        도시농업인과 공무원의 도시농업 인식 비교·평가

        본 연구는 도시농업인과 공무원의 도시농업에 대한 인식비교를 바탕으로 정부 및 지자체에 의해 진행되고 있는 도시농업 정책문제점을 파악하고, 향후 장기적으로 활성화될 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 외 도시농업의 최근 경향과 관련법령 및 제도에 대한 고찰을 통해 시사점을 도출하였으며, 도시농업인과 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구결과, 도시농업을 활성화시키기 위해서는 첫째, 도심 내 주거공간을 세밀히 분석하여 옥상녹화, 도시텃밭, 공원녹지 등 이용 가능한 경작지를 확보해야 한다. 둘째, 도시농업의 지속성을 확보하기 위해서는 국가적으로 우리나라 실정에 맞는 도시농업 관계법을 제정하고, 제도적 기술적 차원에서 뒷받침해 주어야 한다. 셋째, 도시민과 공무원간에 네트워크를 형성하여 경작활동 시 문제점 및 개선사항에 대해 건의하고, 농업기술 등을 활발히 교류할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 한다. 넷째, 도시농업에 참여하고자 하는 도시민들에게 재배방법과 관리방법에 대한 교육 및 다양한 참여프로그램을 제공함으로써 텃밭을 활성화시켜야 한다. 다섯째, 조경관련협회를 통해 전문적인 정규교육과 실무프로그램을 마련해야 한다. 여섯째, 도시민의 흥미를 일으킬만한 프로모션 활동이 수반되어 자발적인 참여를 유도하여야 한다. 끝으로 도시농업 공원 및 도시농업시설에 대한 법적 근거를 마련하여야 하며, 향후 도심 내 도시농업이 안정적으로 지속될 수 있도록 다각적인 정책의 모색과 실천이 추진되어야 한다. The aim of this study is to be able to understand the problems within the urban agriculture policy promoted by the Government and local autonomous entity base on the comparison of the consciousness of the urban agriculture between urban farmers and public officials and to inquire into the further revitalization scheme in the end. For this purpose, this study drew implications through studying latest trend and the legislation of domestic and foreign urban agriculture and then conducted a questionnaire survey of urban farmers and public officials. Because of this research, the revitalization schemes of urban agriculture are as follows: First, it's necessary to secure the usable arable land, such as the green roof, community garden, as well as urban agriculture park, etc. Second, it is necessary to establish the urban agriculture relations act suited for the actual circumstances of our country and to back up the legislation at an institutional, technological level in terms of a nation in order to secure the durability of urban agriculture. Third, it is advisable to make a proposal about the problems in time of activities for cultivation by forming a network between urban farmers and public officials and to prepare the plan for the active exchange of farming technologies. Fourth, it's necessary to activate the community gardens by supplying the education through cultivation method & its management method, and a variety of urban-agriculture-participation programs. Fifth, it is necessary to set up the specialized and practical education through an institute for landscape architecture. Sixth, it is necessary to induce the spontaneous participation in urban agriculture from urban farmers accompanied by the activities for promotion that are worth arousing urban farmers' interest. Lastly, it is also necessary to establish a legal basis of urban agricultural parks and facilities as well as to promote a search for multilateral policies and their practice so that the further urban agriculture can be stably continued within city boundaries.

        도시농업 활성화를 위한 토양조건별 초본식물의 생육특성

        This study is carried out to find the most optimal soil- plant combination in the urban agriculture by analyzing the association of soil base material which is being used in the urban agriculture with the growth of plants. 4 types of easily purchased soil (bed soil(A), animal vermicast soil(B), earth worm soil(C) and matured compost(D)) verified in aspects of effect and safety of soil in terms of growth of crop is selected as experimental soil and B, C, D type soils are mixed with granite soil at the ratio of 7:3. And granite soil (E) is set as a controlled soil and is compared to verify the effect of the experimental mixed soil. Herbaceous plants are classified into the fruit vegetables (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, and Capsicum annuum L.), leafy vegetables (Brassica campestris L, ssp, Pekinensis and Lactuca sativa L.), medicinal vegetables (Chrysanthemum zawadskii var, latilobum and Liriope platyphylla F, T, Wang & T, Tang), The results of comparison of growth of herbaceous plants in different soil types showed that fruit vegetables and leafy vegetables in general had excellent growth in D type soil mixture and Atypesoil in general and had the poorest growth in E type (controlled) soil. ``Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum`` had the excellent growth in D type, B type, C type mixed soil and A type soil and E type (controlled) soil are followed in order. In the case of ``Liriope platyphylla F. T. Wang & T. Tang``, the difference in growth by each soil was shown to be insignificant. Therefore, the soil applied in the urban agriculture varies depending on each species of herbaceous plants, but it is considered effective to cultivate herbaceous plant which is economical and productive by using D type mixed soil which can be recycled and inexpensive compared with other experimental soils in the urban agriculture.

