      • 뇌척수액에서 항 Glutamic acid decarboxylase 항체검사의 참고치 설정

        본 연구를 통해 항 GAD 항체검사에서 뇌척수액에 대한 정상치 범위를 추정하였다. 본원에서 211명을 대상으로 혈청과 뇌척수액에 대한 항 GAD 항체검사를 함께 의뢰받은 환자 데이터를 분석해 본 결과 혈청은 1.0 U/mL 이상의 값을 가진 환자가 약 5%를 차지하였고. 뇌척수액의 경우에는 1.0 U/mL이상의 값을 가진 환자는 약 98% 이상을 차지하였다. 혈청의 참고치 (1.0 U/mL 이상 양성)를 뇌척수액에 적용했을 경우에는 대부분의 환자들이 강직증후군 및 간질을 진단 받게 된다. 이에 혈청과 뇌척수액의 참고치를 병용해서 사용하는 것은 부적합하다고 판단하였고 뇌척수액에 대한 참고치를 본원에서 자체적으로 설정하고자 하였다. 실험 대상으로는 정상인의 뇌척수액을 채취하는 데는 어려움이 있어 이와 가장 유사한 생리식염수를 음성대조군으로 선정하였다. 총 70개의 생리식염수를 검사한 결과 Mean값이 1.97 U/mL, SD 값이 0.72 U/mL가 나왔다. 이 값들에 Hoffmann법으로 Mean값에서 ${\pm}2SD$를 정상범위로 하여 0.54 U/mL ~ 3.40 U/mL로 Expected reference range를 설정할 수 있었다. 본 실험에서 아쉬운 점은 참고치 설정에 있어 정상인의 뇌척수액으로 검사가 이루어지지 못한 부분이다. 앞으로 정상인의 뇌척수액으로 참고치 설정을 할 수 있다면 보다 더 정확하게 임상적으로 적용할 수 있을 것이라 생각 된다. Purpose Anti-Glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody test (GAD Ab) has been used as a predictor of type 1 diabetes. GAD Ab has also been shown to be highly potent in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with suspected diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Recently, it has been known that clinical significance of GAD Ab using CSF is useful for the neurological disorders. However, the reference value of anti-GAD Ab has been provided only for serum. In this experiment, we estimated the reference value of anti-GAD antibody for CSF in neurological patients. Materials and Methods A total of 211 neurological patients were enrolled. Serum and CSF were analyzed by radioimmunoassay (RIA) using commercial RIA anti-GAD Ab kit (RSR, London, United Kingdom). Normal saline was used as the normal CSF control because CSF is most similar to 0.9% normal saline. Results The mean value of normal CSF control was 1.97 U/mL, and two standard deviations (2SD) was 1.44 U/mL. Based on this data, the expected reference range of CSF could be estimated from 0.54 U/mL to 3.40 U/mL Conclusion The reference range of normal CSF control using normal saline obtained with Hoffmann's method. However, there will be a need to validate the CSF reference values using human normal CSF.

        Sonographic Findings of Common Musculoskeletal Diseases in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

        Diabetes mellitus (DM) can accompany many musculoskeletal (MSK) diseases. It is difficult to distinguish the DM-related MSK diseases based on clinical symptoms alone. Sonography is frequently used as a first imaging study for these MSK symptoms and is helpful to differentiate the various DM-related MSK diseases. This pictorial essay focuses on sonographic findings of various MSK diseases that can occur in diabetic patients.

        Effects of Long-Distance Running on Cardiac Markers and Biomarkers in Exercise-Induced Hypertension Runners: An Observational Study

        Objective To investigate changes of cardiac and muscle damage markers in exercise-induced hypertension (EIH) runners before running (pre-race), immediately after completing a 100-km ultramarathon race, and during the recovery period (24, 72, and 120 hours post-race).Methods In this observational study, volunteers were divided into EIH group (n=11) whose maximum systolic blood pressure was ≥210 mmHg in graded exercise testing and normal exercise blood pressure response (NEBPR) group (n=11). Their blood samples were collected at pre-race, immediately after race, and at 24, 72, and 120 hours post-race.Results Creatine kinase (CK) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels were significantly higher in EIH group than those in the NEBPR group immediately after race and at 24 hours post-race (all p<0.05). However, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase-myocardial band (CKMB), or CKMB/CK levels did not show any significant differences between the two groups in each period. N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels were significantly higher in EIH group than those in NEBPR group immediately after race and at 24 and 72 hours post-race (all p<0.05). A high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level was significantly higher in EIH group than that in NEBPR group at 24 hours post-race (p<0.05).Conclusion The phenomenon of higher inflammatory and cardiac marker levels in EIH group may exaggerate cardiac volume pressure and blood flow restrictions which in turn can result in cardiac muscle damage. Further prospective studies are needed to investigate the chronic effect of such phenomenon on the cardiovascular system in EIH runners.

