        동아시아의 맛 표현 용어

        일본, 한국, 중국의 식문화에 관한 용어들을 조사 비교하였다. 우선 맛의 인지를 표현하는 용어들을 수집 조사하고 이어서 삼개국 용어중에 서로 관계가 있는 단어들을 모으고 정의하였으며 맛 인식표현에서 삼개국 용어모델을 수립하였다. The author scheduled to prepare a multilingual (Japanese-Korean-Chinese) vocabulary of dietary culture. In the preliminary stage, the words of taste perceptions were compiled and examined; thereafter, the relevant terms were defined, and a model of the trilingual vocabulary of taste perceptions was prepared.

      • PLL(PU)을 利用한 周波數變調器에 關한 硏究

        2次系 低域필터를 가진 PLL은 필터컷오프(cut off)와 거의 같은 주파수로 發振할 수 있다. 發振의 振幅을 變調하므로써 安定한 被變造信號 周波數가 電壓調整發振器(VCO)의 出力에서 얻어낼 수 있다. A phase-locked loop(PLL) with a Second-order low pass filter can oscillate with the frequency nearly equal to the filter Cutoff. By modulating the amplitude of the oscillation, a stable frequency modulated signal can be obtained at the out put a Voltage-controlled oscillator.

      • "LA BONNE CHANSON"에 있어서 시행 구조연구

        Verlaine est un poete qui a beaucoup travaille sur la structure du vers. Comme il n'a pas besoin de systeme verbal ou certain ton pour chanter son inconstance, son inconsistance ou tous ses emois, il s'appuie, le plus souvent, sur les sonorites et surles rythmes, et il compte sur de frequents changements du vers, de la strophe ou du poeme. Ce travail a pour but de retrouver cette tendance de Verlaine dans "la Bonne Chanson" un petit recueil ecrit pour Mathilde Maute. Il comprend 21 pieces composees pendant 9 mois de fin juillet 1869 a mai 1870. Le metre le plus employe dans ce recueil est l'alexandrin dont le rythme mesure exprime la joie, l'equilibre, le calme interieur alors que l'irregularite des coupes correspondent aux mouvements inegaux, l'inquietude ou le desarroi du poete dus a l'absence de Mathilde. Une caracteristique au niveau de la structure du vers est que l'octosyllabe sert souvent a chanter le sentiment amoureux ou de l'espoir dans un prochain avenir. Verlaine a choisi le quatrain pour neuf des vingt et un poemes de "La Bonne Chanson" en raffinant sur l'architecture du poeme. Du point de la structure, ce qui est caracteristique aussi, c'est que Verlaine clot tres nettement son poeme. A l'interieur du vers, il exploite les valeurs affectives en combinant et repetant des voyelles ou des consonnes. En introduisant un plan sonore, a l'aide soit de la rime, soit des assonances et des alliterations, il a attenue le rythme du vers et du poeme. En bref, le scheme metrique pour Verlaine n'est pas donne a l'avance, par contre, il est un element constitutif de l'expression poetique.

      • Barnard의 組織論的 管理論에 관한 硏究 : 「경영자 기능(The Functions of the Executive)」에 도출된 理論을 中心으로 Focused on The Functions of the Executive