        불광천 자연형 하천 정비구간의 생태적 특성 변화 비교 연구

        본 연구는 2002년 완공된 불광천(佛光川)자연형 하천 정비구간 생태적 특성변화를 비교하여 향후 하천관리의 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 불광천 자연형 정비사업에 대한 문헌연구, 정비사업 전 후와 현재의 물리적 환경변화 조사 분석과 생태계변화 분석을 주요내용으로 하였다. 준공 이후 호안에 적용된 공법을 중심으로 훼손현황을 분석한 결과, 수충부(水衝部)지역, 강우시 유출수가 발생하는 지점을 중심으로 호안이 유실되고 식생이 훼손되었다. 현존식생 분야에서는 식물도입 내용과 현존식생을 비교 분석한 결과, 저수로변에 파종한 혼합종자 중 싸리류, 벌개미취 등은 대부분 유실되어 큰김의털이 크게 우점하였고, 갈대, 물억새, 갯버들은 소규모로 식재되어 대부분 유실되었다. 지형구조 및 초본식생구조를 종합한 결과, 혼합종자를 파종한 지역은 크게 두 가지 식생유형으로 변화하였는데, 부유물질이 많은 하천 퇴적지에서 주로 생육하는 개여뀌, 소리쟁이 등이 우점하는 지역과 건조지성 벼과식물인 큰김의털, 개밀 등이 우점하는 지역으로 구분되었다. 저수로 호안부에 갈대 및 갯버들을 식재한 공법 적용지는 저수로폭 축소와 함께 유실되었으며, 저수부에 일부 갈대, 물억새, 갯버들이 소규모 군락을 형성하고 있었으나 그 세력이 미미하였고, 식물종 구성이 매우 단순해진 상태였다. 이에 불광천 자연형 정비구간의 관리방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 도시하천 치수기능을 고려하되 유수 흐름을 모니터링하여 적절한 호안공법을 적용해야 하며, 둘째, 하천환경에 적합한 목표식생군락(目標植生群落)을 설정하고, 고밀도로 꾸준히 식재해야 한다. 이때 현재와 같이 관상용 자생식물 보식은 지양해야 하며,교란식생은 지속적 제거가 필요하였다. The aim of this study was to provide basic data in managing the project that was carried out on Bulgwangcheon in a nature-friendly way to improve the conditions around the areas, which was brought to completion in 2002, based on changes in ecological characteristics. For this propose, this study examined documents related to the project, compared physical and enviromnental changes before and after the project was conducted and analyzed changes in the stream ecosystem. The result showed that in areas that effluent water was often observed, especially when it rained, the river wall was washed away and vegetation was found damaged. As for actual vegetation, this study compared planting coverage of each section of the research area and actual vegetation charts. The results indicated that Lespedeza spp., Aster koraiensis among mixed seeds that were planted in the reservoir path were almost swept away while Festuca arundinacea dominated the areas. Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorns and Salix gracilistyla which had been planted in a small number were also almost washed out though a small number of them were left to form a colony. After examining the topography and structure of the plant community, this study found that areas where mixed seed were planted had changed into two types of vegetation: First type of area is dominated by P and R which are usually raised in apron with abundant floating particles. The second type of area is dominated by dry gramineous plant such as F and A. Areas around low flow channel where Phragmites communis, Miscanthus sacchariflorus and Salix gracilistyla planting construction method is applied was washed away with the width of low flow channel reduced. Though P, M and S formed a small community in some areas around the low flow area, they were in small number and in composition of simple plant species. Two ways were suggested in this study to manage the stream in an ecological way. First, adequate revetment construction methods should be applied by monitoring the flow of the stream as well as considering the flood control of urban streams. Second, target vegetation communities that are suitable for the environment of the stream should be chosen and be plantedconstantly with high density. At the same time, ornamental native plants shouldn't be planted as they have been and disturbing vegetation should be removed.