        1990년대 중반 이후 중국 내 문학교육에 관한 몇 가지 견해 ― ‘심미성 배양’과 ‘제도’로서의 문학교육론을 중심으로

        After the dispute about humanistic spirit in the early 1990s, an interest on ‘cultural study' and a presentation of a problem related to ’literature education' have begun to appear in Chinese literary circles. With the awareness of a problem that the previous literature education has been excessively focused on knowledge transfer, various literators have started to emphasize on a literature education in a perspective of ‘aesthetic impression'. However, among those arguments, there are some contentions to make the mistake of depreciating an importance of external factors of literature influencing on creation and change of literature by isolating a literature education at the aesthetic appreciation view. In contrast, Luo Gang et al. has expressed resistance on the position which confines a literature as a ‘pure' field, and has tried to establish literature and literature education as a type of ‘system resisting to system’. Such paradoxical expression deserve attention in that it tries to discover ‘vitality’ that literature and its education should be possessed from endlessly deviating attitude without excluding systemic characters of literature and its education. The ‘discussions on literature education’ unfolded in China as above provide critical inspiration to our current literature education. Apparently, an existing ‘literary history’-oriented literature education has shrunken an aspect of ‘aesthetic appreciation cultivation’ or ‘sensibility education’, and it needs to be enhanced. A proper literature education, however, should not be sacred an aesthetic appreciation by confining literature as an aesthetical dimension, and an attitude to view literature and literature education objectively from external view should be established. In addition, guarding or forbidding an ‘aesthetic ability’ developed through literature education to expand as problems of humankind and society will only cause result to alienate literature more than that of present.

        디젤로 오염된 군부대 토양에 대하여 토착미생물 4종을 이용한 생분해법의 TPH 제거 효율 규명

        Batch experiments using indigenous and commercialized adventive microorganisms were performed to investigate the feasibility of the biodegradation process for the diesel contaminated soil, which was taken in US Military Camp 'Hialeah', Korea. TPH concentration of the soil was determined as 3,819 mg/kg. Four indigenous microorganisms having high TPH degradation activity were isolated from the soil and by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, they were identified as Arthrobacter sp., Burkholderia sp., Cupriavidus sp. and Bacillus sp.. Two kinds of commercialized solutions cultured with adventive microorganisms were also used for the experiments. Various biodegradation conditions such as the amount of microorganism, water content and the temperature were applied to decide the optimal bioavailability condition in the experiments. In the case of soils without additional microorganisms (on the natural attenuation condition), 35% of initial TPH was removed from the soil by inhabitant microorganisms in soil for 30 days. When the commercialized microorganism cultured solutions were added into the soil, their average TPH removal efficiencies were 64%, and 54%, respectively, which were higher than that without additional microorganisms. When indigenous microorganisms isolated from the contaminated soil were added into the soil, TPH removal efficiency increased up to 95% (for Bacillus sp.). According to the calculation of the average biodegradation rates for Bacillus sp., the remediation goal (87% of the removal efficiency: 500 mg/kg) for the soil would reach within 24 days. Results suggested that TPH removal efficiency of biodegradation by injecting indigenous microorganisms is better than those by injecting commercialized adventive microorganisms and only by using the natural attenuation.

        LQ 제어로 조단블록이 있는 중근을 실근으로 이동시키는 가중행렬 결정 방법

        In general, the stability and response characteristics of the system can be improved by changing the pole position because a nonlinear system can be linearized by the product of a 1st and 2nd order system. Therefore, a controller that moves the pole can be designed in various ways. Among the other methods, LQ control ensures the stability of the system. On the other hand, it is difficult to specify the location of the pole arbitrarily because the desired response characteristic is obtained by selecting the weighting matrix by trial and error. This paper evaluated a method of selecting a weighting matrix of LQ control that moves multiple double poles with Jordan blocks to real poles. The relational equation between the double poles and weighting matrices were derived from the characteristic equation of the Hamiltonian system with a diagonal control weighting matrix and a state weighting matrix represented by two variables (, ). The Moving-Range was obtained under the condition that the state-weighting matrix becomes a positive semi-definite matrix. This paper proposes a method of selecting poles in this range and calculating the weighting matrices by the relational equation. Numerical examples are presented to show the usefulness of the proposed method. 일반적으로 비선형 시스템은 1차와 2차 시스템의 곱으로 선형화할 수 있기 때문에 시스템은 2차 시스템의 중근, 복소근, 서로 다른 두 실근과 1차 시스템의 근을 극점으로 가진다. 이런 극점의 위치 변경으로 시스템의 안정성과 응답특성을 개선할 수 있어서 다양한 방법으로 극점을 이동시키는 제어기를 설계한다. 여러 방법 중에서 LQ 제어는 이득여유와 위상여유의 안정성을 보장한다. 그런데 시행착오 방법으로 가중행렬을 선택하여 원하는 응답특성을 얻기 때문에 극점의 위치를 임의로 지정하기 어렵다. 이 논문은 조단블록을 가진 다중 중근을 원하는 실근으로 이동시키는 LQ 제어의 가중행렬을 선택하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 대각행렬 형태의 제어가중행렬과 와 의 2개 변수 상태가중행렬을 갖는 해밀토니안 시스템의 특성방정식에서 중근과 가중행렬의 관계식을 유도한다. 그리고 상태가중행렬이 양의 준정부호 행렬이 될 조건에서 실근으로 이동할 중근의 이동범위를 구하고, 좌표평면에 표현한다. 이 범위에서 극점을 선택하고, 관계식으로 가중행렬을 계산하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 예제를 통해 조단블록을 갖는 4개의 중근을 원하는 서로 다른 실근으로 이동시키는 가중행렬과 제어법칙의 계산과정을 통해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.

