This paper aims to explore discourse functions of Wojuede in Mandarin Chinese and relation between speaker's status and use of Wojuede from the corpus-based approach. This paper consists of five sections: in the first section, the list of corpus and the transcription system are introduced; in the second section, the degree of independence of Wojuede is analyzed from the quantitative approach, the outcomes in this section are contributed to suggest reanalysis of Wojuede; in the third section, founctions of Wojuede are discussed, they, roughly, consist of 1) expressions of speaker's view, 2) reponses to question, 3) self-repair, 4) display of speaker's standpoint; in the fourth section, the relation between host on the program and use of Wojuede is discussed, host of program, especially dealing with the problem of caller, uses Wojuede to accomplish program's purpose; in the last section, the contents in the paper are summarized, and the implicatures of this research are discussed.

데이터베이스 마케팅의 실행 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구

90년대 들어 본격적인 경쟁환경을 맞고 있는 한국 은행들은 최근 들어 고객과의 일대일 커뮤니케이션에 의한 고객평생가치의 극대화에 중점을 두고 있는 데이터베이스 마케팅에 많은 관심을 두고 있으며. 또한 실제로 데이터베이스 마케팅 시스템의 구축을 위한 투자에 적극적으로 나서고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 한국 은행들의 데이터베이스 마케팅 실행 수준이 어떠한 요인들에 의해 영향을 받고 있는가를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 통해 한국 은행들이 데이터베이스 마케팅 실행 수준을 높이기 위해서는 어떠한 요인에 중점을 두어야할지에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. 수집자료의 분석결과 마케팅과 직접 관련된 요소들 (마케팅관련 인력의 전문성, 다이렉트마케팅의 실행 수준, 마케텅 지향성)과 장기적인 관점의 보유정도가 데이터베이스 마케팅의 실행 수준에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 한국 은행들이 데이터베이스 마케팅의 실행 수준을 높이기 위해서는 장기적인 관점에서 은행의 전반적인 마케팅 수준의 향상을 위해 노력해야 함을 의미한다.

총체적 개념의 중국학을 위한 언어학의 역할과 대상에 관한 시론

본고는 중국학을 위해서 언어학이 지향할 역할과 연구 대상에 대해 시론하는 데 목적이 있다. 학문 분야로서의 중국학은 중국에 관한 학문 정도로 여겨져 왔다. 그러나 유래와 지역 및 연구 대상의 상이함에 따라 중국학은 Sinology와 Chinese Studies란 명칭으로 각기 다르게 불려왔다. 그리고 오늘날 한국의 중국학은 Chinese Studies로 범칭되는데, 학문 체계상 상 위 학문 범주로 분류될 수 있는 중국학은 여러 하위 학문 분과의 단순 병합이 아닌 공동의 연구 주제를 갖는 하위 학문 분과 간 유기적인 총체이어야 한다. 그 속에서 언어학은 향후, 중국의 제(諸)현상을 좀 더 종합적으로 분석하고 이해하는데 기여할 수 있도록, 정치학, 경제학, 사회학, 인류학 등 기타 연구 분과들과 통섭을 도모하며 주제와 사고를 확장해 나가야할 것이다. 예견되는 글로벌언어로서의 중국어가 현 글로벌언어로서의 영어와 위세 상 어떤 지위 관계를 가질 수 있을지에 대해서는 중국학을, 중국에 국한한 중국학이 아닌, 일본, 한국, 인도, 필리핀 등 기타 국가학과의 관계를 고려한 아시아학의 하나로 위치시킬 때 이해 가능할 것이다 This study aims to discuss the role and object of linguistics as one of the subordinate fields of Chinese Studies. Chinese Studies as an academic field have been regarded as such as various studies of China. However, as the origin and the region and the subject are different, Chinese studies have been called Sinology and Chinese Studies. And today, Studies of China in Korea are commonly referred to Chinese Studies, which can be classified as a higher academic category in the academic system. It should be an organic aggregate among the academic disciplines that have a common research theme, rather than a simple merging of the different sub-discipline. In the future, linguistics will have to expand its subject and thinking by cooperating with other research fields such as politics, economics, sociology, and anthropology so that they can contribute to a more comprehensive analysis and understanding of China. In particular, whether Chinese as a predicted global language can have a status relationship with English as the current global language will be understandable when it is positioned as one of Asian Studies considering relations with other national studies, such as Japan, Korea, India, and the Philippines, rather than Chinese Studies that are limited to China.

