Thiocyan酸 Cobalt에 의한 Prifinium Bromide의 比色定量

Prifinium bromide reacts with thiocyanato cobalt(Ⅱ) complex ion to form bright blue precipitate. The precipitate is extracted with chloroform, and the extract is extremely stable and has an absorption maximum at 625nm. The formation of precipitate and the efficiency of chloroform extraction are not influenced by the pH in the acidic region. The mole ratio of cobaltothiocyante and prifinium bromide in the extracted complex is 1 : 2. This complex is found to have the formula (C??H??N)₂Co(SCN)₄. The molar absorptivity of the complex in chloroform at 625nm is 2375. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of prifinium bromide concentration 0.5×10??M to 3×10??M. This method is useful for the determination of micro amounts of prifinium bromide contained in anti-cold pharmaceutical preparations and applicable to the pyrrolidinium salts.

The sedative action of Ban Ha Baick Chul Cheun Ma Tang have been tested with mice. The effect of Ban Ha Baick Chul Cheun Ma Tang on Voluntary in mice have Confirmed that was remarkable sedative activity. The results are as follows; 1. Group with the doses of 50㎎/㎏ was significantly depressed than those of control group. 2. Group with the doses of 50㎎/㎏ plus C. N. B. 20㎎/㎏ was significantly depressed than C. N. B 20㎎/㎏ group.

Picric Acid에 依한 鹽酸 Verapamil의 分光光度 定量

A spectrophotometric method is proposed for determination of VP. The method is based on solvent extract of complex formed between VP and colored PCA into chloroform. The optimum pH range for the extraction is 3.0∼6.0. The binding ratio of VP-PCA complex was presumed as VP-1 to PCA-1 by means of continuous variation and molar ratio. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of VP concentration 1×10 5^M∼1.2×10 4^M. The complex was differentiated from physical mixture of the two compounds by IR spectroscopy and the exsistance of intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the basic nitrogen of VP and the OH group of PCA was confirmed. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of VP in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.

Picric Acid에 依한 Disopyramide Phosphate의 抽出分光光度 定量

A spectrophotometric method is proposed for the deternunation of Disopyramide phosphate. The method is based on solvent extract of the ion-pair formed between Disopyramide phosphate and colored Picric acid into 1, 2-dichloroethane. The extract should a maximum absorbance at 375nm The optimum pH range for the extraction is 2~7. The absorbance should a linear relationship to the concentration of Disopyramide phosphate 1×10^-5∼12×10^-5M. Continuous variation plots and mole ratio plots indicated a 1:1 Disopyramide phosphate-Picric acid ratio. The binding state of Disopyramide phosphate-Picric acid was presumed by IR spectra as intermolecular hydrogen boinding. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of Disopyramide phosphate in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.

대중골프장의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 대중 골프장의 서비스품질, 고객만족 및 충성도의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 수도권 및 충청권에 위치한 대중 골프장 4곳을 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 통해서 325부를 표집하였다. 조사는 응답자 스스로가 설문내용을 읽고 답하는 방식인 자기평가기입법을 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지이며, 탐색적요인분석을 통해서 타당도 검사와 신뢰도 검사를 하였다. 자료는 부적절하다고 판단되는 8부를 제외한 317부를 SPSSWIN 20.0을 사용하여 자료처리를 하였다. 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하여다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 골프장의 서비스품질은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프장의 서비스품질은 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족은 충성도에 유의한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty of public golf clubs. The subjects were consumer for four public golf clubs, and 325 data were collected and 317 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. Data processing was done for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, cronbach's α test and regression analysis using SPSSWIN Ver. 20.0. Based on the above study method and procedures, the result of the study are summarized as follows. First, service quality had significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, service quality had significant influence on loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction had significant influence on loyalty.

형광 광도법에 의한 뇨 중의 Prifinium Bromide의 미량 분석

A sensitive spectrofluorometric method was developed for the analysis of Prifinium Bromide(PB) in urine. The method is based on the fluorescene behavior of the ion associate between PB and Eosine Y(EY), Erythrosine B(EB), and Rose bengal(RB) in aqueous layer. Optimum conditions for the reaction were investigated. It was possible to analyze PB in the range of 8×10^(-10)∼6.4×10 ^(-9)M/㎖ with EY, 1×10^(-9)∼1.6×10^(-8) M/㎖ with EB and 4×10^(-9)∼3.2×10 ^(-8) M/㎖ with RB. The chemical structures of ion associates were presumed by IR spectroscopy and ^1H-NMR spectroscopy.

The National Basic Livelihood Security System in Korea has played a role as the fundamental social safety net by meeting the basic needs of all Korean people. Especially of the criteria for a support obligator which has been accused of creating a blind spot of the system since the initial stage. The current criteria still shows many barriers despite such efforts. For example, some people in need are excluded from the list of subsidy recipients because of existence of a wrong support obligator who does not actually support their family while so-called Regarded Support of the system make it even harder for some recipients to manage livelihood. As a result, first, when avoiding and rejecting family support, the detailed criteria must be indicated, secondly for the lawsuit regarding social welfare, the special legal process or the Social Community must be formed and lastly, the principle and regulation on the family support obligation must be revised in a long-term.