        Probable the most influential book published in the entire field of management is the classic treatise entitled The Functions of the executive, written by Chester I. Barnard in 1938. His analysis of the manager is trule a social systems approach, in order to comprehend and analyze the functions of executives, Barnard looked for their major tasks in the system where they operate. In determining that the task of executives was one of maintaining a system of cooperative effort in a formal organization, Barnard addressed himself first to the reasons for, and the nature of, cooperative system. The logic of his analysis can be seen in the steps his book follow : 1. Physical and biological limitations of individuals lead them to cooperate, to work in groups ; while the basic limitations are physical and biological, once people cooperate, psychological and social limitations of individuals also play a part in inducing cooperation. 2. The act of cooperation leads to the establishment of cooperative systems, in which physical, biological, personal, and social factors or elements are present (for example, Barnard would see a college class as a cooperative system, made up of such elements as the room, seats, blackboards, people as biological beings, personalities, interchange of thought, and so on). He also makes the point that the continuation of cooperation depends on effectiveness(does it accomplish the cooperative purpose?) and efficency(does it accomplish the purpose with a minimum of dissatisfactions and costs to cooperating members?). 3. Any cooperative system may be divided into two parts : "organization," Which includes only the interactions of people in the system, and "other elements." 4. Organizations can in turn be divided into two kinds ; the "formal" organization, which is that set of consciously coordinated social interactions that have a deliberate and joint purpose, and the "informal" organization, which refers to those social interactions without a common or consciously coordinated joint purpose. 5. The formal organization cannot exist unless there are persons who (a)are able to communicate with one another, (b)are willing to contribute to group action, and (c)have a conscious common purpose. 6. Every formal organization must include the following elements : (a)a system of functionalization so that people can specialize(that is, various forms of departmentation) : (b)a system of effective and efficient incentives that will induce people to contribute to group action : (c)a system of power ("authority") which will lead group members to accept the decisions of executives ; and (d)a system of logical decision making. 7. The functions of the executive in this formal organization are then the following : (a)the maintenance of organization communication through a scheme of organization, plus loyal, responsible, and capable people, and a compatible executive "informal organization" (b)the securing of essential services form individuals in the organization ; and (c)the formulation and definition of purpose (that is, planning). 8. The executive functions enter the process through the work of the executive in integrating the whole and in finding the best balance between confliciting forces and events. 9. To make the executive effective requires a high order of responsible leadership ; as Barnard so well emphasizes, "Cooperation, not leadership, is the creative process ; but leadership is the indispensable fulminator of its forces." It is hardly any wonder that this book has had so much influence. Although the brief outline of Barnard's thesis cannot do justice to it, the book is a social systems approach, concentrating on major elements of the managerial job, containing extraordinary insights on decision making and leadership and bearing the authority of an intellectual with exceptional executive experience.

      • 주요 선진국의 학교장 양성 프로그램에 관한 비교 연구

        본 연구는 주요 외국의 5개국(미국, 영국, 프랑스, 일본, 독일)을 선정하여 학교장의 자격연수 프로그램을 분석해 보고 우리 나라에 주는 시사점을 도출함으로써 보다 개선된 교장연수 프로그램의 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 외국의 임용제도와 비교해 보아도 외국의 교장임용제도는 일정기간 교육경력을 요구하지만 교사의 전문성과는 구분되며, 행정가로서 교장의 자격을 강화하고, 투명한 절차에 따라 공개경쟁을 통하여 임용되고 있다. 이에 비해 우리 나라는 30년 정도의 교육경력을 쌓아야 승진이 가능하다는 점이 두드러진 차이를 보인다. 그리고 외국에서는 교장을 행정가로 인식하고 교수직과 분리하여 공개채용 방식으로 임용한 반면 우리 나라는 내부승진위주로 승진 임용되고 있다. 또한 교장 임용과정에서 '교사, 학부모, 지역인사' 등이 참여하여 전문적 자질과 능력을 실질적으로 검증하는 반면, 우리 나라는 경력위주의 평정을 통해 임용하고 있다. 이렇게 임용된 교장을 외국에서는 교장 직무수행계획서를 받아 실적을 평가하는 데 반해 우리 나라는 교장 평가제도는 거의 전문한 상태이다. The purpose of this study is to get some suggestions to develop Korean Principals' training programs throughout the comparison on school principals' training program of some developed countries in our world. In order to do, this study used the comparative methodology. The criteria of the comparison are as follows : principals' qualification elements, appointment processes and procedures, training programs and their operation, program operation institutions, etc. . The results of this study are as follows : Foreign countries recognize the principals' into an administration and select them into the open appointment method, on the controray, we appoint them inner promotion system. Futhermore, foreign countries permit the participation of teachers, parents, and community personal in the process, but we appoint them on the basis of the career-centered appraisal.