        지자체 지적재조사 경계결정 사례분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how land boundaries are set in cadastral resurvey and propose a desirable process of boundary setting. It is necessary to induce boundary consultation process with the landowner in advance because there can be too many opinions submitted which can not be solved if the cadastral confirmation draft is distributed unilaterally to the landowner after the surveying of cadastral resurvey. The final confirmed number of parcels is generally increased and the total area also decreased or increased. The increase in the number of parcels is a phenomenon as a result of dividing the land according to the usage status. The decrease or increase of the area is expected to be caused by boundary overlap, scale error, area tolerance or during a process of which the area unit of the forest registered in the cadastral records is converted from Mu(=30 Pyeong) to square meter(㎡). In order to organize the types of boundary setting, there is a contiguous boundary that is determined by the reality boundary, and there is a contiguous boundary determined by the consensus, even within one parcel. In this case, it is reasonable to newly classify the type of boundary setting as "reality+consensus". Although it is desirable that the boundary setting of cadastral resurvey is adjusted to the reality boundary, it can be concluded that in most cadastral resurvey districts, the reality boundary, the consensus boundary, and the boundary restoration are adjusted depending on the situation without a certain pattern. In addition, it is considered very rare that the customary boundary is classified as the actual boundary setting type in the future. 본 연구는 지적재조사에 있어서 토지의 경계가 어떻게 설정되고 있는 지에 대해 파악해보고 바람직한 경계설정 수행과정을 제안해보고자 의도한 연구이다. 지적재조사측량 후 지적확정예정조서를 일방적으로 토지소유자에게 배포하면 해결할 수 없을 정도로 지나치게 많은 의견이 제출될 수 있으므로 사전에 토지소유자 경계협의 과정을 유도하는 일이 필요하다. 최종 확정된 필지수는 일반적으로 증가하는 편이며 전체면적도 감소하거나 증가하게 된다. 이는 필지수 증가는 토지를 이용현황대로 분할함에 따른 현상이며, 면적의 감소나 증가는 경계중복, 축척오차, 면적허용오차나 지적공부에 등록된 임야의 면적단위가 무(1무=30평)에서 제곱미터(㎡)로 변환되는 과정에서 발생한 것으로 예상된다. 경계설정 유형을 정리함에 있어 한 필지 내에서도 현실경계로 결정하는 인접경계가 있고 합의에 의해 결정되는 인접경계가 존재한다. 이런 경우 “현실+합의”라는 경계설정 유형 항목을 새로이 만들어 분류하는 것이 타당한 것으로 판단된다. 지적재조사의 경계설정이 현실경계로 조정되는 것을 바람직하게 보고 있으나 대부분의 사업지구에서는 현실경계, 합의경계, 경계복원이 일정한 패턴 없이 현장상황에 맞추어 조정된다고 결론지을 수 있으며, 관습경계는 앞으로도 실제 경계설정 유형으로 분류되는 경우가 매우 드물 것으로 사료된다.

        둥시 소설 속 부자관계의 두 가지 양상―《따귀소리》, 《후회록》을 중심으로

        東西是二十世紀九十年代以後在中國小說文壇上出現的新生代小說家之一。 中國內許多研究者提出的‘個人化傾向’概念足以部份地概括新生代作家的共性。 但它既不能說是新生代的專利, 又不能說是新生代作家創作特性的最有決定性的因素。 他們的創作傾向繼承八十年代的先鋒小說, 帶著濃重的實驗性和反傳統意識, 主張自己與前輩文學作家之間的‘斷裂’。 東西也不例外, 在自己的創作裏面體現出了反傳統、解構的面目。 特別在他塑造出來的人物中父子之間的關係往往具有很大的衝突和矛盾, 表現出弑父情節與對父權的激烈的質疑。 并且他作品里的儿子在弑父了之後往往表示自己的后悔或哀悼感情, 依然束缚在父亲的阴影里面, 以把自己的人生陷入到有悲剧性的结局。
