漢文 古典籍의 올바른 飜譯을 위한 몇 가지 提言 – 『東坡題跋』에 나타난 事例를 중심으로 –

Nida gave his opinions on the translation like this : Translation consists in reproducing in the receptor language the closest natural equivalent of the source language message, first in terms of meaning and secondly in terms of style. But It is not easy to make a good literary work as well as the original meaning by translation. According to be published a translation of the Korean and Chinese classics in high interest, translation is under discussion rapidly. I suggest six solutions in point of the Korean and Chinese classics translation fields. After I knew from experiences translating in 『東坡題跋(dongpotiba)』. In the first place, we have to put punctuation marking for reading in ease. Above all, It is demanded to put the punctuation mark in right place logically, when the sentences can be translate in many meanings. The second, we can not find a word's meaning in the dictionary, It is demanded to grasp the meaning from the context and to think a word in current use. The third, we have to make a faithful translation of the orignal. but It is demanded to give a free translation, when the sentences have misunderstanding in meaning. The fourth, when we found the fault reference books or a quoted passage, It is demanded to add note after find the orignal text and to correct errors in the sentences. The fifth, Before annotating, we have to think the reader and it is necessary to need for understanding or not. The sixth, we have to pay due regard to objective view of situation and logical. 나이더(Nida)는 “번역이란 첫째로는 의미상으로, 둘째로는 문체상으로 원어 메시지를 역어로 가장 가깝고 자연스러운 등가로 재생산해내는 것이다.”라고 하였다. 그러나 정확한 의미 전달 뿐만 아니라 번역문 자체가 한편의 또 다른 좋은 문학작품이 되게 하는 번역은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 최근 들어 漢文 古典籍에 대한 관심이 높아지고 번역본들도 끊임없이 출판됨에 따라 훌륭한 번역에 대한 논의도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 『東坡題跋』에 대한 번역을 진행하는 과정에서 부딪쳐왔던 문제들을 여섯 가지 방면을 가지고 고찰하여 古典籍 韓譯을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 구두와 표점은 같은 의미연결단위로 찍어서 최대한 독자들이 이해하기 쉽도록 찍어야 하며 특히 문장이 여러 가지로 해석될 수 있는 경우는 문장의 내용이 가장 논리에 맞게 해석될 수 있도록 표점을 찍어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 난해한 字句는 사전적 의미도 중요하지만 사전에 없는 단어일 경우는 앞뒤 문맥을 보아 적절하게 한 글자씩 풀어서 해석해야 하고 그 글자의 다의성과 품사의 전환 및 통가자의 가능성도 고려하여 번역해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 함축구의 의ㆍ직역 문제에 있어서 함축구는 우선 원문의 의미를 살려 번역하였을 때, 의미 전달에 아무런 문제가 없을 경우에는 원문의 의미를 살려 번역하고 의미 전달에 오해가 있을 경우에는 번역어 표현에 맞는 의역을 하도록 한다. 넷째, 인용문의 正誤性 문제에 있어서는 인용문이 축약되었거나 잘못 인용했을 경우에는 원전의 내용을 찾아 주석을 달아 밝히고 인용문의 내용은 앞뒤 문맥에 맞춰 번역하는 것이 좋다. 다섯째, 註釋은 번역하기 전에 독자의 대상을 미리 정한 다음, 본문의 내용을 이해하는데 꼭 필요한 주석만 달도록 한다. 여섯째, 문장을 잘 번역하기 위해서는 원문 자체의 문장을 잘 분석하여 해석하는 것은 물론 문장 밖의 객관적 상황과 논리성을 잘 알아야 한다.

The study has the purpose to define the concept of life-long physical education and to find the connection between physical education of school and physical education out of school in order to establish the structure of life-long physical education in Korea. The results can be summarized as following presentation. 1) In order to develop life-long physical education, physical education of school must satisfy the demands of a person and a local community with new idea and purpose (1. demands of a local community, 2. philosophy of life physical education, 3. the necessity of learner) on a level that physical education is just a life 2) However life-long physical education admit that the physical education of school is a main educion organization, the current physical education of school that has been performed formally will be improved in a field of content (life long education) and method (self -controled, chosen education) 3) School must open all kinds of capacity-human resources (instructor, professional education), facilities (playing ground, gymnasium, sporting apparatus) and materials (book, audio-visual education)-in cooperation with government, local self-government and local community 4) In concert with home, place of work, social organization, army, mass communication and school, the connection of those will be planned for the sake of life-long physical education. 5) It will be admitted that the organization for physical education of society has system to be able to cultivate leaders of physical education in the special field in proportion to the level.

TV 스포오츠 프로그램 분석

This study is the analysis of TV sports program which had been telecasted on KBS and MBC during 1980 and viewer's inclination which is based on the questionaire treated by 825 Seoul citizens. The results can be summarized as following presentation. (1) It is considered to be very provising for the development in sports in Korea that TV are paying more attentions extending extra sport programs or even excluding regular program when there are important game of domestic or international, while sport articles in newspaper are reduced according to the relative importance of political, economical, social, cultural and so on. (2) Sport programs telecasted by both TV station during 1980 was 18 events by KBS and 10 events by MBC. Particulary, telecasting hours for 5 major popular events such as baseball, basketball, volleyball and boxing was total 73.4% by KBS and 68.9% by MBC, which is felt the lack of balanced telecasting and is considered to by more hours and frequency for figure skating, ice hockey and ski as seasonal sports and swimming, mountain climbing, golf, horse riding, cycling etc, as life sports or hobbies. (3) It is considered that TV should pay more attentions on the education for rules and technical direction of each items, enlightenment on necessity for physical education, health and beauty which is directly helpful for the life of citizens based on the idea of social education, by not being inclined to hook up for amusement or interest only. (4) People obtains sport news and informations from newspaper(56.2%) and TV (30.6%). It is considered to be much more hours of sport news as the better and various editing and planning since TV has transmitting effects of speedy and life sport news. (5) The ratio of satisfaction on current TV sport program was 9.0% while that of nou-satisfaction was 21.0%. It is considered to reject thoroughly the commercialization of sports due to exceeding commercialism and political tendency which they telecast if won, and don't if defeated, and to have accurate and thoughtful com ment by improving quality and standard of commentator. (6) By examining the ratio of enjoying TV sport program, that of woman (7.3%) was much lower than that of man (25.7%). It is considered being required to develop sport programs which woman enjoy since it is due to lack of programs for woman though having been sexual characterisitics of woman and prejudice on sports. (7) There are considerable difference between the events people enjoys in practice as hobbey or live sports and they like usually. The reason might be not answeres' personal situation but exterior environment of them. It is required to urgently train sport directors, to organize sport units administrative organization on government level, sport club or sport association of like-minded, and to secure unsufficient sport facilities or equipment.
