The electrical characteristics of InSb semiconducting thin films vacuum-deposited on to a cold substrate have been studied. The effect of annealing temperature on the film structure has been analysed by X-ray diffraction analysis and electron mobility measurements. Variations of electron mobility, electron concentration and resistivity of the fabricated thin film with film thickness have been discussed. The activation energy and the grain boundary potential barrier height have been obtained from the temperature dependence of electrical conductivity of the fabricated thin film.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse main forces behind the growth of Korea's exports during the 1970-1985 period. Constant-Market-Share(CMS) analysis technique was employed in order to disaggregate the growth of Korea's exports into four components; world demand effect, commodity composition effect, market diversification effect and competitive effect. Following this procedure. export function was estimated where export growth has been regressed on relative price of export and domestic production of exportables. The two independent variables were regarded as price and nonprice factors respectively which mainly deter-nine the competitive strength of export. Having estimated export function, attempts have been made to identify various forces affecting price and non-price competitiveness of Korea'exports. The major findings are as follows: (1) The growth of total exports was mainly attributable to world demand effect and competitive effect. The commodity effect and market diversification effect seem to play a minor role in increasing Korea's share in world export market. The competitive effect turns out to be most responsible for promoting Korea's exports. When the CMS technique was applied to each selected commodity group, the results were not much different from those of total exports. (2) The estimation results of Korea's export function show that relative price and domestic production of exportables are important determinants of export growth of Korea. It follows on the basis of magnitude of elasticities that the growth of exports is more sensitive to the change of domestic production rather than to the change of relative price. Moreover, domestic production turns out to be a significant variable in explaining the change of exports of each commodity group as well as of total exports. However, it followed that relative price does not influence exports of some commodity groups. (3) It was observed that the favorable movements of real wage, productivity, import price of raw materials and intermediate goods, exchange rate and industrial production apprea to have strengthened the competitiveness of Korea's exports during 1970's. The government export promotion policies were also instrumental in promoting exports during the period. Howevere, the decrease of domestic industrial production and expansion of new-protectionism in world market have significantly contributed to curtail Korea's exports during the 1980-1985 period. In conclusion, the study provides some informations abort the control variables which can be instrumental in formulating the future export policies.

최근 환경 감시용 센서장치, 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크, 지능형 로봇의 센서와 같이 다양한 분야에서 센서를 이용한 감지, 검출 시스템이 날로 증가하고 있다. 센서 데이터는 센서의 물리적 상태 변화나 화학적 반응을 통하여 측정하게 된다. 하지만 센서의 노후화나 다양한 측정 환경으로 인하여 데이터 오류가 발생할 문제점이 있다. 따라서 센서 데이터의 신뢰성 확보가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 센서에 적용 가능한 신뢰성 있는 센서 신호 처리 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 다수의 동일 센서를 복수의 어레이 구조로 배치하고 사용하였다. 여러 센서의 측정된 데이터의 시간적 상관관계와 공간적 상관관계를 이용하는 신호처리 알고리즘을 이용하여 센서 데이터를 보정함으로써 센서 데이터의 신뢰성을 향상 시켰다. 또한 다양한 환경에서 센서의 이상 유무 확인 및 데이터를 확인하기 위하여 플랫폼 구성요소 간 통신을 위한 전용 프로토콜을 개발하였다. As sensor technology grows up in fields such as environmental hazards detecting system, ubiquitous sensor network, intelligent robot, the sensing and detecting system for sensor is increasing. The sensor data is measured by change of chemical and physical status. Because of decrepit sensor or various sensing environment, it is problem that sensor data is inaccurate result. So the reliability of sensor data is essential. In this paper, we proposes a reliable sensor signal processing platform for various sensor. To improve reliability, we use same sensors in multiple array structure. As sensor data is corrected by spatial and temporal relation signal processing algorithm for measured sensor data, reliability of sensor data can be improved. The exclusive protocol between platform components is designed in order to verify sensor data and sensor state in various environment.

This study was desgned 샐 ind out the minneral contents in orange juices and nectars, following part Ⅰ on vegetables and fruits, part Ⅱ on cereals and part Ⅲ on milks and soft drinks. Three samples of orange juices and twenty-four samples of nectars of different trade marks were collected from the market and analyzed for the contents of sodium and potassium by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The deta will be used as a fundamental guide in planning sodium-restricted diets in Korea.