      • 스쿼트 동작 시 발목각도에 따른 대학생들의 다리 근활성도와 근육두께에 미치는 영향

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 안정된 바닥에서 발목의 3가지의 각기 다른 각도에 따라 체중부하를 받는 발목관절주변 근육의 근활성도와 근육두께의 차이를 알아보고자 진행되었다. 방법 : 연구의 대상자로는 20대 성인 남녀 14명을 대상으로 선정하였으며 모두 사전에 동의절차를 진행하였다. 실험군은 발목의 내측과 외측 모두 20°가 되도록 스쿼트 동작을 취하였고 주 2회, 4주간 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터는 Windows용 SPSS 21.0 버전을 이용하여 독립 t검정과 대응표본 t검증을 진행하였다. 결과 : 스쿼트 운동 시 발목 각도에 따른 하지 근육 활성도와 하지 두께 변화를 살펴본 결과는 20도 실험 후 내측광근, 대퇴직선근, 광광근에서 유의한 개선을 보였다. 넓은 근육, 곧은 다리 및 넓은 근육에서 상당한 개선이 나타났습니다. 결론 : 스쿼트 운동 시 내측광근의 효과적인 강화를 위해서는 발자세를 안쪽이나 중립자세보다 피하지방 상태에서 수행하는 것이 더 효과적이라고 생각된다. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of muscle activity and muscle thickness of the surrounding muscles of the ankle joint, which receives weight load according to the angle of the ankle on the stable floor. Method : The experimental group squatted the ankle angle to 20 ° for both inward and lateral ankles, and the experiment was performed for 45 weeks twice a week for four weeks. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 version for Windows. Results : As a result of examining the changes of lower extremity muscle activity and lower extremity thickness during squat exercise according to the ankle angle, significant improvement was found in medial broad muscle, thigh straight muscle, and wide broad muscle after 20 degrees experiment. Significant improvements were seen in the broad muscles, straight leg, and wide muscles. Conclusion : It is thought that it is more effective to perform the foot position in the scutaneous state than in the inward or neutral position for the effective strengthening of the inner broad muscle during squat exercise.

        경추부의 근력강화 운동이 건강한 성인의 균형 능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : To evaluate the effect of cervical strengthening exercise on balance ability in healthy adults. Method : The subjects consisted of forty healthy people. The subjects were divided into two group. The control group(n=14) received no exercise and/or stimulation. The cervical strengthening exercise group(n=14) performed therapeutic intervention using cervical exercise for strengthening of cervical spine muscle. The exercise group were accomplished during 6 weeks(2∼ 3set, 5times/week). All tests were completed before and after experiment. The static balance ability was measured by normal standing when subjects open and close their eyes on GOOD BALANCE SYSTEM, respectively. For each case, the experimental data were obtained in 3 items: mean X speed, mean Y speed and velocity moment. Result : The results of this study were as follows; 1. In the exercise group, the statistically significant difference were shown on X speed and Y speed in the case of normal standing when subjects open and close their eyes and X speed, Y speed and velocity moment in the case of normal standing when subjects close their eyes(p<0.05). 2. In control group, the statistically significant difference were not shown on all posture(p>0.05). 3. There were a statistically significant difference in the X speed and Y speed in the case of normal standing when subjects open their eyes between control group and the exercise group(p<0.05). There were a statistically significant difference in the X speed, Y speed and velocity moment in the case of normal standing when subjects close their eyes between control group and exercise group(p<0.05). Conclusion : The above results revealed that therapeutic intervention for muscle strengthening of cervical there were positive changes to balance ability.

        초크랄스키법을 이용한 Terfenol-D 성장시 희토류 원소의 손실과 거시편석 거동

        Giant magnetostrictive material Terfenol-D was grown by Czochralski method in various melt temperature under purified argon at 1.2 atm and the macrosegregation of RE along growth direction was investigated. It can be expected that concentration of RE elements follow the Burton-Prim-Slicter relation in Czochralaki system. However, the aspects of macrosegregation were changed with melt temperature: At lower melting temperature, RE elements concentration increased slong growth direction, while at higher, it decreased. This was due to the change of melt composition during growth caused by loss of RE. Therefore, we discussed the reaction of RE with crucible and evaporation through free surface, which are the main reasons of RE loss. In addition, the macrosegregation was discussed considering the loss of RE with melt temperature.
