        Cu2+ 와 H2O2 에 의한 Collagen 변성에 있어서 Rutin 과 Quercetin 의 보호작용

        Flavonoids are suggested to possess both anti-oxidant and chelating ability. Effects of rutin and quercetin on the degradation of collagen and depolymerization of hyaluronic acid by Cu^(2+) and H₂O₂ were investigated. Cu^(2+) plus H₂O₂-induced collagen degradation was prevented by the oxygen radical scavengers SOD, catalase, DMSO and DABCO and by the metal chelators EDTA and penicillamine. Rutin and quercetin markedly prevented collagen degradation by Cu^(2+) plus H₂O₂. The decrease of viscosity of hyaluronic acid by H₂O₂ was restored by rutin but not by quercetin. Rutin and quercetin decomposed H₂O₂. These results suggest that rutin and quercetin may prevent the damages of collagen and hyaluronic acid by Cu^(2+) and H₂O₂ by their scavenging action on oxygen radicals and chelating action on Cu^(2+).

      • 테트라사이클린과 구연산을 처리한 치근면에서 치주인대세포의 증식과 전개에 관한 비교

        치근면처리후 신부착에 관여하는 치주인대세포의 부착을 비교하기위해 치근활택술만 시행한 군, 치근활택술후 구연산처리한 군, 치근활택술후 테트라사이클린처리한 군으로 분류하여 치주인대세포에 대한 부착양상을 관찰하였다. 세포증식실험에서는 각군의 시편을 조긱배양기에 넣고 1×10 exp (5) cells/㎖ 농도의 치주인대세포를 1㎖씩 넣어 6시간 배양후 새 배양기에 옮겨 24시간, 48시간 및 72시간동안 배양하여 세포수를 측정하였고 세포부착후 주사전자현미경 관찰에서는 각각의 조직배양기에 1 × 10 exp (4) cells/㎖의 치주인대세포를 가진 배양액 1㎖ 씩을 넣어 배양하여 세포배양개시 후 30분, 6시간, 24시간에 고정한후 탈수하고 임계점으로 건조시켜 주사전자현미경을 사용하여 세포부착양상을 관하였다. 세포증식실험에서 부착된 세포수가 24, 48, 72시간 모두에서 치근활택군, 구연산처리군, 테트라사이클린처리군순으로 높았고 치근활택군과 테트라사이클린처리군사이에 통계학적 유의성이 있었으며 24,48시간에서는 구연산처리군과 테트라사이클린처리군사이에 통계학적 유의성이 있어 탈회군이 비탈회군보다 증가된 세포증식을 보였고 테트라사이클린처리군이 구연산처리군보다 증식된 세포수가 많았다. 주사전자현미경관찰에서 모든 군이 24시간 경과 후 전개가 거의 완성되는 양상을 보였고 테트라사이클린처리군의 초기전개가 다소 빠르게 진행됨이 관찰되었으며 테트라사이클린처리군과 구연산처리군이 세포가 부착되는 양상에서 치근활택군보다는 전개가 다소 진전된 양상을 나타내었으나 두 군간에는 유사한 전개가 진행되어 탈회면과 비탈회면의 차이는 나타나나 두 군간의 뚜렷한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 이상의 연구결고ㅘ 테트라사이클린과 구연산처리가 치근활택술만 시행한 경우보다 치주인대세포의 증식 및 전개에 더 유리하며, 테트라사이클린과 구연산은 치주인대세포의 전개양상은 유사하나 치주인대세포증식에 있어서는 테트라사이클린에서 더 나은 효과가 있었다. The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of citric acid or tetracycline HCI application to the root surfaces of periodontally diseased teeth on the proliferation and spreading of human periodontal ligament cells. The roots were prepared so that the comparison could be made among root planed, citric acid treated and tetracycline HCI treated surfaces. In the cell proliferation experiment, human periodontal ligament cells at concentration of 1 × 10 exp (5) cell/ml were seeded in each culture well with specimen and incubated for 6 hours. Then, the specimens were transferred to fresh culture well and incubated for 24, 48, 72 hours. The cell counting was done after trypsinization. In the cell spreading experiment, 1 × 10 exp (4) cells/ml were seeded in each culture well and incubated for 30min, 6 and 24 hours at 37.5℃ CO_2 incubator. Then all specimens were fixed with phosphate buffered glutaraldehydes, postfixed with phosphate buffered osmium tetraoxide, stained with phosphate buffered tannic acid, dehydrated in ethanol, dried at critical point, coated with gold and examined under a scanning electron microscope. The results were as follows: In the cell proliferation experiments, the number of attached cells was more increased in the tetracycline treated group than in other groups. In initial attachment, there was slight more spreaded appearance in the tetracycline treated groups than in other groups. After 6 hours of incubation, It was observed in most of the cells that cell morphologic alteration from ovoid to spindle shapes. After 24 hours of incubation, the cells of all groups had a fusiform appearance and were connected to each other by numerous cytoplasmic processes. The tetracycline and citric acid treated groups had a similar spreading appearance of periodontal ligament cells, but the tetracycline treated group was more effective in the cell proliferation than the citric acid group.

