process and substitutive process in belief structure. Cumulative process is brought about by anticipatory treatment that does not directly attack the belief. Substitutive process is hold by attitude treatment that attacks the belief with message. In experiment I, it was found that anticipatory treatment of attitude change showed the evidence of cumulative shift in belief. In experiment Ⅱ, it was proved that cumulative shift showed the evidence in belief structure by anticipatory treatment and substitutive shift in belief took place by a persuasive attack. These experiments provide evidences that the process of belief change caused by attitude change treatment could bring about results of cumulative shift and substitutive shift.

        생활·교류 기능 공간으로서의 초등학교 복도 공간의 변화 양상에 대한 연구 - 충청북도 사례의 실태조사를 중심으로 -

        This study aims to create a future curriculum and teaching and learning environment for the Ministry of Education, and the space of elementary schools should be changed in the curriculum that changes elementary education to play-oriented education, safe responsibility education, experience-oriented education, and environmental ecology education. The hollway space among elementary school spaces should also be changed, and how it is being used at this point is to investigate and analyze 30 elementary schools in Chungcheongbuk-do to understand the changing school hallway space. First, each elementary school was divided into the number of classes and students in the order of the school's establishment year, and the corridor area by the size of the school was investigated to determine how much space the corridor area constitutes in the total area. Second, the shape of the corridor space and the composition of the corridor were analyzed by analyzing the planes of schools with high and low corridor spaces based on space. Third, it was organized and analyzed through exploration to understand how the corridor of the target elementary school is being used at this point. Through this analysis, it was found that it was divided into an exchange space play space, a learning space living space, a storage space sanitary space, and other spaces. This study is expected to be the basic data for the corridor space of elementary schools that can respond to the changing curriculum and school space in the future.

        중·고등학생의 영적 안녕감이 교사와 학교만족도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 중고등학생의 영적 안녕감이 학생의 개인심리적 특성과 교사이미지 그리고 학교만족도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 경기남부지역의 4개 중학교와 고등학교의 학생 324명이 본 연구의 대상으로 참여하였다. 본 연구에서는 영적 안녕감을 종교적 안녕감과 실존적 안녕감으로 나누고 이 하위 요인들이 개인심리적 특성과 교사와 학교만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다음과 같은 3가지 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 영적 안녕감과 개인심리적 특성은 어떤 관계가 있는가? 둘째, 중고등학생의 영성은 교사이미지의 평가에 영향을 주는가? 셋째, 중고등학생의 영성은 학교만족도에 영향을 주는가? 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종교적 안녕감이 높을수록 종교경력이 높았고 종교행사에 참여하는 빈도도 높았다. 또한 실존적 안녕감이 높을수록 학업성적이 높았고 가정의 사회경제적 지위도 높았다. 둘째, 종교적 안녕감과 실존적 안녕감은 중고등학생의 심리적 특성인 불안과 낙관성 그리고 자기효능감에 영향을 주었으나 상대적으로 실존적 안넘감이 더 많은 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 이미지에서도 종교적 안녕감보다 실존적 안녕감이 의미 있게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교만족도에서도 종교적 안녕감보다 실존적 안녕감이 의미 있게 정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 선행 연구의 결과와 논의하였다. This study assumed that spiritual well-being made an impact upon individualistic-psychological traits and school satisfactions of students 154 male students and 170 female students in four middle and high schools participated in this servey. The major results were as follows: First, religious spiritual well-being had relatively stronger correlation with religious activities, but existential spiritual well-being had stronger correlation with school achievements. Second, existential spiritual well-being were more correlated with anxity,optimism, and self-efficacy than religious spiritual well-being. Third, existential spiritual well-being had stronger correlation with tescher's image than religious spiritual well-being. Fourth existential spiritual well-being were more correlated with school satisfactions than religious spiritual well-being. To put the results together, existential spiritual well-being of students have relatively stronger impact on their individualistic-psychological traits and school satisfaction.

        연봉제 도입을 위한 직무분석과 성과평가에 관한 연구

        It seems that annual wage system was first introduced into Korea in early 1990's. Among 30 largest groups in Korea. Doosan Corp. was at first to adopt it , and while Korea went through the control of the International Monetary Fund. the wage system has rapidly been extends as a measure to reinforce corporative competitiveness. Since 73.7% of objective companies are answering in the affirmative positive in the system. it is expected that it will be settled as a Korean wage system in the near future. Under the premise that some structural fundamentals should be prepared that may heighten the efficiency of business by the motivation of members, therefore, present study aims to seek after the measures on rational and scientific job analysis and result evaluation about the annual wage system. The results of case and questionnaire analysis are as follows: First, while the basic job and environmental conditions to introduce the annual wage system are established, another system to introduce the Management by Object(MBO) is needed. Second, some 40% of objective companies recognized the necessity of the system, though they are not feeling severely to adopt it, and most were expected it to be enlarged. Third, objective companies also expected the allowance(bonus), they prefer to evaluation by himself, superior and team. Fourth, it was desirable to pay annual basic wage (basic pay + bonus + other allowances) every month like 1/12 or 1/16 after rearranging it. and the system would be applied primarily to manager and professional. Besides, clear criterion of assessment must be set up. Fifth, job analysis should be analysed precisely as a whole in order to make use of its result as a fundamental data to introduce the annual wage system. The scope of job analysis should be restricted within department in principle, but personal job must be included as part of analysis on department. Sixth, as for the criteria of result evaluation during earlier practicing stage of annual wage system, indices like achievement, quality, quantity, difficulty and effectiveness of job should be applied : job propulsion, creative reformation and custom satisfaction were criteria of attitude evaluation, And seventh, as for the result of evaluation for application of annual wage system, it is recommendable to apply achievement o 50% and both attitude and ability to 25% respectively. It was suitable to reflect the result of superior's evaluation to 80% and that of inferior's evaluation to 20%.