전략경영에 관한 전통적 방법론들의 철강산업 적용 타당성과 대안논리

BCG 모델, 경험곡선 이론, PIMS, GE 매트릭스 등 4가지의 전통적인 전략 분석 틀이 철강산업에서 얼마나 유용하게 적용될 수 있는가를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과 이들 분석 틀의 방법론적 가치는 인정되었으나 분석적 한계를 보였고, 더욱이 지속적인 경쟁우위를 유지하는데 필요한 전략적 대안을 충분히 제시하지 못하였다. 본 연구는 그 전략적 대안으로 철강기업에 적합한 시장이해와 혁신 구조를 설명하고 이를 실현하는데 필요한 지식 네트워크의 통합모형과 자기조직화 방향을 제시한다. This empirical study examined the applicability of the conventional strategic typologies such as BCG model, experience curve effect, PIMS, GE matrix in the steel industry. The results show that these typologies have some analytical limitations even though the methodological value can be recognized. Moreover they failed to provied strategic alternatives that maintain the sustainable competitive advantages. Therefore this study proposes two strategic alternatives : (a) the framework of market understanding and innovation for steel companies, and (b) the generic knowledge network and self-organization model to implement this framework.

사회통합의 방향

민주화 이후 한국 사회에서는 지역갈등, 계층갈등, 이념갈등, 세대갈등 등이 동시다발적으로 전개되고 있다. 사회가 당면한 갈등을 증폭하는 분열의 정치보다는 갈등이 구조적으로 심화되기 이전에 상이한 이익과 의사를 타협·조정하는 통합의 정치가 좋은 정치이다. 통합의 정치는 사회갈등을 제도적 통로에 의해 수렴하고 이성적인 정책논쟁을 거쳐 해소하여 국가와 사회를 발전시킨다. 한국 정치는 1987년 민주화 이후 발전 도상에 있다. 특히 선거과정과 정치적 다원주의 차원에서 국제적으로 인정되는 수준에 도달했다. 그러나 통합의 정치를 실현하려면 표현과 언론의 자유 등 시민 자유, 정부의 투명성과 효율성, 시민의 정치참여와 민주적 정치문화의 차원에서 개선할 여지가 많다. 한국 민주정치의 부단한 진화를 위해 개혁의 노력을 멈출 수 없다. 절차적 민주주의의 지속적인 발전을 기하는 동시에 민주주의 질을 고양하여 정치의 사회통합력을 신장해야 한다. 그러한 방향으로 권력분산, 그리고 견제와 균형을 보장하기 위한 헌법개혁이 요청된다. 정부의 청렴성, 민의대응성 및 효율성을 높여야 한다. 시민참여 거버넌스의 도입과 확산이 바람직하다. 사회 지도층이 공정사회 만들기에 앞서야 한다. 선거운동에 대한 규제의 완화, 국회의원 선거구제의 개선, 선거구재획정이 요구된다. 정당의 정책역량을 강화하고 정당 내부의 민주주의를 구현하며, 민주적으로 공직후보자를 선정하기 위한 정당개혁이 필요하다. 입법 등 정책기능을 효과적으로 발휘하고 파행과 교착을 벗어나 정파 간 갈등을 원만하게 관리할 수 있도록 국회운영을 쇄신해야 한다. This paper puts an emphasis on the role of politics for integrating the Korean society and building a strong sense of identity among the people. And the paper discusses the challenges of reform in order for Korean politics to develop in that direction. Since democratization, Korea has simultaneously faced various patterns of social conflict, such as regional conflict, class conflict, ideological conflict, and generational conflict. Good politics is not that of division through which social conflicts are amplified. But good politics is that of integration by which different interests and opinions are adjusted and accommodated before the conflicts deepen structurally. Integrative politics encompasses social conflicts through institutional channels, resolves them by way of rational policy debate, and eventually contributes to the betterment of the country and society. Korean politics continues to make a progress after democratization in 1987. Especially on the dimension of electoral process and pluralism, Korean democracy is highly recognized internationally. But Korean politics, in enhancing its integrative capacity, should be further improved on the following dimensions: civil liberties, including freedom of expression and the press; the transparency and efficiency of government; and civic participation and democratic political culture. Efforts for reform can not be ceased for the consolidation of democratic politics in Korea. While procedural democracy is being continually promoted, the quality of democracy needs to be also upgraded enough for politics to exercise its integrative capacity in the society. Constitutional reform is important to ensure checks and balances among state organs, and decentralization of power. Transparency, responsiveness, and efficiency of the government is in great need. It is desirable to introduce and expand participatory governance. Leaders in all spheres of life must take the initiative to build a fair and just society. Deregulation of campaign activities, improvement of the electoral system for the National Assembly, and redistricting must be considered. Party reform is also required to strengthen internal democracy and policy development capacity, and also to institutionalize democratic procedures for candidate selection. Necessary innovative measures are to be taken so that the National Assembly can perform its policy-making role effectively, and manage interparty conflicts well before legislative process comes to a deadlock and breaks down.

중국어 초급 교재 회화문의 대화개시 연구

This study aims to analyse conversation opening on the texts in the two Chinese elementary materials(the one is made by Korean authers, and the other one is made by Chinese authers) and make some opinions for improvement on the basis of analysis results. For this purpose, this study researches conversation openings in the texts in terms of three dimentions, i.e., relationship between speakers, situation informations, speaker’s identity(native or non-native speaker). Consequently, the texts of two Chinese elementary materials don’t reflect enough from the sides of the speaker relationship, situation informations, and those show differences in terms of the ratio of the following speakers identity, although all openings are from the non-native speakers.