      • 환경변화에 대응한 호텔 식음료부문 경영전략에 관한 연구

        The tourism industry is sensitive to change of economic environment, and under this situation it needs new strategic approach improve competitiveness and promote growth. In this point of view, since the onset of the 1997 financial crisis hotel management has been changing. This study is designed for establishing the hotel F&B in exchange of management environment in the inside and outside o the country that is fast changed, and customer's needs are diversified. As a strategy for developing hotel F&B management, this study suggest 1)fostering strong survey, research, long-term planning 2)intensifying education program for employees who belonged F&B department 3)consolidating the marketing(selling, promoting) 4)developing various F&B product which is made by domestic material. Conclusion of this study, which present the direction to adapt to the hotel F&B management. This study has two limitations. First is insufficient of theoretical because of lack of preceding study and basic data. Second is not study on throughout the all hotel, but study on 2nd level deluxe hotel. As a conclusion, this study attempt to establish the conceptual framework of hotel F&B management environment by literature and survey result. Finally, I hope that future studies on this fields will be continued and that they get a little help and clue from this study.

        주채무자에 대한 회생절차와 보증채무의 소멸시효

        This article deals with the effect of rehabilitation procedure of a principal obligor on the statute of limitation of a surety's liability. The Supreme Court of Korea have ruled that ① when the progress of the statute of limitation for principal obligation is stalled in the rehabilitation procedure, the progress of the statute of limitation for surety obligation is also stopped; ② in case where the claim of a creditor is entirely or partially exempted by the rehabilitation plan, the statute of limitation for surety obligation starts to progress upon the conformation of the rehabilitation plan; ③ regarding the claim of a creditor that is not exempted by the rehabilitation plan, the statute of limitation starts to progress upon court order closing the procedure. This article agrees with ①, ③, but disagrees with ②. This article suggests that it is better for the Supreme Court of Korea to hold that in case where the claim of a creditor is partially exempted by the rehabilitation plan, the statute of limitation for corresponding surety obligation starts to progress upon court order closing the procedure, along with the statute of limitation for surety obligation corresponding the principal obligation that is not exempted. 이 글은 주채무자에 대한 회생절차가 보증채무의 소멸시효에 미치는 영향에 관한 것이다. 주채무자에 대한 회생절차와 관련하여 주채무에 대한 소멸시효가 중단되면 보증채무의 소멸시효도 중단된다. 중단된 보증채무의 소멸시효는 회생절차가 종료되면 재진행한다. 즉, 회생계획 인가 이전에 회생절차가 종료되면, 관련 결정이 확정된 때에 보증채무의 소멸시효가 재진행한다. 회생계획 인가 이후에 회생절차가 종료된 경우에도 종료 관련 결정이 확정된 때 보증채무의 소멸시효가 재진행하는데, 주채무가 회생계획에 의하여 일부 면제된 경우도 마찬가지이다. 회생계획에 의하여 주채무 전부가 면제된 경우에는 회생계획의 인가결정이 확정된 때부터 보증채무의 소멸시효가 재진행한다.
